An intelligent disinfection device for infectious department, which comprises a device placing cabinet, a transfer device, a high-temperature disinfection box, a low-temperature disinfection box, a chemical disinfection box, a normal-temperature flushing box, a device packaging box, a device taking-out cabinet, a display operation part and a program control center, wherein the device placing box is used for placing devices to be disinfected, the high-temperature disinfection box, the low-temperature disinfection box and the chemical disinfection box are used for disinfecting the devices to be disinfected, the normal-temperature flushing box is used for flushing and normalizing the disinfected devices, the device packaging box is used for hermetically packaging the devices after being normalized, the packaged devices are placed in the device taking-out cabinet to be taken out for use, the transfer device is used for transferring the devices to be disinfected among all the components, the display operation part is used for setting disinfection processes and related parameters and displaying the disinfection processes, the program control center is used for collecting the processes and parameters set by the display operation part, sending corresponding instructions to the transfer device and each disinfection box, and controlling the transfer device to transfer the devices to be disinfected according to the designed flow;
a heat energy transmission circulation subsystem is arranged between the high-temperature disinfection box and the low-temperature disinfection box and is used for transmitting heat from the low-temperature disinfection box to the high-temperature disinfection box;
the heat energy transmission circulation subsystem comprises a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, an evaporator and a closed loop channel filled with a refrigerant, wherein the compressor and the condenser are arranged on one side of the high-temperature disinfection box, and the expansion valve and the evaporator are arranged on one side of the low-temperature disinfection box;
temperature detection modules are arranged in the high-temperature disinfection box and the low-temperature disinfection box and used for detecting the temperature in the disinfection boxes in real time, reporting the temperature to the program control center and displaying the temperature on the display operation part;
the transfer device is a mechanical arm, the mechanical arm comprises a fixed seat 11, a rotating arm 12 and a clamping part 13, the fixed seat 11 is connected with the rotating arm 12 through a rotating module, and the rotating arm 12 is connected with the clamping part 13 through a rotating module;
the fixed seat 11 comprises a bottom plate and a first engaging module, the bottom plate and the first engaging module are connected through a rotating module to enable the mechanical arm to rotate in a first plane, the rotating arm 12 comprises two arm plates, the arm plates are connected through the rotating module to enable the rotating arm 12 to rotate in a second plane perpendicular to the first plane, the clamping part 13 comprises a second engaging module and a mechanical claw, and the mechanical claw and the second engaging module are connected through the rotating module to enable the mechanical claw to rotate in a third plane perpendicular to the first plane and the second plane;
a plurality of chambers filled with different disinfectant are arranged in the chemical disinfection box, and proper disinfectant is selected to disinfect the device under the control of the program control center;
an antibacterial film, a cutting device and an encapsulating device are arranged in the device encapsulating box, the cutting device cuts the antibacterial film, and the encapsulating device wraps the sterilized device with the cut antibacterial film and carries out sealing treatment to prevent the device from being secondarily polluted;
the transfer device is a small-sized mechanical arm, the mechanical arm comprises a fixed seat 11, a rotating arm 12 and a clamping part 13, the fixed seat 11 comprises a bottom plate, a first linking module formed by connecting three flat plates which are perpendicular to each other is arranged above the bottom plate, the flat plate parallel to the bottom plate in the first linking module is connected with the bottom plate through a first rotating module, the first rotating module comprises a disc 32, a rotating shaft and a balance block 31, the disc 32 is provided with four screw holes and fixed on the bottom plate through bolts, the rotating shaft is arranged at the center of the disc 32 and can rotate around the axis, the balance block 31 and the rotating shaft are integrally formed and penetrate through the flat plate which is in contact with the balance block, so that the first linking module can rotate along the plane where the bottom plate is located along with the first rotating module, the other flat plate of the first linking module is provided with a second rotating module, the balance weight 31 of the second rotating module penetrates and is fixed on the flat plate and is connected with the disc 32 of the second rotating module fixed on the rotating arm 12 through a rotating shaft;
the rotating arm 12 comprises two parallel arm plates, one end of a first arm plate is connected with one end of a second arm plate through a third rotating module, the other end of the first arm plate is fixedly connected with a disc 32 of the second rotating module so that the rotating arm 12 can rotate along a plane perpendicular to the bottom plate, a balance block 31 of the third rotating module penetrates through and is fixed on the first arm plate, the disc 32 of the third rotating module is fixedly connected with one end of the second arm plate so that the second arm plate can rotate along the plane where the second arm plate is located, a fourth rotating module is arranged at the other end of the second arm plate, and the balance block 31 of the fourth rotating module penetrates through and is fixed on the second arm plate and is connected with the disc 32 of the fourth rotating module fixedly connected on the clamping part 13 through a rotating shaft;
the clamping part 13 comprises a second connecting module, a clamping base 21, a clamping claw 22 and a clamping plate 23, wherein one flat plate of the second connecting module is fixedly connected with a disc 32 of the fourth rotating module, the other flat plate of the second connecting module is penetrated with and fixed with a balance block 31 of a fifth rotating module, the disc 32 of the fifth rotating module is fixedly connected with the clamping base 21, the clamping base 21 is formed by connecting five base plates, wherein the second base plate and the third base plate are fixedly connected with two sides of the first base plate, the second base plate and the third base plate are parallel to each other and are perpendicular to the first base plate, the fourth base plate and the fifth base plate are arc-shaped, and two ends of the fourth base plate and the third base plate are respectively inserted into the second base plate and the third base plate, the fourth base plate and the fifth base plate are parallel to each other, and is respectively perpendicular to the first base plate, the second base plate and the third base plate, and the first base plate is fixedly connected with the disc 32 of the fifth rotating module;

