The first cooling water channel 11 is 3-5mm away from the surface of the workpiece, so that the cooling effect of the cooling core puller is improved, and the problems of surface sintering and thermal expansion blocking of the cooling core puller are solved; the mounting end of the core pulling body 10 is provided with a limiting part 15, the limiting part 15 is a concave part in the mounting end of the core pulling body 10, and rotation of the core pulling body 10 during mounting is avoided, so that the core pulling body 10 is mounted and accurate butt joint of a cooling water channel is ensured; the core-pulling body 10 adopts a 3D printing process, the core-pulling body 10 is made of a DIEVAR material, and the core-pulling body has excellent toughness and good thermal strength, so that the cooling core-pulling device has excellent thermal crack resistance and integral cracking resistance; the surface of the core pulling body 10 is coated with a TiC layer, the working temperature can reach 900 ℃, the surface hardness of the cooling core pulling device reaches HV1100, and the problem of early cracking of the surface of the cooling core pulling device is solved.
One end of the core-pulling fixed seat 20 is a fixed end, and the other end is a transmission end; the transmission end of the core-pulling fixed seat 20 is in transmission connection with a transmission part to complete core-pulling action in the die-casting process, and the transmission part preferably adopts an oil cylinder; the mounting end of the core pulling body (10) is detachably connected with the fixed end of the core pulling fixed seat (20); the fixed end is provided with two fixed seat mounting holes 24, the fixed seat mounting holes 24 are matched with the mounting end mounting holes of the core pulling body 10 so as to be used for connecting the core pulling body 10 with the core pulling fixed seat 20, the core pulling body 10 is connected with the core pulling fixed seat 20 through screws, the cost of the core pulling device is reduced, and the core pulling body 10 is convenient to replace when the core pulling body 10 is damaged, so that the core pulling fixed seat 20 can be reused; the upper part of the core-pulling fixed seat 20 is provided with two cooling water interfaces 22; a second cooling water channel 21 is arranged in the core-pulling fixing seat 20, one end of the second cooling water channel 21 is connected with a cooling water interface 22, and the other end of the second cooling water channel 21 is matched with the first cooling water channel 11; the cooling water channel between the core pulling body 10 and the core pulling fixing seat 20 is connected through a cooling connecting rod 30, and the cooling connecting rod 30 is of a hollow columnar structure; the periphery of the cooling connecting rod 30 is radially provided with a sealing ring 31, and two ends of the cooling connecting rod 30 are respectively provided with two sealing rings 31; the sealing ring 31 is made of fluorine glue to prevent water leakage among the core pulling body 10, the core pulling fixing seat 20 and the cooling connecting rod 30; the shape of the fixed end is matched with that of the mounting end of the core-pulling body 10, so that the core-pulling body 10 is prevented from rotating in the core-pulling fixed seat 20, and the positions of the cooling water channel and the mounting hole are convenient to align during mounting.
