技术领域
本发明属于洗发露制备的技术领域,具体涉及一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露。
背景技术
头皮屑是头皮的角质层不断剥落而产生的,属于新陈代谢的一种结果。正常情况下,头皮的角质细胞更新周期为28天。在一个周期中,它从表皮层的底部开始分化生长,然后逐步向头皮表层移动,最后分化形成角质层。角质层细胞在相关头皮代谢酶的作用下会慢慢脱落,形成肉眼不可见的微小头皮屑。但当头皮屑过多,毛孔被堵塞之后,就会容易造成毛发衰弱,细菌易增殖,头皮屑的类型也随之由生理性头皮屑转向病理性,这类头皮屑的特点是头皮会红肿热痛,同时伴有瘙痒紧绷等症状。去屑洗发产品发展已有几十年经历,大致可分为三类:1)抗真菌制剂,如含酮康唑和氯咪巴唑抗真菌药物成分的洗发水;2)角质层剥脱剂,能有效去除一部分角质层细胞,在一定程度上能缓解临床症状,如煤焦油、硫磺和水杨酸等,这类物质如果长期使用,会破坏表皮结构,扰乱表皮自身平衡,继而影响发质,进而不能长期使用;3)细胞生长抑制剂,主要降低角质层细胞生长更替速度,随着角质层循环周期长度的恢复,角化和脱屑的过程有所改善,但去屑效果不明显,并且成分刺激性较强,易造成皮肤过敏和产生异味。采用中药洗发水,能够去屑护发这一效果,还有效避免了成分刺激,因此深受市场青睐。
唐《千金方》“肺为五脏之盖,其劳损伤肺,气冲头顶,致使头痒,多生白屑……一皆从肺来,也呼为头风也”。在《医宗金鉴》中记载“此证生于面上,初发面目浮肿,痒若虫行,肌肤干燥,时起白屑,次后极痒,抓破,热湿盛者津黄水;风燥盛者津血,痛楚难堪。由平素血燥,过食辛辣厚味,以致阳明胃经湿热受风而成”。
专利申请号CN202010813989.3公开了一种除螨调理剂、洗发水及其制备方法。所述除螨调理剂包括:除螨植物组合物、水解大米蛋白、水解胶原蛋白、蛇床果提取物、无患子提取物和薄荷叶提取物;所述除螨植物组合物包括:红木籽提取物、花椒果提取物、苦参根提取物、对叶百部根提取物和黄檗树皮提取物,所述除螨调理剂在高效除螨的基础上,还能通过降低皮脂腺活性,根源抑制油脂分泌。同时,所述除螨植物组合物能够促进调理剂中其他功效成分的发挥,从而起到去屑止痒、修复头皮的功效。但是该法成本太高,经济效益较不理想。
专利申请号CN201911034869.7公开一种中药洗发水配方,包括以下原材料按重量份配制而成:大皂角250-300份、无患子200-230份、茶枯30-60份、当归100-130份、山奈50-70份、芦荟50-60份、黄柏40 -55份、白芷60-70份、人参30-50份、何首乌50-70份、墨旱莲60-80 份、侧柏叶50-70份、甘松50-60份、透骨草50-65份、苍耳草65-80 份、苦参50-70份、丹参70-85份、女贞子60-70份、黑芝麻45-60份、薄荷70-80份、老姜60-70份。该发明还公开了一种包含上述洗发水配方的中药洗发水的制备方法。该发明一种治疗多种疾病的中药配方配伍科学,各原料互相协同作用,能使头皮与毛发处在清洁舒服的环境中,达到强加发根、防脱、固发、预防治疗早白、控油、去屑、止痒的功效。但该方法原料准备难度大,难以工业化生产。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出了一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露。
具体是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,按重量份计每百份中组分如下:0.8-1.2份复合中药粉、0.03-0.06份EDTA 二钠、0.09-0.11份PEG-14M、0.3-0.7份甘油、0.1-0.3份阳离子瓜儿胶、0.1-0.3份聚季铵盐-10、16-20份AES70、0.4-0.6份山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、0.4-0.6份氯咪巴唑、0.5-0.7份CMEA、0.07-0.1份防腐剂 CM、0.1-0.3份香精、0.4-0.6份姜根油、2.0-2.5份聚二甲基硅氧烷、 0.4-0.6份氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、2.3-2.6份EMUL 34U、2.7-3份CAB35、 0.8-1份氯化钠,余量为水。
