The invention discloses a push-pull type dismounting device and a dismounting method for a double-T-beam pouring mould top mould, wherein the dismounting device comprises a bracket, a guide rail, a guide wheel, a power slide block, a power slide rail, a power pulley block and a longitudinal pull rod, the guide rails are arranged at two ends of the bracket, the top of the power sliding block is welded on the top die, a sliding groove is arranged on the power sliding block in a penetrating way, the sliding groove is obliquely arranged along the length direction of the beam, guide wheels are arranged on two side shafts of the power sliding block, the guide wheel and the guide rail are installed in a matching way, the power slide rail is arranged on the bracket, the power pulley block comprises a first power pulley and a second power pulley which are integrally installed on the linkage plate, the first power pulley is installed in a matched mode with the power sliding rail, the second power pulley is installed in a matched mode with the sliding groove, and the longitudinal pull rod is connected with the linkage plate. The invention can mount and dismount the top die according to production requirements, and has the advantages of flexible dismounting, simple and convenient operation and the like.

With the development of municipal industrialization, various assembled municipal structural members are more and more transferred to production workshops for prefabrication production. During demoulding, the top die 8 moves downwards, the two inner side dies are close to each other, the two outer side dies are far away from each other, and the demoulding process is realized.
The push-pull type dismounting device for the top die of the double-T-beam pouring die comprises a support 1, a guide rail 2, a guide wheel 7, a power slide block 6, a power slide rail 3, a power pulley block and a longitudinal pull rod 5. Wherein support 1 is as the carrier of support, and it welds on the ground roof beam, sets up along the long direction of roof beam, and the upper surface elevation of support 1 is unanimous. The support 1 comprises a top supporting surface and supporting legs, and the top supporting surface and the supporting legs are reinforced through inclined struts. step one, arranging a plurality of push-pull type dismounting devices of a double-T beam pouring mould at equal intervals along the beam length direction, and welding a support 1 and a ground beam;
step two, an initial mold closing state; the second power pulley 4 is positioned at the lowest end of the sliding groove 10, the top die 8 is positioned at the highest end, is clamped with the two inner side dies and is in a die closing state;
step three, demolding; the two ends of the longitudinal pull rod 5 are respectively pulled by the chain block, the chain block is manually controlled to be in a tensioned state, the chain block is continuously tensioned by one end to enable the second power pulley 4 to slide towards the other end of the sliding groove 10, the chain block is slowly released by the other end, the second power pulley 4 moves to the uppermost end of the sliding groove 10, the top die 8 is located at the lowermost end, and the chain block is in a complete demoulding state; according to the use requirement, the chain block can be replaced by other power mechanisms, such as a hydraulic jack;
step four, die assembly; the second power pulley 4 is driven to slide towards the lowest end of the sliding groove 10 by reversely using the chain block, and the top die 8 is clamped with the two inner die and is in a die closing state.
