Abstract
The invention relates to a removing machine, in particular to a sugarcane root removing machine. The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to design a sugarcane root removing machine which is simple to operate, can save manpower and ensure the safety of operators. In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a sugarcane root removing machine, comprising: one side of the top of the chassis is connected with a connecting plate, the connecting plate is connected with a mounting plate, and the mounting plate is provided with a plurality of openings; the blanking device is arranged on the chassis; and the cutting device is arranged between the blanking device and the mounting plate. A sugarcane root removing machine is shown in figures 1-2 and comprises a chassis 1, a connecting plate 2 and a mounting plate 3, wherein the connecting plate 2 is connected to the right side of the top of the chassis 1, the mounting plate 3 is connected onto the connecting plate 2, a plurality of openings are formed in the mounting plate 3, a blanking device 4 and a cutting device 5 are further included, the blanking device 4 is arranged on the chassis 1, and the cutting device 5 is arranged between the blanking device 4 and the mounting plate 3.
Unloader 4 is including material frame 41, branch 42, dial roller 43 and motor 44, and both sides all are connected with branch 42 around the chassis 1 top, are connected with material frame 41 between the branch 42 of both sides, and the discharge end of material frame 41 is aimed at mounting panel 3, and material frame 41 lower part rotary type is connected with dials roller 43, dials roller 43 and is close to the discharge end of material frame 41, and motor 44 is installed to 1 top front side on chassis, and the output shaft of motor 44 is connected with the transmission of dialling roller 43.
When the root of the sugarcane needs to be removed, the removing machine can be used, firstly, a user can put the sugarcane into the material frame 41, the sugarcane at the lowest part can be aligned with the poking roller 43, then, the user can start the motor 44 to drive the poking roller 43 to rotate, after the poking roller 43 rotates to be contacted with the sugarcane, the poking roller 43 continues to rotate to poke the sugarcane into the mounting plate 3, the poking roller 43 also drives the intermittent gear 55 to rotate when rotating, after the intermittent gear 55 rotates to be meshed with the second gear 54, the intermittent gear 55 continues to rotate to drive the second gear 54 to rotate, the second gear 54 rotates to drive the first gear 53 to rotate, the first gear 53 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 51 to rotate, the rotating shaft 51 rotates to drive the cutter 52 to rotate, after the cutter 52 rotates to be contacted with the sugarcane, the end part of the sugarcane can be cut off, after the cutting, the cutter 52 rotates by just one hundred eighty degrees, at this time, the intermittent gear 55 also rotates to be not meshed with the second gear 54 any more, and the cut sugarcane and the end part of the sugarcane fall through openings at different positions on the mounting plate 3 respectively, so that the root part of the sugarcane can be removed.

Initially, a user can add water into the water tank 8, the water in the water tank 8 leaks out through the leakage pipe 9, and the leaked water drops on the sugarcane through the brush roller 71, so that the water is added when the sugarcane is cleaned, and the cleaning effect is better.

A sugarcane root removing machine according to claim 4, characterized by further comprising a cleaning device (7), the cleaning device (7) comprising: the brush rolls (71) are arranged in a plurality of ways, the brush rolls (71) are respectively connected to the upper side and the lower side of one side in the frame body (61) in a rotating mode, one of the brush rolls (71) on the upper side and the lower side is in transmission connection with each other, and one of the brush rolls (71) is in transmission connection with the poking roll (43); a plurality of connecting gears (72) which are arranged, wherein the plurality of connecting gears (72) are respectively connected to the plurality of brush rollers (71), and two adjacent connecting gears (72) are meshed with each other; the conveying rollers (73) are arranged in multiple ways, the conveying rollers (73) are connected to the lower portion of the frame body (61) in a rotating mode, one conveying roller (73) is in transmission connection with one brush roller (71), and a conveying belt (74) is wound among the conveying rollers (73).