进一步优选,一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,按重量份计每百份中组分如下:1份复合中药粉、0.05份EDTA 二钠、0.1份PEG-14M、0.5份甘油、0.2份阳离子瓜尔胶、0.2份聚季铵盐-10、18份AES70、0.5份山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、0.5份氯咪巴唑、 0.6份CMEA、0.09份防腐剂CM、0.2份香精、0.5份姜根油、2.5份聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.5份氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、2.5份EMUL 34U、3 份CAB35、0.8份氯化钠,余量为水。
所述复合中药粉按照重量份计组分如下:40-50份何首乌根提取物、6-10份当归根提取物、8-10份丹参根提取物、3-5份姜根油、5-7 份熟地黄提取物、5-7份黑芝麻提取物、13-17份对叶百部根提取物、 8-10份苦参根提取物。
进一步优选,所述复合中药粉按照重量份计组分如下:45份何首乌根提取物、8份当归根提取物、8份丹参根提取物、4份姜根油、 5份熟地黄提取物、5份黑芝麻提取物、15份对叶百部根提取物、10 份苦参根提取物。
所述何首乌根提取物,其制备方法是:取200g何首乌粗粉用体积浓度50%的乙醇溶液1.2L加热回流1h,冷却过滤,滤渣用等量的体积浓度50%的乙醇溶液重提二次,冷却过滤,合并滤液并减压蒸干,干燥至恒重,得何首乌浸膏。
所述当归根提取物,其制备方法是:取当归粗粉100g,用 200mL70%乙醇作溶剂,浸溃24h,缓缓渗漉,收集初漉液85ml,另器保存,继续渗漉,至渗漉液近无色或微黄色为止,收集续漉液,在 60℃以下浓缩至稠膏状,干燥至恒重,得当归浸膏。
所述丹参根提取物,其制备方法是:称取丹参粗粉100g,放入圆底烧瓶,用6倍量的浓度为70%的乙醇回流提取3次,每次提取 2h;取上清夜,浓缩至稠膏状,干燥至恒重,得丹参浸膏。
所述姜根油,其制备方法是:称取200g姜粉,放入10L水蒸气蒸馏设备中,收集流出物,用石油醚萃取后再挥发溶剂得到浅黄色的油状液体。
所述熟地黄提取物,其制备方法是:取熟地黄粗粉5g,加入无水乙醇75ml,在65℃下,超声功率60W,提取120min,取滤液取上清夜,浓缩至稠膏状,干燥至恒重,得熟地黄浸膏。
所述黑芝麻提取物,其制备方法是:取黑芝麻粗粉50g,用水 1000mL浸泡中药粉末,置于索氏提取器,在水浴上加热回流提取,每次3-4h,回流两次;收集提取液,再将沉渣沉淀用水提取1次,把提取液混合2次;将水提取液离心,取上清,浓缩至稠膏状,干至恒重。
所述对叶百部根提取物,其制备方法是:对叶百部粗粉50g,加 1.5L体积分数为70%的乙醇,回流时间1h,提取温度80℃;滤过,滤渣用少量提取试剂冲洗滤过,合并所有滤液,浓缩至稠膏状,干至恒重。
所述苦参根提取物,其制备方法是:称取苦参粉末150g,加1.5L, 50%乙醇,回流,提取3h,过滤,重复提取3次,合并上清液,浓缩至稠膏状,干至恒重。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:称取配方量的水置于搅拌罐内,在15rmp的开启搅拌加热至85-95℃;
步骤二:调高搅拌速率至25rmp,将复合中药粉、EDTA二钠、 PEG-14M、甘油、阳离子瓜儿胶、聚季铵盐-10加入搅拌罐,其中 PEG-14M、甘油混合搅拌分散后加入,阳离子瓜尔胶、聚季铵盐-10 分别用5倍冷水分散后加入;
步骤三:搅拌20分钟,物料溶解完全后,将AES70加入搅拌罐,搅拌30min,溶解完全后加入山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、氯咪巴唑、CMEA,搅拌30min;
步骤四:搅拌溶解完全后,降低搅拌速度至15rpm并降温至 43-47℃;
步骤五:调高搅拌速度至25rpm,依次加入防腐剂CM、香精、姜根油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌10分钟后,降低搅拌速度至10rpm;
