1. A traditional Chinese medicine mashing mechanism without pouring a medicine mashing barrel when taking out traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is characterized by comprising a medicine mashing barrel, a medicine mashing rod positioned above the medicine mashing barrel and a driving mechanism for driving the medicine mashing rod to lift and smash the traditional Chinese medicine positioned in the medicine mashing barrel, wherein a discharge hole is formed in the side wall of one side of the medicine mashing barrel, the bottom surface of the medicine mashing barrel is a plane, and the bottom surface of the discharge hole, the bottom surface of the medicine mashing barrel and the inner surface of the side wall of the medicine mashing barrel are intersected on the same line; an air inlet channel is arranged on the side wall of the medicine pounding barrel, the air inlet channel is provided with an air outlet hole which is positioned on the inner surface of the medicine pounding barrel and blows the traditional Chinese medicine in the medicine pounding barrel into the discharge hole, a transverse plug for sealing the air inlet channel, a transverse plug opening spring for driving the transverse plug to open and a transverse plug closing cross bar for driving the transverse plug to overcome the elasticity of the transverse plug opening spring and lose the sealing effect on the air inlet channel, the transverse plug closing cross bar is connected in the side wall of the medicine pounding barrel in a sliding mode, one end of the transverse plug closing cross bar extends into the medicine pounding barrel, the inner peripheral surface of the medicine pounding barrel is a cylindrical surface, the lower end of the medicine pounding rod is provided with a sealing section which can be connected with the medicine pounding barrel in a sealing and sliding mode, the medicine rod is provided with an avoiding space positioned above the sealing section, and the transverse plug closing cross plug and the sealing section are abutted together, when the transverse rod is closed by the transverse plug and aligned with the avoidance space, the transverse plug seals the air inlet channel, and guide inclined planes for guiding the transverse plug to close the transverse rod to shrink into the side wall of the medicine pounding barrel are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of one end of the medicine pounding barrel, wherein the transverse plug is closed by the transverse plug.
