Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a queuing and number-calling reminding method provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the application scenario may include: the system comprises a monitoring system 11, a queuing and calling system 12 and a processing platform 13 connected with the monitoring system 11 and the queuing and calling system 12.
The monitoring system 11 may include a plurality of monitoring camera apparatuses 111 disposed in a public place, and a monitoring center 112 connected to each monitoring camera apparatus 111, where each monitoring camera apparatus 111 is located at a different position in the public place, and can collect images of pedestrians in a monitoring view angle range thereof, and transmit the images to the monitoring center 112. The monitoring center 12 may transmit the acquired pedestrian image collected by the monitoring camera device 111 to the processing platform 13.
The queuing and calling system 12 can provide queuing numbers for users, can support various different services, can realize multi-level menu operation options, and can timely update the queuing numbers and support various query functions based on the processing flow of the services. In this embodiment, when a user obtains a queuing number by the queuing number-calling system 12, the queuing number-calling system 12 needs to acquire an image of the user, which is referred to as a queuing user image in this application. Optionally, the queuing and calling system 12 may further obtain a contact mode input by the queuing user on a human-computer interaction interface of the queuing and calling system 12. The queuing system 12 may transmit the obtained images of the queued users and/or the contacts of the queued users to the processing platform 13.
In this embodiment, the processing platform 13 may acquire a pedestrian image acquired by the monitoring camera device 111 in the monitoring system 11, and compare the pedestrian image with the queuing user image acquired from the queuing number calling system 12 to determine whether the pedestrian corresponding to the pedestrian image is the queuing user of the queuing number calling system 12.
For example, in this embodiment, the processing platform 13 may further determine the current position of the queuing user when determining that the pedestrian corresponding to the pedestrian image is the queuing user, and determine whether to remind the queuing user according to the current position of the queuing user and the current queuing information corresponding to the queuing number calling system. By the method, the queuing user can be reminded in time before the queuing user arrives, so that the problem of number passing caused by leaving the queuing site is effectively avoided.
Optionally, the processing platform in this embodiment of the present application may execute corresponding software codes through a processor on the cloud server, and be implemented in combination with other hardware entities, and regarding a specific implementation manner of the processing platform in this embodiment of the present application, this is not limited herein.
For example, the processing platform in this embodiment may be an electronic device, and the electronic device may be a terminal device or a server. The embodiment of the application does not limit the concrete representation form of the electronic device, and can be determined according to actual conditions.
The embodiment of the application provides a queuing and number calling reminding method aiming at the problems of low user service handling efficiency and poor experience in the prior art, and the method comprises the steps of obtaining a pedestrian image collected by a monitoring camera device, judging whether a pedestrian corresponding to the pedestrian image is a queuing user of a queuing and number calling system based on the pedestrian image and the queuing user image collected by the queuing and number calling system, determining the current position of the queuing user when the pedestrian is determined to be the queuing user, and determining whether the queuing user needs to be reminded according to the current position of the queuing user and the current queuing information corresponding to the queuing and number calling system, so that the problems of number passing and number re-queuing and number taking caused by the fact that the queuing user leaves a queuing site are effectively avoided, the user service handling efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
The following describes the technical solution of the present application in detail through a specific embodiment in an application scenario shown in fig. 1. It should be noted that the following specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of a queuing number-calling reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present application. The execution subject of the embodiment of the method may be the processing platform in the application scenario shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the queuing and number-calling reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:
step 21: and acquiring the pedestrian image acquired by the monitoring camera equipment.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, in order to maintain social security and stability and improve the work efficiency of the public place management part, and also in order to provide a real and effective evidence, monitoring camera devices may be installed at different locations of the public place, so as to monitor and manage pedestrians and emergencies occurring in the public place through the installed monitoring camera devices.
In the present embodiment, images of pedestrians who are present in a public place can be captured using a monitoring camera apparatus provided at different positions in the public place. Optionally, the processing platform may obtain a pedestrian image obtained by a monitoring camera device of the monitoring system. It can be understood that the pedestrian image needs to include key parts such as the face and the body features of the pedestrian, so that the processing platform can judge whether the pedestrian image is a queuing user according to the pedestrian image.