步骤六:待泡沫大部分消除后,加入EMUL 34U、CAB35、氯化钠,其中EMUL 34U用5倍冷水稀释;
步骤7:调高搅拌速度至25rpm,搅拌10min后,降低搅拌速度至10rpm,40℃以下放料,放料时用100目滤布过滤。
方中所用的何首乌根提取物、当归根提取物、丹参根提取物、姜根油、熟地黄提取物、黑芝麻提取物、对叶百部根提取物、苦参根提取物共8味。且本方为提取物使用配制洗发液外用,其无相关潜在安全性问题。
中医学认为,下列因素与白发有关:一是精虚血弱:肾精不足,不能化生阴血,阴血亏虚,导致毛发失其濡养,故而花白。二是血热偏盛:情绪激动,致使水不涵木,肝旺血燥,血热偏盛,毛根失养,故发早白。三是肝郁脾湿:肝气郁滞、损及心脾,脾伤运化失职,气血生化无源,故而白发。
中医认为头皮屑的产生与血热、肺热、风邪等实证为主,虚症为辅,强调祛除头屑的同时,改善头皮健康而达到标本兼治的目的。
何首乌性温,味甘、苦、涩,归肝、肾经,为君药;当归性温,味辛、甘,归心、脾、肝经,为佐使药;丹参性寒,味苦,归心、肝经,为佐使药;姜性热,味辛,归胃、肺、脾经,为佐使药;熟地黄性温,味甘,归肝、肾经,为臣药;黑芝麻性平,味甘,归脾、肝、肾经,为臣药;苦参与对叶百部均为性寒味苦,归小肠、肝、肾、大肠经,方中为臣药。
本发明以性温之物为主,性寒之物次之,何首乌含大黄粉、大黄素等可润发,所含卵磷脂等可营养发根,促进黑色素形成,使头发乌黑发亮;含香豆素、黄酮类化合物、皂甙及微量叶酸和数种维生素等,其性温,能够滋养头发,赋予秀发深层营养,使秀发强韧不易折断。
当归具有养血、活血行气止痛之功效,能扩张头皮毛细血管,加快血液循环,提高发根活性,且含有胱氨酸等17种氨基酸,铁、铜、锌等23种常量和微量元素,以及维生素A、B,能防止脱发和白发,促使头发乌黑亮泽。
黑芝麻具有滋补肝肾的作用,可养头发,达到乌发养发的作用。
熟地黄提取物含地黄多糖,其具有明显的免疫抑瘤活性,还养血滋阴、抗增生、抗渗出、抗炎、抗真菌、抗放射等作用,能够对发际活血,维持角朊细胞的正常生理活性,防止头皮过敏。
加入了姜根油,能够加强血液循环,其具有脂溶性,主要在浅层角质表面,对表皮细胞安全性高。同时以归肺、肾、肝经为主,达到滋润毛发的效果。
以上通过中药配伍以及合理提取有效成分,使复合中药粉具有提高头皮细胞的活力,调节头皮细胞的新陈代谢,改善头皮细胞的微环境,延长头皮细胞的生命周期,还具有抗氧化等作用,从而使头发达到乌发的目的。
本发明中选择丹参根中的丹参酮类物质、苦参根中含有的苦参碱、氧化苦参碱等生物碱对马拉色菌有较强的抑制作用,已达到祛除头屑和抑制头皮的瘙痒的目的。
对叶百部根提取物中含有对叶百部碱、异对叶百部碱、次对叶百部碱、氧化对叶百部碱、斯替明碱、斯替宁碱,能有效去除头皮上过度分泌的皮脂并可抑制头皮的瘙痒。
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)的用量最大,为主表面活性剂,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠具有优良的去污、乳化、发泡性能,有优良的生物降解性和低温性能,活性物含量较高,不受水硬度的影响,对皮肤的刺激性小,能与阳离子、非离子、两性离子表面活性剂复配。
山嵛基三甲基氯化铵具有优越的湿发/干发手感和梳理性,良好的抗静电效果,可分散在水中,高活性物含量,显著改善头发干湿梳和柔软性,提高头发亮度和抗静电能力。
有益效果:
1)去屑效果优异;添加的复合中药粉,能够通过杀菌、抗氧化作用和分解过氧化物等作用,阻断头屑的产生。
2)安全性高;本发明的复合中药粉配伍科学合理,使用离子型和非离子表面活性剂具有刺激性小的特点,再结合中药粉的抗过敏效果,有效防止了头皮过敏;
3)产品流变性好,稳定性高;本发明以AES70为主表面活性剂,以CAB35和CMEA为助表面活性剂,既能起稳泡作用,又能增加粘度,加强对头皮和头发的亲和性。以聚季铵盐-10和阳离子瓜尔胶为调理剂,能够有效降低头发表面负电荷量,采用聚二甲基硅氧烷和氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、EDTA二钠作为乳化硅油体系,能够增加洗发露稠度,这种体系能够使得头发表面顺滑。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施方式,任何在本实施例基本精神上的改进或代替,仍属于本发明权利要求所要求保护的范围。
