A punching device for production of precision instruments comprises a base (1), a workbench (2), a lifting plate (4), a drill rod (8), a first bearing, a driving device and two cylinders (3), wherein the workbench (2) is fixed above the base (1), cylinder bodies of the two cylinders (3) are vertically fixed on two sides above the base (1) respectively, two sides of the lifting plate (4) are fixedly connected with air rods of the two cylinders (3) respectively, the driving device is arranged above the lifting plate (4), a through hole is formed in the lifting plate (4), an outer ring of the first bearing is fixedly connected with an inner wall of the through hole, the driving device is connected with one end of the drill rod (8), the other end of the drill rod (8) penetrates through the through hole to be arranged below the lifting plate (4), and the drill rod (8) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the first bearing, the driving device comprises a motor (5), a first bevel gear (6) and a second bevel gear (7), the motor (5) is fixed above the lifting plate (4), the motor (5) is rotationally connected with the first bevel gear (6), the second bevel gear (7) is fixed on a drill rod (8), the first bevel gear (6) is meshed with the second bevel gear (7), a PLC is arranged in the base (1), and the cylinder (3) and the motor (5) are both electrically connected with the PLC;
the heat dissipation mechanism comprises a material box (9), a fixing rod, a power plate (12), two drainage assemblies and two driving assemblies, wherein one side of the material box (9) is fixed above the lifting plate (4) through the fixing rod, the material box (9) is arranged right opposite to the motor (5), alcohol is arranged in the material box (9), two small holes are formed below the material box (9), the small holes correspond to the drainage assemblies one to one, a feeding port is formed in one side of the material box (9), the power plate (12) is horizontally arranged in the material box (9), the alcohol is arranged in the material box (9), two sides of the lower portion of the power plate (12) are connected with the two drainage assemblies respectively, two sides of the upper portion of the power plate (12) are connected with the two driving assemblies respectively, and the driving assemblies are connected with the heat dissipation mechanism;
the drainage assembly comprises a drainage rod (11) and a fixing plate (10), one end of the drainage rod (11) is fixedly connected with the lower part of the power plate (12), the other end of the drainage rod (11) penetrates through a small hole to be fixedly connected with the fixing plate (10), the drainage rod (11) is in sealing sliding connection with the inner wall of the small hole, and notches are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the drainage rod (11) in the circumferential direction;
the driving assembly comprises a driving plate (14), two driving rods (13) and a plurality of first springs (15), the driving plate (14) is horizontally arranged above the material box (9), one ends of the two driving rods (13) are fixedly connected with two sides of the lower portion of the driving plate (14) respectively, four round holes are formed in the upper portion of the material box (9), the round holes correspond to the driving rods (13) one by one, the other ends of the driving rods (13) penetrate through the round holes to be fixedly connected with the upper portion of the power plate (12), the first springs (15) are arranged below the driving plate (14), two ends of the first springs (15) are connected with the lower portion of the driving plate (14) and the upper portion of the material box (9) respectively, and the cleaning mechanism is connected with the upper portion of the driving plate (14);
the cleaning mechanism comprises an air suction pump (17), an air inlet pipe (16), an air outlet pipe (18), a second bearing, a vent pipe (19), a power assembly and two vent assemblies, wherein the air suction pump (17) is fixed above a material box (9), the air suction pump (17) is communicated with the air inlet pipe (16), the power assembly is arranged in the air inlet pipe (16), the power assembly is connected with the upper part of a driving plate (14), the air suction pump (17) is communicated with one end of the air outlet pipe (18), the other end of the air outlet pipe (18) is fixedly connected with one end of the vent pipe (19), a blind hole is formed in the drill rod (8), the outer ring of the second bearing is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the blind hole close to one end of the lifting plate (4), the outer ring of the second bearing is fixedly connected with the outer periphery of the vent pipe (19), and the other end of the vent pipe (19), the ventilation pipe (19) and the blind hole are coaxially arranged, one end of the blind hole, far away from the second bearing, is provided with two through holes, the through holes are obliquely arranged, the distance between one end of each through hole, close to the blind hole, and the lifting plate (4) is smaller than the distance between the other end of each through hole and the lifting plate (4), the through holes correspond to the ventilation assemblies one by one, the through holes are communicated with the blind hole, the two ventilation assemblies are symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the ventilation pipe (19), the ventilation assemblies are connected with the other end of the ventilation pipe (19), and the air suction pump (17) is electrically connected with the PLC;

the power assembly comprises a power shaft (29), two third bearings, two eccentric wheels (30) and a plurality of paddles (28), wherein the third bearings are fixed on the periphery of an air inlet pipe (16), two connecting holes are formed in the air inlet pipe (16), two ends of the power shaft (29) respectively penetrate through the two connecting holes and the two eccentric wheels (30) and are fixedly connected with each other, the periphery of the eccentric wheels (30) is abutted against the upper portion of a drive plate (14), the power shaft (29) is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the third bearings, the paddles (28) are arranged in the air inlet pipe (16), and the paddles (28) are uniformly fixed on the periphery of the power shaft (29) in the circumferential direction by taking the axis of the power shaft (29) as the center.

6. The perforating machine for precision instrument production as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the four corners of the underside of the table (2) are each provided with a notch, in which a roller (33) is provided.
7. Perforating device for the production of precision instruments according to claim 1, characterized in that a solar panel (31) is fixed above the lifting plate (4).
