a pipettor storage case for storing pipettors; wherein,
the pipettor storage box includes:
the box body comprises an opening end face, and the box door can be connected to the upper part of the opening end face in a closing manner;
the rack body is arranged in the box body and used for placing a liquid shifter;
the first card reader is arranged at an outlet of the box body and used for reading first storage information in an IC card label arranged on the pipettor and acquiring first position information of the pipettor;
the second card reader is arranged on the outer side of the box body and used for reading user identity information stored in the radio frequency identification card;
the electric control lock is arranged at the lower part of the end surface of the opening and used for locking the box door; the electric control lock comprises an electric conductor device and a magnetic conductor device;
the controller is respectively connected with the second card reader, the electric control lock and the first card reader; the system comprises a server, a first card reader, a first position information acquisition module, a second card reader, a first position information acquisition module, a second position information acquisition module and a second position information acquisition module, wherein the server is used for receiving first storage information sent by the first card reader, first position information of a pipettor and user identity information sent by the second card reader and sending the first storage information, the first position information of the pipettor and the user identity information to;
a server to:
receiving first storage information sent by the controller and first position information of a liquid transfer device, and encrypting and storing the first storage information and the first position information;
and receiving the user identity information sent by the controller, judging the legality of the user identity information, sending authorization information to the controller when the user identity information is determined to be legal, and controlling the current in the electric conductor device by the controller to adjust the suction force between the electric conductor device and the magnetic conductor device so as to realize the unlocking and locking of the electric control lock on the box door.

the server is used for receiving the state information of the box door and the human body signals sent by the controller, sending a virus killing and bacteria removing instruction to the controller when the state information of the box door is determined to be closed and no human body signal exists in a preset range of the pipettor storage box, and the controller receives the virus killing and bacteria removing instruction and controls a virus killing and bacteria removing device arranged in the pipettor storage box to perform virus killing and bacteria removing operations.

The pipette storage box management system according to claim 2, wherein when the first card reader fails, first number information of pipettes to be put back into a pipette storage box and second number information corresponding to the pipette storage box are input on an intelligent terminal, and the first number information and the second number information are sent to the server;
the server is used for receiving the first serial number information and the second serial number information sent by the intelligent terminal and judging whether the first serial number information is matched with the second serial number information or not; when the first serial number information is determined to be matched with the second serial number information, inquiring the latest basic information of the pipettor corresponding to the first serial number information recorded in a database on a server according to the first serial number information, and sending the latest basic information to the intelligent terminal; when the first serial number information is determined to be not matched with the second serial number information, a database is inquired according to the first serial number information, serial number information and position information of a pipettor storage box corresponding to the first serial number information are obtained, and the serial number information and the position information are sent to an intelligent terminal.
5. The pipette storage box management system according to claim 4, wherein a camera device is further provided in the pipette storage box for acquiring image information in the pipette storage box;
the controller is connected with the camera device and used for receiving image information shot by the camera device and sending the image information to the server;
the server is used for receiving the image information sent by the server; acquiring second position information of the pipettor according to the image information; judging whether the second position information is consistent with the first position information; and when the second position information is determined to be inconsistent with the first position information, sending fault information of the first card reader to the intelligent terminal.
6. The pipette storage box management system of claim 3, wherein,
the server is also used for recording the first moment and the safe storage period of the sterilization and degerming operation of the pipettor in the pipettor storage box; calculating the sanitation level of the pipettor according to the current time, the first time and the safe storage period; and when the hygiene grade is determined to be lower than the preset hygiene grade, sending an antivirus and degerming instruction to a controller, receiving the antivirus and degerming instruction by the controller, and controlling an antivirus and degerming device arranged in a storage box of the pipettor to perform antivirus and degerming operation on the pipettor with the hygiene grade lower than the preset hygiene grade.
7. The pipette storage box management system of claim 3, wherein the pipette storage box further comprises:
the bacteria detection device is used for carrying out bacteria detection on at least one liquid transfer device which is put back to the intelligent storage box to obtain at least one bacteria detection result;
the controller is connected with the bacteria detection device;
the server is used for receiving at least one bacteria detection result, processing the bacteria detection result to obtain bacteria concentration, judging whether the bacteria concentration is larger than a preset bacteria concentration threshold value or not, sending an antivirus sterilization instruction to the controller when the bacteria concentration is larger than the preset bacteria concentration threshold value, receiving the antivirus sterilization instruction by the controller, and controlling an antivirus sterilization device arranged in a storage box of the pipettor to perform antivirus sterilization operation on the pipettor corresponding to the bacteria concentration larger than the preset bacteria concentration threshold value; and otherwise, recording the use state information of the pipettor as taking out the pipettor storage box but not using the pipettor storage box.
8. The pipette storage box management system of claim 2, further comprising:
the network detection device is used for acquiring a network disconnection probability value of the pipettor storage box and the server;
network connection enhancing means for moving between the pipette storage box and the server to enhance network connection between the pipette storage box and the server;
the server is respectively connected with the network detection device and the network connection enhancement device and is used for receiving the network disconnection probability value sent by the network detection device, judging whether the network disconnection probability value is larger than a preset threshold value or not, and calculating the number of the devices needing network connection enhancement and controlling the network connection enhancement device to start working when the network disconnection probability value is determined to be larger than the preset threshold value;