实施例1
一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,按重量份计每百份中组分如下:1份复合中药粉、0.05份EDTA二钠、0.1 份PEG-14M、0.5份甘油、0.2份阳离子瓜尔胶、0.2份聚季铵盐-10、 18份AES70、0.5份山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、0.5份氯咪巴唑、0.6份CMEA、0.09份防腐剂CM、0.2份香精、0.5份姜根油、2.5份聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.5份氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、2.5份EMUL 34U、3份CAB35、 0.8份氯化钠,余量为水;
所述复合中药粉按照重量份计组分如下:45份何首乌根提取物、 8份当归根提取物、8份丹参根提取物、4份姜根油、5份熟地黄提取物、5份黑芝麻提取物、15份对叶百部根提取物、10份苦参根提取物;

所述含去屑功能组合物的洗发露的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:称取配方量的水置于搅拌罐内,在15rmp的开启搅拌加热至85-95℃;
步骤二:调高搅拌速率至25rmp,将复合中药粉、EDTA二钠、 PEG-14M、甘油、阳离子瓜儿胶、聚季铵盐-10加入搅拌罐,其中 PEG-14M、甘油混合搅拌分散后加入,阳离子瓜尔胶、聚季铵盐-10 分别用5倍冷水分散后加入;
步骤三:搅拌20分钟,物料溶解完全后,将AES70加入搅拌罐,搅拌30min,溶解完全后加入山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、氯咪巴唑、CMEA,搅拌30min;
步骤四:搅拌溶解完全后,降低搅拌速度至15rpm并降温至 43-47℃;
步骤五:调高搅拌速度至25rpm,依次加入防腐剂CM、香精、姜根油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌10分钟后,降低搅拌速度至10rpm;
步骤六:待泡沫大部分消除后,加入EMUL 34U、CAB35、氯化钠,其中EMUL 34U用5倍冷水稀释;
步骤7:调高搅拌速度至25rpm,搅拌10min后,降低搅拌速度至10rpm,40℃以下放料,放料时用100目滤布过滤;

在实施例1的基础上,与实施例1的不同在于:一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,按重量份计每百份中组分如下:0.8份复合中药粉、0.03份EDTA二钠、0.09份PEG-14M、0.3 份甘油、0.1份阳离子瓜儿胶、0.1份聚季铵盐-10、16份AES70、0.4 份山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、0.4份氯咪巴唑、0.5份CMEA、0.07份防腐剂CM、0.1份香精、0.4份姜根油、2.0份聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.4份氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、2.3份EMUL 34U、2.7份CAB35、0.8份氯化钠,余量为水。

在实施例1的基础上,与实施例1的不同在于:一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,按重量份计每百份中组分如下:1.2份复合中药粉、0.06份EDTA二钠、0.11份PEG-14M、0.7 份甘油、0.3份阳离子瓜儿胶、0.3份聚季铵盐-10、20份AES70、0.6 份山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、0.6份氯咪巴唑、0.7份CMEA、0.1份防腐剂CM、0.3份香精、0.6份姜根油、2.5份聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.6份氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、2.6份EMUL 34U、3份CAB35、1份氯化钠,余量为水;