Optionally, one or more monitoring camera devices may be disposed at each different position of the public place, and the specific number of the monitoring camera devices may be set according to the actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step 22: and judging whether the pedestrian corresponding to the pedestrian image is a queuing user of the queuing and calling system or not based on the pedestrian image and the queuing user image acquired by the queuing and calling system.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, when the queuing and calling system can obtain the queuing number by the user, the image of the queuing user is collected and sent to the processing platform, so that when the processing platform obtains the pedestrian image collected by the monitoring camera device, the comparison result between the pedestrian image and the image of the queuing user collected by the queuing and calling system can be determined based on the pedestrian image.
For example, the processing platform may compare the pedestrian image with the queued user image in the queuing and calling system based on the face feature and the body feature of the pedestrian in the image to obtain a face comparison result and a body comparison result, and determine whether the pedestrian corresponding to the pedestrian image is the queued user according to the face comparison result and the body comparison result.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the method may further include the following steps:
and acquiring a queuing user image acquired when the user takes the queuing number from the queuing number calling system.
In this embodiment, when a user needs to handle some services, operations such as queuing, getting a queuing number and the like can be performed on a queuing number calling system on a service site, and at this time, the queuing number calling system can collect images of queued users corresponding to the queued users.
Specifically, the queuing and calling system can acquire images of the users who queue through the image acquisition device, and the image acquisition device can be integrated on the queuing and calling system and can also exist independently of the queuing and calling system. When the image acquisition device is independent of the queuing and calling system, the image acquisition device can directly send the images of the users who are queued to the processing platform after acquiring the images, or send the images to the queuing and calling system first and then send the images to the processing platform by the queuing and calling system, so that the processing platform can acquire the images of the users who are queued to the queuing and calling system.
For example, when the image capturing device can be integrated on the queuing and number-calling system, the image capturing device can be a camera, an infrared camera, or the like disposed on the queuing and number-calling system. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the concrete expression form of the image capturing device.
For example, in this embodiment, when the queuing and calling system acquires the images of the queued users, it may first detect whether the acquired images of the queued users are qualified, and only when the images of the queued users are qualified, send the images to the processing platform for comparison, so as to obtain a comparison result.
For example, an implementation of detecting whether a queued user image is eligible may include one or more of the following parameters: whether the quality of the queued user images is acceptable, whether the queued user images are from real faces, and the like. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific implementation mode of whether the queued user image is qualified or not, and the specific implementation mode can be determined according to the actual situation.
Step 23: and when the pedestrian is determined to be the queuing user, determining the current position of the queuing user.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the application, when determining that the pedestrian image acquired by the monitoring camera device is a queued user, the processing platform may determine the current position of the queued user according to the position information of the monitoring camera device acquiring the pedestrian image.
In practical application, the position information of the monitoring camera equipment arranged in a public place is fixed and stored in the monitoring center, so that when the processing platform determines that a pedestrian image acquired by a certain monitoring camera equipment is a queuing user, the position information of the monitoring camera equipment can be firstly acquired from the monitoring center of the monitoring system, the position of the monitoring camera equipment is determined based on the position information, and the position of the monitoring camera equipment is further used as the current position of the queuing user.
It should be noted that, when the queued user is only within the monitoring range of a certain monitoring camera device but has a certain distance from the monitoring camera device, the actual distance between the queued user and the monitoring camera device can also be determined, and then the current position of the queued user is determined according to the actual distance between the queued user and the monitoring camera device and the position of the monitoring camera device.
As an example, when the processing platform presets distance information between each monitoring camera device and each position in the monitoring range thereof, the actual distance between the queued user and the monitoring camera device may be determined according to different positions in the monitoring range where the queued user is located.
As another example, if the current position of the queued user is within the monitoring range of the multiple monitoring camera devices, the actual distance between the queued user and one of the monitoring camera devices may also be determined jointly according to the pitch angles and the yaw angles of the monitoring lenses of the multiple monitoring camera devices, and then the current position of the queued user is determined by combining the position of the monitoring camera device.
Step 24: and determining whether the queuing user needs to be reminded or not according to the current position of the queuing user and the current queuing information corresponding to the queuing and calling system.
Optionally, in this embodiment, when the processing platform determines that the pedestrian corresponding to the behavior image is the queuing user, first obtain current queuing information updated by the queuing number system, determine, based on the current queuing information, a number of the queuing number that is further away from the queuing user, and determine the time required for queuing to the queuing number.
