The working principle is as follows: in the invention, when a machining tool needs to be cleaned, an end cover 6 is opened, the tool is placed in a circumferential cavity consisting of a plurality of support rods 4, then a motor 8 and a water pump 14 are started, the water pump 14 pumps cleaning liquid in a mixing box 7 into a transverse pipe 12, and then the cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the tool placed at the lower end from a spray head 13 at the lower end of the transverse pipe 12, so that the tool is cleaned, the motor 8 drives a reciprocating lead screw 9 to rotate, the reciprocating lead screw 9 drives the transverse pipe 12 to slide left and right in a reciprocating manner at the inner top of a cleaning box 1 through a lead screw slide block 11, so that the spray head 13 at the lower end of the transverse pipe 12 is cleaned more uniformly, the motor 8 also drives a rotating shaft 38 and a right disk 2 to rotate through a first chain drive 17, the right disk 2 drives the support rods 4 at the side wall to rotate, so that the tool in the support rods 4 synchronously rotates, so, the washing effect is more comprehensive, during the washing, the rotating shaft 38 drives the rotating rod 20 to rotate through the second chain transmission 23, the rotating rod 20 drives the crankshaft 21 to rotate, the crankshaft 21 drives the cleaning plate 18 to slide up and down through the connecting rod 22 by the principle of a crank block, the cleaning plate 18 drives the long hairbrush 19 at the upper end to slide up and down in a reciprocating manner at the lower end of the supporting rod 4, the long hairbrush 19 is intermittently inserted into the surface of the tool, the tool is washed more cleanly, when the cleaning agent and water need to be mixed, the motor 8 is started, the motor 8 drives the rotating rod 20 to rotate through the first chain transmission 17 and the second chain transmission 23, the rotating rod 20 drives the solid shaft 24 to rotate through the third chain transmission 32, the solid shaft 24 drives the hollow shaft 25 to rotate through the straight gear 28 and the face gear 29, the face gear 29 is equivalent to an inert gear at this time, the rotating directions of the two straight gears 28 are opposite, so that the rotating directions of the solid shaft 24, and then the stirring direction of the first stirring rod 26 on the outer wall of the solid shaft 24 is opposite to that of the second stirring rod 27 on the outer wall of the hollow shaft 25, so that the mixing efficiency of water and the cleaning agent is greatly improved, when the cleaning plate 18 slides up and down, the cleaning plate 18 can drive the telescopic rod 35 at the upper end of the inflator 39 to slide up and down, the inflator 39 can inflate the mixing box 7 through the air outlet pipe 36, and the water pump 14 is more labor-saving when pumping water and reduces the load.
