Description

Glass explosion-proof shield membrane and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an ultraviolet-proof glass film attached to the outer side of a front windshield of an automobile, in particular to an explosion-proof glass shield film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Conventional protective films for automotive front barriers, i.e., films attached to the interior of an automotive front barrier, provide only a substantial protective effect. When the automobile is completely exposed to the sun, drivers and passengers, automobile interiors and the like can damage the skins of the drivers and passengers and accelerate aging and fading of the automobile interiors and the like after long-time ultraviolet irradiation; the outer side of the front windshield of the automobile is scraped and abraded by a windscreen wiper for a long time, is eroded by wind and rain, and the like, so that the outer side of the windshield is seriously abraded, the sight of a driver is influenced, and once the front windshield is hit by broken stones, the front windshield can be broken and splashed to hurt the driver in the automobile, so that great potential safety hazards are caused; the automobile glass needs to be replaced after being worn by external force, the economic expenditure is high, and the service life is short.
At present, the traditional automobile front windshield has the defects of poor ultraviolet resistance, poor toughness, easy aging, easy abrasion and the like, and the automobile garment films in the current market all adopt PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber) materials as base materials, can only play a basic protection role on the automobile front windshield, cannot effectively absorb ultraviolet rays, if glass is broken by the impact of broken stones, the protective film can be scratched by glass fragments, the safety performance is low, the automobile front windshield is easy to age, easy to abrade and short in service life, and the popularization of the product is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of the traditional automobile front barrier film mentioned in the background technology, the invention provides a glass explosion-proof armor film and a preparation method thereof. This shield first membrane can closely laminate the big preceding windshield of car of radian on the basis of protecting preceding windshield of car, and toughness is big, receives huge impact and also can not cause glass's breakage to splash, plays explosion-proof effect, also can absorb a large amount of ultraviolet rays simultaneously, plays ageing-resistant effect under the long-time condition of insolate of sun.
The glass explosion-proof armor membrane comprises the following layers which are sequentially laminated:
(1) the silica gel protective film layer is 2-20 mu m thick; the protection effect is achieved;
(2) a scratch-resistant layer (a modified polyurethane hardened coating) with the thickness of 1-30 mu m; has the functions of scraping resistance, fouling resistance and thermal restoration;
(3) the thickness of the base material layer is 20-300 microns, and the base material layer is made of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer) or PVC (polyvinyl chloride);
(4) the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (composed of SBS, SIS, tackifying resin, softening agent, anti-aging agent, coloring agent and the like) is 3-10 μm thick; the function of blocking ultraviolet rays and adhesion is achieved;
(5) the transparent release protective film layer is 16-75 microns thick; can keep the smoothness of the surface of the base material and play a role in protection.
Further, the material of the scratch-resistant layer is wear-resistant polyurethane, and the hardness is as high as 4H.
Further, the visible light wave band transmittance of the base material layer is more than or equal to 45%.
Further, the material of the base material layer is TPU.
Further, the transparent release protection film layer is a PET release film layer, and the smoothness of the surface of the base material can be kept. .
The invention also provides a preparation method of the glass explosion-proof shield membrane, which comprises the following steps:
(1) coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side of the base material layer through a coating process, and compounding a release protective film to form a release protective film layer; wherein the base material layer is made of a TPU film or a PVC film; the release protective film mainly plays a role in protecting the substrate layer;
(2) coating a scratch-resistant layer (a modified polyurethane hardened coating) on the other side of the base material layer by a coating process, and compounding a silica gel protective film to form a silica gel protective film layer; the protective effect on the substrate layer is enhanced.
The glass explosion-proof shield membrane can be adhered to the outer side of the front windshield of the automobile, so that the abrasion of the automobile windscreen wiper to the glass can be effectively reduced, the wiping of the windscreen wiper is smoother, the scraping resistance and antifouling property are strong, the thermal restoration performance is good, and the service life of the windscreen wiper is prolonged; the glass cannot be broken to harm the safety of people in the vehicle even if the vehicle is impacted by external foreign matters, and the vehicle-mounted anti-explosion vehicle has strong toughness, strong stretchability and good anti-explosion performance; can absorb ultraviolet rays to the maximum extent, avoids the skin damage of drivers and passengers in the automobile and the interior decoration of the automobile from fading and aging under the long-time irradiation of the sun, and has good heat insulation effect.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
compared with the prior art, the glass explosion-proof shield membrane provided by the invention has the advantages of moderate thickness, strong flexibility and strong stretchability, and can be tightly attached to the front windshield of an automobile; the coating with the UV blocking rate of 97.5 percent is coated in the pressure-sensitive adhesive, so that the anti-aging performance is good, and the safety and explosion-proof performance is high.
The preparation method of the novel glass explosion-proof shield membrane provided by the invention has a simple process, and the used base material is TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer) or PVC (polyvinyl chloride), so that the stretchability is high, the flexibility is strong, the elasticity is good, when the glass is impacted, the broken glass can be effectively prevented from splashing in the vehicle, and the safety and explosion-proof performance are high, so that the personal safety in the vehicle can be effectively protected; fine scratches caused by the scratch of the broken stones can be automatically repaired at high temperature (under the irradiation of the sun) (the TPU has compact molecular arrangement and higher molecular density, and when the position of the coating molecule is changed, the TPU is loosened by heating and returns to the original position, namely the purpose of thermal repair is achieved); bubbles and wrinkles are not easy to generate in the film pasting process, the appearance is strong, and the operation is convenient and fast; meanwhile, the glass explosion-proof armor film has excellent scratch resistance and ageing resistance, excellent ultraviolet resistance and heat insulation effect, long service life and easy realization of mass production.
