connecting an injection head (prior art) with a wellhead blowout preventer (prior art), lowering the coiled tubing into the well with the wax scraping cleaning tool 100 by lowering the coiled tubing; installing well mouth and liquid discharge pipeline (prior art), and implementing corresponding workover operation;
d, preheating a wellhead:
in view of the characteristics of high solidifying point temperature and high wax content of the high-condensation oil, when the coiled tubing is put into the well, hot water needs to be circulated at the well head for preheating, so that the coiled tubing is prevented from being incapable of circulating when wax is removed by hot washing after being put into the well by using the wax scraping and cleaning tool 100;
step e, pressurizing and injecting liquid to start wax scraping and cleaning: a part of liquid impacts the inner spiral hydraulic rotating pipe to drive the inner spiral hydraulic rotating pipe to rotate, and the inner spiral hydraulic rotating pipe rotates and simultaneously drives the positive spiral wax scraping part and the reverse spiral wax scraping part to rotate and scrape wax; a part of liquid is sprayed axially and radially through the paraffin removal structure to clean the pipe wall;
the method comprises the following specific steps:
during normal construction, the hot pump washing vehicle continuously heats water coming from the tank car and pressurizes and injects the water into the continuous oil pipe; circulating hot water below the edge of the continuous oil pipe to carry out wax scraping and cleaning work;
at the beginning of liquid injection, high-pressure hot water is sprayed out through the guide flushing nozzle 32 of the guide flushing structure 3 to flush and soften paraffin and scale, provide thrust for the backflow liquid and assist the backflow liquid;
pressurizing operation is carried out, a part of high-pressure hot water flows to the inner cavity of the positive-helix wax scraping part 11 from the liquid inner flow passage (the inner cavity of the shunt inner pipe 10), the liquid impacts the inner-helix hydraulic rotating pipe 13 to drive the inner-helix hydraulic rotating pipe to rotate, the inner-helix hydraulic rotating pipe 13 drives the positive-helix wax scraping part 11 to rotate to scrape wax while rotating, the liquid for impact flows to the annular space from the first liquid outer flow passage, pressure holding is avoided, and scraped objects can be washed away; part of high-pressure hot water flows to the inner cavity of the inverse spiral wax scraping part 12 from the liquid inner flow passage, the liquid impacts the inner spiral hydraulic rotating pipe 13 to drive the inner spiral hydraulic rotating pipe to rotate, the inner spiral hydraulic rotating pipe 13 drives the inverse spiral wax scraping part 12 to rotate to scrape wax while rotating, and the liquid for impact flows to the annular space from the second liquid outer flow passage to avoid pressure build-up and wash scraped objects;
some high pressure hot water flows to axial jet nozzle 22 and radial jet nozzle 23 through efflux thru hole on jet pipe 21, and axial jet nozzle 22 carries out the axial efflux, realizes the cleaning function before oil pipe, sleeve pipe wax scraping front and back, and radial jet nozzle 23 carries out radial efflux, not only realizes cleaning function, has the function that promotes the timely flowback of scraping the junk simultaneously.
And f, scraping wax and cleaning to a target well section, performing hot washing for a circle, lifting the pipe column, and taking out the continuous oil pipe and the well repairing tool after the well repairing operation is finished.
