A low-noise material stirring device for new material research comprises a movable plate (1) and is characterized in that a support frame (2) is fixedly mounted at the top of the movable plate (1), a fixed seat (3) is rotatably mounted at the top of the support frame (2), a sound insulation barrel (4) is fixedly mounted at the top of the fixed seat (3), an auxiliary seat is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the sound insulation barrel (4), a driving arm (28) is rotatably mounted on the auxiliary seat, a fixed groove is formed in the top of the movable plate (1), an adjusting seat (29) is slidably connected in the fixed groove, the bottom end of the driving arm (28) is rotatably connected to the adjusting seat (29), two fixed plates (5) are fixedly mounted in the sound insulation barrel (4), mounting holes are formed in one sides of the two fixed plates (5), one stirring barrel (6) is rotatably mounted in the two mounting holes, and a plurality of grooves, all rotate in a plurality of recesses and install auxiliary wheel (7), a plurality of auxiliary wheel (7) all are connected with agitator (6) transmission, all seted up the connecting hole on the both sides inner wall of agitator (6), equal fixed mounting has the outer lane of first bearing in two connecting holes, and the both sides of syllable-dividing bucket (4) all have seted up the through-hole, respectively fixed mounting has conveyer pipe (8) and unloading pipe (27) in two through-holes, and conveyer pipe (8) and unloading pipe (27) are fixed the inner circle of cup jointing at two first bearings respectively, the top fixed mounting of conveyer pipe (8) has pan feeding pipe (9), and spiral conveying pole (10) is installed to the internal rotation of conveyer pipe (8), and the one end of spiral conveying pole (10) extends to the outside of conveyer pipe (8) and fixedly connected with first band pulley (11), rotate on syllable-dividing bucket (4) and install connecting rod (12), and the one end fixed mounting of connecting rod (12) is on auxiliary wheel (, the other end of the connecting rod (12) is fixedly connected with a second belt wheel (13), the bottom of the conveying pipe (8) is fixedly provided with a first motor (15), an output shaft of the first motor (15) is fixedly connected with a third belt wheel (16), the second belt wheel (13) and the first belt wheel (11) are in transmission connection with the same belt (17), the inner wall of the sound insulation barrel (4) is fixedly connected with a sound insulation plate (14), two stirring rods (18) are rotatably arranged in the stirring barrel (6), a first bevel gear (19) is fixedly sleeved on each of the two stirring rods (18), two transmission rods (20) are rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the stirring barrel (6), one ends of the two transmission rods (20) are fixedly provided with second bevel gears (21), the second bevel gears (21) are meshed with the corresponding first bevel gears (19), the other ends of the two transmission rods (20) are fixedly provided with first worm gears (22, fixed mounting has two connecting seats on the outer wall of agitator (6), all rotate on two connecting seats and install control lever (23), the equal fixed mounting in one end of two control levers (23) has first worm (24), first worm (24) and the first worm wheel (22) meshing that corresponds, the equal fixed mounting of the other end of two control levers (23) has gear (25), fixed cover (26) are installed to sound insulation bucket (4) internal fixation, fixedly connected with rack on the inner wall of fixed cover (26), rack and two gear (25) meshes.

The low-noise material stirring device for new material research and development according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the stirring barrel (6) is provided with two fixing holes, the outer ring of the second bearing is fixedly installed in each of the two fixing holes, and the transmission rod (20) is fixedly sleeved on the inner ring of the corresponding second bearing.
3. The low noise material mixing apparatus for new material research and development as claimed in claim 1, wherein said connection base is formed with an auxiliary hole, and the control lever (23) is rotatably connected in the auxiliary hole.

The stirring device for low-noise materials for new materials research and development as claimed in claim 1, wherein a base (30) is fixedly installed on the top of the moving plate (1), a moving groove is formed on one side of the base (30), a moving column (31) is slidably installed in the moving groove, one end of the moving column (31) is fixedly connected to one side of the adjusting seat (29), and a threaded groove is formed on the other end of the moving column (31).

The low-noise material stirring device for new material research and development as claimed in claim 4, wherein a screw rod (32) is rotatably connected to one side inner wall of the moving groove, the screw rod (32) is screwed in the threaded groove, a second worm wheel (33) is fixedly connected to the screw rod (32), a second motor (34) is fixedly mounted at the top of the base (30), a second worm (35) is fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the second motor (34), and the second worm wheel (33) is meshed with the second worm (35).

The stirring device for stirring the low-noise materials for the research and development of new materials as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the fixing groove is provided with a sliding groove, the adjusting seat (29) is fixedly provided with a sliding block, and the sliding block is slidably connected in the sliding groove.
7. The low-noise material stirring device for new material research and development as claimed in claim 1, wherein an auxiliary groove is opened on the inner wall of the stirring barrel (6), and one end of the stirring rod (18) is rotatably connected in the auxiliary groove.
8. The use method of the low-noise material stirring device for new material research and development is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1: when the moving plate (1) drives the stirring barrel (6) in the sound insulation barrel (4) to move to a set stirring position, the first motor (15) is started, the first motor (15) can drive the third belt wheel (16) to rotate, the third belt wheel (16) drives the belt (17) to move, the belt (17) can simultaneously drive the first belt wheel (11) and the second belt wheel (13) to rotate, the first belt wheel (11) can drive the spiral conveying rod (10) to rotate, meanwhile, the second belt wheel (13) can drive the connecting rod (12) to rotate, the connecting rod (12) can drive the auxiliary wheel (7) to rotate, the auxiliary wheel (7) drives the stirring barrel (6) to rotate, and after the stirring barrel (6) rotates on the two fixed plates (5), materials are placed into the material inlet pipe (9);
s2: the spiral conveying rod (10) can drive materials to be automatically conveyed into the stirring barrel (6), the stirring barrel (6) can drive the materials to be stirred, the stirring barrel (6) can drive the two gears (25) to rotate simultaneously, the two gears (25) move on the racks and are meshed, so that the gears (25) rotate and drive the corresponding control rods (23) to rotate, the control rods (23) drive the corresponding first worms (24), the first worms (24) drive the corresponding first worm wheels (22) to rotate, and the first worms (22) can drive the corresponding transmission rods (20) to rotate;
s3: the transmission rod (20) drives the corresponding second bevel gear (21) to rotate, the second bevel gear (21) drives the corresponding first bevel gear (19) to rotate, the first bevel gear (19) can drive the corresponding stirring rod (18) to rotate, the two stirring rods (18) can stir materials which are stirred, so that the stirring efficiency of the materials is higher, meanwhile, the stirring barrel (6) is arranged in the sound insulation barrel (4), the sound insulation plate (14) can increase the sound insulation effect, and the noise generated when the materials are stirred can be reduced;
s4: after the material stirring is finished, the first motor (15) stops working, the second motor (34) is started, the second motor (34) can drive the second worm (35) to rotate, the second worm (35) drives the second worm wheel (33) to rotate, the second worm wheel (33) drives the screw rod (32) to rotate, the screw rod (32) drives the moving column (31) to move, the moving column (31) drives the adjusting seat (29) to move, the adjusting seat (29) drives the driving arm (28) to move, the driving arm (28) drives the sound insulation barrel (4) to rotate, the sound insulation barrel (4) drives the fixing seat (3) to rotate on the supporting frame (2), the sound insulation barrel (4) can drive the stirring barrel (6) to rotate, the stirring barrel (6) drives the discharging pipe (27) to rotate downwards, the discharging pipe (27) can be opened, and the stirred material can be automatically discharged.
