一种建筑隔热保温屋面墙体粉料,它是由一定比例的粉煤灰、膨胀珍珠岩、消石灰、硅藻土、石膏、短岩棉、水泥、木质素磺酸钙、粘合剂均匀混合而成,它具有集生产成本低、隔热保温隔音防火性好、制作工序简单、容重轻、不粉化脱落、不吸湿变形和不具致癌物质石棉为一体的特点。

建筑隔热保温屋面墙体粉料
本发明涉及建材或隔热保温材料技术领域。
目前在建筑领域特别是在高层建筑中所使用的各类隔热保温墙体材料常各存在如下缺点之一:隔热、保温、隔音、防火性差;生产成本高;制作工序复杂;容重大;易粉化脱落;易吸湿变形和具致癌物质石棉的缺点。
本发明的目的是提供一种使用后集隔热、保温、隔音、防火性好;生产成本低;制作工序简单;容重轻;不粉化脱落;不吸湿变形和不具致癌物质石棉为一体的建筑隔热保温屋面墙体粉料。
本发明的技术内容是,该粉料的配方(按重量比计)为:粉煤灰30-40%;膨胀珍珠岩15-20%;消石灰10-20%;硅藻土5-15%;石膏3-7%;短岩棉(纤维长度小于5mm)5-15%;水泥3-7%;木质素磺酸钙1-2%和粘合剂1-3%。
本发明的技术效果是具集隔热、保温、隔音、防火性好;生产成本低;制作工序简单;容重轻;不粉化脱落;不吸湿变形和不具致癌物质石棉为一体的特点。
实施例:
粉煤灰35%;膨胀珍珠岩17%;消石灰15%;硅藻土10%;短岩棉10%;水泥5%;石膏5%;木质素磺酸钙1%;粘合剂2%。

Claims (2)

1、一种建筑隔热保温屋面墙体粉料,它是由粉煤灰、膨胀珍珠岩、消石灰、蛸螵石粉、石膏、短岩棉、水泥、木质素磺酸钙、粘合剂均匀混合面成。其特征是该粉料的配方(以重量计)为粉煤灰30-40%;膨胀珍珠岩5-20%;消石灰10-20%;硅藻土5-15%;石膏3-7%;短岩棉(纤维长度小于5mm)5-15%;水泥3-7%;木质素磺酸钙1-2%和粘合剂1-3%。
2、如权利要求1所述的建筑隔热保温屋面墙体粉料,其特征是其配方(按重量计)为粉煤灰35%;膨胀珍珠岩17%;消石灰15%;硅藻土10;短岩棉10%;水泥5%;石膏5%;木质素磺酸钙1%和粘合剂2%。