the device placing cabinet is internally provided with a plurality of trays for placing devices to be disinfected, the transferring device transfers the disinfection devices to the inlet of the disinfection box by clamping the trays, and the trays and the devices to be disinfected are disinfected together in the whole disinfection process;
a heat energy transmission circulation subsystem is arranged between the high-temperature disinfection box and the low-temperature disinfection box and is used for transmitting heat energy from the low-temperature disinfection box to the high-temperature disinfection box, so that energy is saved, the subsystem comprises a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, an evaporator and a closed-loop channel filled with refrigerant, the closed-loop channel is sequentially connected with the compressor, the condenser, the expansion valve and the evaporator, the compressor and the condenser are arranged on one side of the high-temperature disinfection box, the expansion valve and the evaporator are arranged on one side of the low-temperature disinfection box, the refrigerant enters the condenser through the compressor, releases heat from a gas state to a liquid state, enters the evaporator through the expansion valve, absorbs heat from the liquid state to the gas state, and continuously circulates to transmit the heat from the low-temperature disinfection box to the high-temperature disinfection box, and a heat energy storage module is arranged in the high-temperature disinfection box and is used for absorbing and storing heat energy absorbed from the low-temperature disinfection box.

the display operation part is a liquid crystal display touch screen, the settable contents comprise a disinfection mode and a disinfection sequence required to be carried out, a high-temperature disinfection temperature, a low-temperature disinfection temperature, a disinfectant selection of chemical disinfection and the time of each disinfection mode, and the program control center controls each module to work according to the set flow according to the data.

The intelligent disinfection device for the infectious department as set forth in claim 1, wherein a thermal energy transmission circulation subsystem is arranged between the high temperature disinfection box and the low temperature disinfection box for transferring heat from the low temperature disinfection box to the high temperature disinfection box.

An intelligent disinfection apparatus for infectious disease department as claimed in any one of the above claims, wherein said thermal energy transfer cycle subsystem comprises a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, an evaporator and a closed loop path for refrigerant, said compressor and said condenser are disposed at one side of said high temperature disinfection box, and said expansion valve and said evaporator are disposed at one side of said low temperature disinfection box.

An intelligent disinfection apparatus for infectious department as claimed in any one of the above claims, wherein the high temperature disinfection box and the low temperature disinfection box are respectively provided with a temperature detection module for detecting the temperature in the disinfection box in real time, reporting the temperature to the program control center and displaying the temperature on the display operation component.

An intelligent disinfection device for infectious department as claimed in one of the above claims, wherein said transfer device is a mechanical arm, said mechanical arm comprises a fixed seat, a rotating arm and a clamping part, said fixed seat and said rotating arm are connected by a rotating module, and said rotating arm and said clamping part are connected by a rotating module.

An intelligent disinfection apparatus for an infectious department as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, wherein said mounting base comprises a base plate and a first engagement module, said base plate and said first engagement module are connected by a rotation module to enable said robot arm to rotate in a first plane, said rotation arm comprises two arm plates, said arm plates are connected by a rotation module to enable said rotation arm to rotate in a second plane perpendicular to said first plane, said clamping portion comprises a second engagement module and a gripper, said gripper and said second engagement module are connected by a rotation module to enable said gripper to rotate in a third plane perpendicular to both said first plane and said second plane.

An intelligent disinfection apparatus for infectious department as claimed in any one of the above claims, wherein said chemical disinfection cabinet is provided with a plurality of chambers containing different disinfectants, and the proper disinfectants are selected to disinfect the device under the control of said program control center.

The intelligent disinfection device for the infectious department as set forth in one of the above claims, wherein the device packaging box is internally provided with an antibacterial film, a cutting device and a packaging device, the cutting device cuts the antibacterial film, and the packaging device wraps the cut antibacterial film around the disinfected device and performs sealing treatment to prevent the device from secondary pollution.