实施例4
在实施例1的基础上,与实施例1的不同在于:所述复合中药粉按照重量份计组分如下:40份何首乌根提取物、6份当归根提取物、 8份丹参根提取物、3份姜根油、5份熟地黄提取物、5份黑芝麻提取物、13份对叶百部根提取物、8份苦参根提取物。
实施例5
在实施例1的基础上,与实施例1的不同在于:所述复合中药粉按照重量份计组分如下:50份何首乌根提取物、10份当归根提取物、 10份丹参根提取物、5份姜根油、7份熟地黄提取物、7份黑芝麻提取物、17份对叶百部根提取物、10份苦参根提取物。
实施例6
在实施例1的基础上,与实施例1的不同在于:所述复合中药粉按照重量份计组分如下:42份何首乌根提取物、9份当归根提取物、 9份丹参根提取物、3份姜根油、7份熟地黄提取物、5份黑芝麻提取物、14份对叶百部根提取物、10份苦参根提取物。
试验例1
对表1的中药提取物进行混合,制得中药提取物组合原液,并进行如下试验:

所述何首乌根提取物,其制备方法是:取200g何首乌粗粉用体积浓度50%的乙醇溶液1.2L加热回流1h,冷却过滤,滤渣用等量的体积浓度50%的乙醇溶液重提二次,冷却过滤,合并滤液并减压蒸干,干燥至恒重,得何首乌浸膏;
所述当归根提取物,其制备方法是:取当归粗粉100g,用 200mL70%乙醇作溶剂,浸溃24h,缓缓渗漉,收集初漉液85ml,另器保存,继续渗漉,至渗漉液近无色或微黄色为止,收集续漉液,在 60℃以下浓缩至稠膏状,干燥至恒重,得当归浸膏;

所述艾叶提取物,其制备方法是:75%乙醇提取,提取后浓缩成生药:提取液浓度=1:1。
1.1复合中药粉抗马拉色菌的体外药敏性试验
取活化好的糠秕马拉色菌第5代Leeming和Notman培养基斜面新鲜培养物,配制成106~107cfu/mL的菌悬液,菌悬液保存在4℃冰箱内备用,应当天使用;
将表1中各组别用PBS(灭菌磷酸缓冲液)做对倍系列稀释成不同浓度的受试液,置45~50℃水浴恒温备用;
分别取受试液1ml加入平皿内,将在45~50℃水浴中的Leeming 和Notman培养基加入平皿内,边加边摇晃平板,使受试液和培养基充分混匀,待凝固后备用,后将菌悬液点种于含受试液培养基的平皿,放置于32℃培养箱中,倒置培养7~10d,观察结果;同时以无受试液为空白对照组,以甘宝素为模型对照组,结果如表2所示:
1.2稳定性观察
为了研究中药提取物是否会影响洗发水体系,在各高温、低温条件下,对配方体系进行加速试验,观察其外观、粘度、PH值、泡沫高度的变化情况来判断体系是否稳定并对中药提取物在洗涤类产品应用数据及其分析;
本次实验在实施例1的基础上,将表1中各组提取物混合物以等量进行加入,配制成洗发露进行测试。将样品分别置于不同的温度条件(-15℃、49℃、40℃、5℃)下,观察样品的悬浮稳定性能随时间的变化趋势。-15℃和49℃的样品置于试管中,便于观察样品的悬浮稳定性,结果显示:
1.3安全性测试
1.3.1急性皮肤刺激试验
将受试物一次(或多次)涂敷于受试动物的皮肤上,在规定的时间间隔内,观察动物皮肤局部刺激作用的程度并进行评分。采用自身对照,以评价受试物对皮肤的刺激作用。急性皮肤刺激性试验观察期限应足以评价该作用的可逆性(皮肤刺激性)或不可逆性(皮肤腐蚀性),从而用来检验中药提取物对哺乳动物局部皮肤的刺激程度。
试验动物:豚鼠(雌/雄)体重250g~300g
试验条件:实验室温度:20~24℃,相对湿度:60~70%。
试验步骤参照《化妆品卫生规范》2007版进行,于清除受试物后的1、24、48和72h观察涂抹部位皮肤反应,结果显示表1组合均对皮肤刺激反应积分为零,对皮肤无刺激性。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,其特征在于,按重量份计每百份中组分如下:0.8-1.2份复合中药粉、0.03-0.06份EDTA二钠、0.09-0.11份PEG-14M、0.3-0.7份甘油、0.1-0.3份阳离子瓜儿胶、0.1-0.3份聚季铵盐-10、16-20份AES70、0.4-0.6份山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、0.4-0.6份氯咪巴唑、0.5-0.7份CMEA、0.07-0.1份防腐剂CM、0.1-0.3份香精、0.4-0.6份姜根油、2.0-2.5份聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.4-0.6份氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、2.3-2.6份EMUL 