The invention provides a staircase preset platform positioning device and a use method thereof, wherein the staircase preset platform positioning device comprises a mould frame, a positioning device and a positioning device, wherein the mould frame is used for reserving a staircase; the positioning frame is arranged on the die frame; the positioning system is arranged on the positioning frame and used for positioning the die carrier. The invention has the beneficial effects of effectively solving the quality problems of unsmooth and straight stairs and incorrect angles after secondary construction, meeting the requirement of accurate preset platform position of the stairway for positioning the stairs and providing accurate basis for positioning the stairs.

Background

When in use, a formwork with the same size as a preset platform of a stairwell is erected according to the wall body of the stairwell at the lower layer, and a scaffold is erected; the lower cross bar 6 is fixedly connected on the corner bracket 2 by a connecting piece 7; the lower cross bar 6 is sequentially connected with a vertical rod 8 and a lateral wire-erecting rod 9, and the lateral wire-erecting rod 9 at one side of the die carrier is fixedly connected with a transverse wire-erecting rod 10 by using a connecting piece 7. Drawing a 500mm positioning line and a ladder beam central line which are outside a preset platform side line on a preset platform lower floor slab template, wherein the 500mm positioning line and the ladder beam central line are used as positioning reference lines of the die carrier; two measuring lines 5 with the vertical balls 4 at two sides are hung on a lateral line-erecting rod 9, one measuring line 5 with the vertical balls 4 at two sides is hung on a transverse line-erecting rod 10, and the apexes of the conical points of the vertical balls 4 of the lateral line-erecting rods 9 at two sides are aligned with the central line of a 500mm line and a ladder beam on a lower floor slab template; the vertical ball 4 at the bottom of the measuring line 5 on the lateral line-setting rod 9 is aligned with a 500mm positioning line, and the vertical ball 4 at the bottom of the measuring line 5 on the transverse line-setting rod 10 is aligned with the center line of the ladder beam to position the die carrier.