The queuing and number calling reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application obtains the pedestrian image acquired by the monitoring camera device, judges whether the pedestrian corresponding to the pedestrian image is a queuing user of the queuing and number calling system based on the pedestrian image and the queuing user image acquired by the queuing and number calling system, determines the current position of the queuing user when the pedestrian is determined to be the queuing user, and determines whether the queuing user needs to be reminded according to the current position of the queuing user and the current queuing information corresponding to the queuing and number calling system. According to the technical scheme, the user does not need to stay in the queuing field for waiting, the problems that the number is passed and the number needs to be queued again for taking the number due to the fact that the user who lines out of the queuing field can be effectively avoided, the service handling efficiency of the user is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Exemplarily, on the basis of the above embodiment, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a second embodiment of the queuing number-calling reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present application, the step 22 may be implemented by:
step 31: and comparing the face characteristics of the pedestrian images with the face characteristics of the queuing user images to obtain a face similarity value.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the pedestrian image and the queued user image may both include a face feature and a body feature, and when comparing the pedestrian image with the queued user image, it may be determined whether a pedestrian corresponding to the pedestrian image is one of the queued users based on the face features of the pedestrian image and the queued user image, and then further determine whether the pedestrian corresponding to the pedestrian image is one of the queued users based on the body features of the pedestrian image and the queued user image.
For example, a specific implementation scheme for comparing the face features of the pedestrian images with the face features of the queued user images may be as follows: the method comprises the steps of firstly extracting a plurality of facial feature points (such as eyes, a nose, a mouth and the like) in a pedestrian image, detecting whether an image matched with the pedestrian image exists in a queuing user image acquired from a queuing and calling system based on the acquired facial feature points, and obtaining a face similarity value between the pedestrian image and the queuing user image based on the relationship between the facial feature points in the pedestrian image and the relationship between the facial feature points of the queuing user image acquired from the queuing and calling system.
Step 32: and comparing the body characteristics of the pedestrian images with the body characteristics of the images of the queued users to obtain a body similarity value.
In this embodiment, in a normal situation, the monitoring camera device disposed in the public place has a certain distance from the pedestrian, and therefore, the pedestrian image acquired by the monitoring camera device may further include the body feature of the pedestrian, so that a body similarity value may also be obtained by using the body feature of the pedestrian image and the body feature of the queued user image, and the body similarity value may assist in determining whether the pedestrian is the queued user.
Step 33: and judging whether the pedestrian corresponding to the pedestrian image is a queuing user of the queuing and number calling system according to the face similarity value and the body similarity value.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, after the processing platform obtains the face similarity value and the body similarity value, it may first determine whether the face similarity value is greater than a first set threshold, and determine whether the body similarity value is greater than a second set threshold, and if the face similarity value is greater than the first set threshold and the body similarity value is greater than the second set threshold, it may be determined that the pedestrian corresponding to the pedestrian image is a queuing user of the queuing and number-calling system, and perform subsequent processing operations. And if the face similarity value is smaller than or equal to a first set threshold value, or the face similarity value is smaller than or equal to the first set threshold value and the body similarity value is smaller than or equal to a second set threshold value, determining that the pedestrian is not the queuing user.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the order of the face feature comparison and the body feature comparison may be adjusted, and this embodiment does not limit the order.
According to the queuing number-calling reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, the face characteristics of the pedestrian image are compared with the face characteristics of the queuing user image to obtain the face similarity value, the body characteristics of the pedestrian image are compared with the body characteristics of the queuing user image to obtain the body similarity value, and whether the pedestrian corresponding to the pedestrian image is the queuing user of the queuing number-calling system is judged according to the face similarity value and the body similarity value. According to the technical scheme, double judgment is carried out through the face characteristics and the body characteristics, the accuracy of the judgment result is improved, and a foundation is laid for subsequent intelligent reminding.
Exemplarily, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a third embodiment of a queuing number-calling reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present application, the step 24 may be implemented by:
step 41: and calculating the distance between the current position and the position of the queuing and calling system.
In this embodiment, after acquiring the current location of the queuing user and the location of the queuing number-calling system, the processing platform may first calculate the distance between the two locations. As an example, the distance of each location of the public place from the queuing system can be stored in the processing platform. As another example, the processing platform may also automatically determine a path from the current location to the location of the queuing and calling system, and determine the length between the paths, that is, the distance between the current location and the location of the queuing and calling system.
Step 42: and determining the first time required by the queuing user from the current position to the position of the queuing and calling system according to the distance.
