Description

Building profile for fixing prefabricated panels, comprising a first substantially rectilinear section and a first bend, a second substantially rectilinear section and a second bend, a third substantially rectilinear section and a third bend, and a fourth substantially rectilinear section
Technical Field
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is how to secure prefabricated panels in a simple and effective manner in building construction, and more particularly by using a profile for securing prefabricated panels, to obtain an acceptable and aesthetically pleasing edge trim effect at the outer edges of such panels, in particular at the corners of ceilings and partitions or walls.
When treating ceiling and edge closing parts of partition boards or enclosing walls, a 'sunken masonry' mode is adopted in the past, and as an alternative method for using foot lines or cornices, the method needs manual operation through manual tools, so that the method is very labor-consuming and high in labor cost.
Background
In the research precedent of the process, a plurality of published inventions related to the use of building section bars and fixed precast slab section bars exist, however, most of the inventions have different operation mechanisms and shape characteristics from the inventions. One important invention is the plastic or metal profile product named "Z-profile" which has been widely sold and advertised in product catalogues specifically for ceiling tile fixing and appearance finish designs. The profile solves the problem of fixing the ceiling panels, but to achieve the recessing of the profile finish requires a series of laborious operations to be performed in advance before installation, increasing the risk of deformation, the construction time, the labor and the cost of the elements.

The cover may include a U-shaped profile and the door top rail may be disposed in an interior cavity of the cover. The profile disclosed in the drawing is somewhat similar to the profile of the first embodiment of the present application, but the shape, elements are different and the purpose of use is different. The profile described in this document is intended for joining prefabricated co-panels and prefabricated abutting panels.
Document CN105649253(a) discloses an integrated ceiling structure, which mainly comprises side section bars, middle section bars, upper connecting section bars and a decorative plate, wherein the side section bars and the middle section bars are respectively provided with a connecting groove and a lower end buckling edge; the lower end of the upper connecting section bar is provided with a convex edge buckled with the connecting groove, the upper connecting section bar is at least provided with an upper end plane, and the upper end plane is provided with an air outlet hole for air exchange, air blowing or heating; side grooves for buckling and buckling side sectional bars and middle sectional bars respectively are arranged on two sides of the decorative plate, and the decorative plate is assembled and installed between the side sectional bars and the middle sectional bars; the upper connecting section bar is also provided with a middle plane parallel to the upper end plane, the inner side edge of the upper connecting section bar is provided with a lamp belt groove for mounting a lamp belt, and the middle plane is integrally manufactured with the upper connecting section bar; the novel electric heating cooker has the characteristics of simple and reasonable structure, convenience in use and installation, firm and reliable structure, strong sense of integrity, capability of realizing individual customization and the like. This invention is a profile construction for suspending ceiling panels, the central beam in the area of the suspended ceiling being located above these panels, and therefore this profile is not the same as the one described in this patent application.
Disclosure of Invention
Brief description of the invention
The invention finds application in the field of building construction, particularly in residential buildings comprising a metal partition structure or partition sheathing covered with precast or other quality panels, such as dwellings composed of gypsum and cardboard, polymeric board, polycarbonate board, and the like.
Disclosed herein is a construction profile (1) for fixing prefabricated panels, which has a constant cross section in the longitudinal direction in two different embodiments. In a first embodiment, the cross-section of the construction profile comprises a first substantially straight section, bent a first time through 180 ° in a first direction of rotation; a second substantially straight section bent a second time in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction to form a substantially right angle; and a third substantially straight section bent a third time in the second rotational direction to form a substantially right angle and connected to the fourth substantially straight section. In this way, it is possible to insert the wing of the pre-existing building profile in the gap between the first substantially rectilinear section and the second substantially rectilinear section, substantially sufficient to suitably accommodate one prefabricated panel between the second substantially rectilinear section and the fourth substantially rectilinear section. In a second embodiment, the cross-section of the construction profile comprises a first substantially straight section, which is bent a first time in a first direction of rotation to form a substantially right angle; a second substantially straight section bent a second time in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction to form a substantially right angle; and a third substantially linear section bent for a third time in the first rotational direction to form a substantially right angle and connected to the fourth substantially linear section. In this way, a preformed sheet can be inserted in the gap between the second and fourth substantially rectilinear sections, while the first substantially rectilinear section is also long enough to be fixed between the two pre-existing structures by compression fixing means.
Detailed description of the invention
In two different embodiments, a construction profile (1) for fixing prefabricated panels is disclosed, which has a constant cross section in the longitudinal direction. In a first embodiment, the cross-section of the construction profile comprises a first substantially straight section, bent a first time through 180 ° in a first direction of rotation; a second substantially straight section bent a second time in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction to form a substantially right angle; and a third substantially linear section bent for a third time in the second rotational direction to form a substantially right angle, and connected to the fourth substantially linear section. In a second embodiment, the cross-section of the construction profile comprises a first substantially straight section, bent a first time in a first direction of rotation to form a substantially right angle; a second substantially straight section bent a second time in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction to form a substantially right angle; and a third substantially linear section bent for a third time in the first rotational direction to form a substantially right angle and connected to the fourth substantially linear section. In this way, a preformed sheet can be inserted in the gap between the second and fourth substantially rectilinear sections, while the first substantially rectilinear section is also long enough to be fixed between the two pre-existing structures by compression fixing means.
The profiles described in these two embodiments can be produced predominantly from metallic material by molding or extrusion, or predominantly from plastic material by molding or extrusion.
The prefabricated panels corresponding to the two embodiments may be a ceiling or a vertical enclosure, but in contrast the profile according to the first embodiment is more suitable for a ceiling, whereas the profile according to the second embodiment is more suitable for a vertical enclosure, such as a roof of a partition.
The pre-existing profile of the first embodiment may be a spacer profile, preferably a metal channel profile.
In both embodiments, the material can be extended outwardly at the third bend, projecting beyond the fourth section, forming a usable surface opposite the location of the third section for filling, thereby concealing the connection between the profile and the surface of the prefabricated panel.
In either of the first and second embodiments, the fourth section may include through holes to provide a stronger bond between the profile and the preformed sheet.
The profile according to the second embodiment may comprise a fifth substantially rectilinear segment, aligned with the first substantially rectilinear segment and projecting as a continuation of the first substantially rectilinear segment, beyond the position of the second substantially rectilinear segment, in order in this way to improve its rigidity and structural strength.
The fifth substantially linear section may be a "U" shaped bend connecting the first substantially linear section and the second substantially linear section.
The two pre-existing structures in the second embodiment may be door or window frame and bulkhead profiles.