34U、2.7-3份CAB35、0.8-1份氯化钠,余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,其特征在于,按重量份计每百份中组分如下:1份复合中药粉、0.05份EDTA二钠、0.1份PEG-14M、0.5份甘油、0.2份阳离子瓜尔胶、0.2份聚季铵盐-10、18份AES70、0.5份山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、0.5份氯咪巴唑、0.6份CMEA、0.09份防腐剂CM、0.2份香精、0.5份姜根油、2.5份聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.5份氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、2.5份EMUL 34U、3份CAB35、0.8份氯化钠,余量为水。
3.如权利要求1或2所述一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,其特征在于,所述复合中药粉按照重量份计组分如下:40-50份何首乌根提取物、6-10份当归根提取物、8-10份丹参根提取物、3-5份姜根油、5-7份熟地黄提取物、5-7份黑芝麻提取物、13-17份对叶百部根提取物、8-10份苦参根提取物。
4.如权利要求1或2所述一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,其特征在于,所述复合中药粉按照重量份计组分如下:45份何首乌根提取物、8份当归根提取物、8份丹参根提取物、4份姜根油、5份熟地黄提取物、5份黑芝麻提取物、15份对叶百部根提取物、10份苦参根提取物。
5.如权利要求1或2所述一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,其特征在于,所述何首乌根提取物,其制备方法是:取200g何首乌粗粉用体积浓度50%的乙醇溶液1.2L加热回流1h,冷却过滤,滤渣用等量的体积浓度50%的乙醇溶液重提二次,冷却过滤,合并滤液并减压蒸干,干燥至恒重,得何首乌浸膏。
6.如权利要求1或2所述一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,其特征在于,所述当归根提取物,其制备方法是:取当归粗粉100g,用200mL70%乙醇作溶剂,浸溃24h,缓缓渗漉,收集初漉液85ml,另器保存,继续渗漉,至渗漉液近无色或微黄色为止,收集续漉液,在60℃以下浓缩至稠膏状,干燥至恒重,得当归浸膏。
7.如权利要求1或2所述一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,其特征在于,所述丹参根提取物,其制备方法是:称取丹参粗粉100g,放入圆底烧瓶,用6倍量的浓度为70%的乙醇回流提取3次,每次提取2h;取上清夜,浓缩至稠膏状,干燥至恒重,得丹参浸膏。
8.如权利要求1或2所述一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,其特征在于,所述姜根油,其制备方法是:称取200g姜粉,放入10L水蒸气蒸馏设备中,收集流出物,用石油醚萃取后再挥发溶剂得到浅黄色的油状液体。
9.如权利要求1或2所述一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,其特征在于,所述熟地黄提取物,其制备方法是:取熟地黄粗粉5g,加入无水乙醇75ml,在65℃下,超声功率60W,提取120min,取滤液取上清夜,浓缩至稠膏状,干燥至恒重,得熟地黄浸膏。
10.如权利要求1或2所述一种具有乌发、生发、止痒和去屑功能的中药精华洗发露,其特征在于,所述对叶百部根提取物,其制备方法是:对叶百部粗粉50g,加1.5L体积分数为70%的乙醇,回流时间1h,提取温度80℃;滤过,滤渣用少量提取试剂冲洗滤过,合并所有滤液,浓缩至稠膏状,干至恒重。
