Claims (10)

1. A helmet trimming assembly, comprising: the positioning support frame component is provided with a processing area for arranging the helmet, the sliding track is used for allowing the trimming component to move, and the trimming component is used for trimming the helmet.

The helmet trimming assembly of claim 1, wherein the positioning support frame assembly comprises a left positioning support frame, a right positioning support frame and a rear positioning support frame, the left positioning support frame and the right positioning support frame are arranged in parallel, the rear positioning support frame is connected between the left positioning support frame and the right positioning support frame, and two positioning spigots parallel to each other are arranged in a vertical direction of the rear positioning support frame, so that the left positioning support frame and the right positioning support frame are positioned on the rear positioning support frame.

The helmet cutting edge assembly of claim 2, wherein said cutting edge assembly comprises a drive mount, a drive side shaft, a driven side shaft, a motor, and a flexible saw blade, said drive side shaft and said driven side shaft being mounted at opposite ends of said drive mount, said flexible saw blade being mounted on said drive side shaft and said driven side shaft, said motor being coupled to said drive side shaft, said drive mount being slidably mounted between said left alignment support and said right alignment support.
4. The helmet trimming assembly according to claim 3, wherein rail rollers are mounted on both sides of the transmission mounting frame, the rail rollers being rollingly mounted in the sliding rails.
5. The helmet trimming assembly of claim 4, wherein a plurality of sets of the rail rollers are disposed on both sides of the transmission mounting frame, and a plurality of sliding rails are disposed on the corresponding positioning support frame assembly.
6. The helmet trimming assembly of claim 4, wherein the outer sides of the left positioning support frame and the right positioning support frame are provided with guide posts,
wherein, one end of the left positioning support frame and one end of the right positioning support frame far away from the rear positioning support frame are both provided with a first flange which is bent outwards, the rear positioning support frame is provided with a second flange which respectively extends to the outside of the left positioning support frame and the right positioning support frame,
wherein the guide post is installed between the first flange and the second flange to be movable up and down in a vertical direction,
wherein the axial direction of the guide post is parallel to the length extension direction of the left positioning support frame and the right positioning support frame,
the two ends of the transmission mounting rack are provided with connecting pins for mounting the track rollers, and the track rollers respectively penetrate through the left positioning support frame and the sliding track of the right positioning support frame and are connected to the guide columns.

The helmet trimming assembly according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of guide rails are arranged on the first flange and the second flange in parallel in a vertical direction, and two ends of each guide post are provided with sliders, and each slider is correspondingly installed in cooperation with the guide rail, so that the guide posts can move up and down in the vertical direction;
the guide post is provided with a linear bearing frame in a sliding manner, a linear bearing is arranged in the linear bearing frame, and the track roller is connected to the linear bearing frame.

The helmet trim assembly of claim 1 further comprising a helmet securing assembly, said trim assembly mounted on said helmet securing assembly, said helmet securing assembly comprising a helmet securing module and a vacuum cup, said helmet securing module located within said processing region, said helmet securing module capable of conforming to a PE layer profile of a helmet, said vacuum cup mounted within said helmet securing module for gripping a helmet.

A helmet trimming apparatus comprising a workbench, a switch and the helmet trimming assembly of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the helmet trimming assembly is fixed on the workbench, and the switch is electrically connected with the helmet trimming assembly for driving the helmet trimming assembly to operate.
10. The helmet trimming apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the table is a profile frame table on which profile preset nuts for adjusting an installation position of the helmet trimming assembly are provided, and the helmet trimming apparatus further comprises at least one of a craft signboard, a lighting lamp, and an electric fan which can be installed on the profile frame table.