As an example, the processing platform may store the time required from each location to the location of the queuing and calling system, where the time is obtained by the processing platform or other devices through collecting a large amount of historical data for processing. Therefore, the processing platform can query the stored corresponding relation according to the distance and determine the first time required by the queuing user from the current position to the position of the queuing and calling system.
As another example, the processing platform may also store an average speed of the pedestrian, which may be calculated from historical data. Therefore, in this embodiment, the processing platform may determine, based on the average speed and the obtained distance, the first time required for the queuing user to travel from the current location to the location of the queuing number-calling system.
Step 43: and determining the second time that the queuing user still needs to wait according to the queuing information of the queuing user and the current queuing information corresponding to the queuing and calling system.
In this embodiment, after determining that the pedestrian is the queuing user, the processing platform may obtain the queuing information of the queuing user, and obtain current queuing information updated on the queuing and calling system by the service that the queuing user needs to handle. Therefore, the processing platform can determine the second time for the queuing user to handle the service and the queuing client to wait according to the average time required for handling the service of the client, the queuing information of the queuing user and the current queuing information corresponding to the queuing and calling system.
Step 44: and determining whether the queued user needs to be reminded or not according to the first time and the second time.
In this embodiment, the processing platform may determine a size relationship between the first time and the second time, and determine that the queued user needs to be reminded if the first time is greater than or equal to the second time. And if the first time is less than the second time, determining that the queued user does not need to be reminded.
For example, in this embodiment, considering that service transaction speeds of different clients may be different, time required for a queuing user to go to a service transaction location may also be different, and other factors, a buffer time may also be stored in the processing platform, and the buffer time is used to represent an error time of the second time and/or the first time, so as to avoid problems such as number passing and the like caused by difference between the estimated time and the actual processing time.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the step may be implemented by:
a1: and acquiring a preset buffering time, wherein the buffering time is the error time of the second time and/or the first time.
A2: and determining whether the queued user needs to be reminded or not according to the first time, the second time and the buffering time.
In this embodiment, the processing platform may sum the first time and the buffering time, compare the total time after the summation with the second time, and determine that the queued user needs to be reminded if the total time is greater than or equal to the second time. And if the total time is less than the second time, determining that the queued user does not need to be reminded.
Specifically, after obtaining the current position of the ranking user, the processing platform may calculate a distance between the current position and a user queuing service address (that is, a position where the queuing and calling system is located), and estimate a required waiting service time (a second time) according to the queuing information of the queuing user and the current queuing information corresponding to the queuing and calling system. If the wait for service time minus the buffer time (e.g., 5 minutes) is less than the time the user travels to the queuing service address, the user is prompted to travel to the waiting queuing service location.
According to the queuing number-calling reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, the distance between the current position and the position of the queuing number-calling system is calculated, the first time required by a queuing user to go from the current position to the position of the queuing number-calling system is determined according to the distance, the second time required by the queuing user to wait is determined according to the queuing information of the queuing user and the current queuing information corresponding to the queuing number-calling system, and finally whether the queuing user needs to be reminded is determined according to the first time and the second time. In the technical scheme, the processing platform can automatically, accurately and timely determine whether the queuing user needs to be reminded.
Exemplarily, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, fig. 5 is a flowchart of a fourth embodiment of a queuing number-calling reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, after step 24, if it is determined that the queued user needs to be reminded, the method may further include the following steps:
step 51: and acquiring the contact mode of the queued user.
In this embodiment, when the queuing user obtains the queuing number from the queuing number calling system, the queuing number calling system may request to obtain a contact mode of the queuing user, so as to send the contact mode and the image of the queuing user to the processing platform, so that the processing platform may send a notification in time when determining that the pedestrian corresponding to the image of the pedestrian collected by the monitoring camera device is the queuing user.
Illustratively, the contact may be any one of the following contacts: cell phone numbers, micro signals, micro blog numbers, QQ numbers, and the like. It should be noted that the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific representation form of the contact means, and may be determined according to actual situations.
Step 52: and pushing a reminding message to the queuing user through the contact mode.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the contact mode, the processing platform may push a prompt message to the queuing user through the contact mode. For example, the reminding message is pushed in various different modes by dialing a phone number or sending a short message to the phone number, or pushing a message such as a micro signal, a micro blog number, a QQ number and the like.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, a specific implementation manner for pushing the reminding message to the queuing user through the contact manner is not limited, and the specific implementation manner may be determined according to actual settings, and is not described herein again.
