It is preferable for the second sterilization part 3 to be an ultraviolet lamp or other display device capable of irradiating ultraviolet light. In a non-cooking state, the second sterilization part 3 is opened to sterilize the cleaned cooking cavity; in the cooking state, the second sterilization part 3 is detached from the heat preservation cover plate and taken away from the cooking cavity; or a cover body is covered outside the second sterilization part to protect the second sterilization part, and the second sterilization part 3 can not be detached in the cooking state.
There are various ways of mounting the second sterilization part 3 on the heat-insulating cover plate 13, for example, the above-mentioned mounting way of the first sterilization part 2 is adopted, or one of the heat-insulating cover plate 13 and the second sterilization part 3 is provided with a socket, the other is provided with a plug 31, and any one of the second sterilization parts 3 is arranged on the heat-insulating cover plate 13 through the plug 31 and the socket in a plugging fit manner.

Or, the plug 31 of the second sterilization part 3 is inserted into a socket or a charger of the household appliance, the second sterilization part 3 is charged first, and the second sterilization part is directly inserted into the heat-insulating cover plate 13 after being charged. Alternatively, the electric wire may be separately disposed, and the plug 31 of the second sterilizing unit 3 may be connected to an external power source to supply power to the second sterilizing unit 3, thereby lighting the second sterilizing unit for sterilization.

In the drying mechanism with the structure, in the cooking state, the drying fan 51 is not started, the one-way valve 52 is not driven by hot air pressure and always keeps in a normally closed state, so that the cooking cavity is communicated with the outside except the steam channel 14, other positions are kept in sealing connection, and the heat insulation performance of the heat insulation cover plate 13 is not influenced; in a non-cooking state, after the inner pot 71 and the heat-insulating cover plate 13 are cleaned, the drying fan 51 is started, the air outlet of the drying fan 51 blows hot air, the hot air enters the inlet of the one-way valve, the valve clack of the one-way valve 52 is driven by the pressure of the hot air, the one-way valve 52 is switched from a closed state to an open state, the hot air is conveyed into the cooking cavity through the flow channel of the one-way valve 52, and air and moisture in the cooking cavity are continuously dried. After the hot air is dried in place, the drying fan 51 stops working, the hot air pressure applied to the check valve 52 is also cancelled, and the check valve 52 is switched from the open state to the normally closed state.
Preferably, the heat-insulating cover plate 13 is provided with a mounting hole, and the one-way valve is penetrated in the mounting hole, and is optimally sealed and penetrated in the mounting hole; or the one-way valve 52 is arranged on the inner wall of the heat-insulating cover plate 13, and the heat-insulating cover plate 13 is provided with a second communication port, so that the inlet of the one-way valve is communicated with the air outlet of the drying fan through the second communication port.
As for the check valve 52, the check valve 52 of any one of the existing embodiments may be selected, and is not particularly limited. The check valve 52 includes a valve body, a sliding rod slidably disposed in the valve body, a valve flap disposed at one end of the sliding rod, and a biasing member, for example, a compression spring, sleeved at the other end of the sliding rod, having a valve seat at an inlet of the valve body, wherein the compression spring applies a biasing force to the valve flap toward the valve seat under no external driving force, so that the valve flap and the valve seat are kept in a normally closed state, and heat in the cooking cavity is not dissipated through a flow channel of the check valve, thereby ensuring heat preservation performance of the heat preservation cover plate. When the drying fan blows hot air, the hot air enters the inlet of the flow channel to apply pressure to the valve clack, when the pressure is larger than the biasing force of the compression spring, the valve clack and the sliding rod integrally move towards the direction away from the valve seat to be in an open state, and the hot air enters the cooking cavity through the flow channel of the one-way valve to dry water drops in the cooking cavity.
For the drying fan 51, it is preferable that the drying fan 51 is a copper shaft direct current fan, and a heating wire is provided to heat air to form hot air, and the hot air is delivered to the check valve 52 through the copper shaft direct current fan. As a variant, other fans can be adopted, and only a heating device needs to be configured on the fan to blow hot air out of the fan.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides a pot lid assembly, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, which is different from the pot lid assembly provided in embodiment 1 in that: the first sterilization part 2 is arranged in different ways, and other structures are the same, which are not described again.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the first sterilizing part 2 is detachably provided on the outlet of the steam path 14.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, the pot cover assembly further comprises a mounting bracket 6, the mounting bracket 6 is detachably arranged on the outlet of the steam channel 14, one end of the first sterilizing part 2 is fixed on the mounting bracket 6, the other end is suspended in the steam channel 14, and in the cooking state, the mounting bracket 6 and the first sterilizing part 2 are integrally taken away from the outlet of the steam channel 14; when the food is not cooked and needs to be sterilized, the mounting bracket 6 is mounted on the outlet of the steam channel 14, and the first sterilizing component 2 sterilizes the steam channel 14, so that the food is cooked without any influence in the cooking state, and the first sterilizing component 2 is convenient to take and place.
As for the fixing manner of the mounting bracket 6, preferably, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the mounting bracket 6 includes a bridge portion 61 and a mounting portion 62 fixed on the bottom of the bridge portion 61; the mounting part 62 is embedded in the steam channel 14 and is used for mounting one end of the first sterilization part 2; the overlapping part 61 overlaps the outer side surface of the cooker cover and crosses the outlet of the steam passage 14, so that there is no need to punch a hole on the surface cover 11 or the inner cover 12 of the existing electric cooker, and the installation and the disassembly of the first sterilizing part 2 are facilitated while the sterilization is realized.
The top of the first sterilization part 2 is inserted into the bottom groove of the fixed installation part 62, or other buckles and fasteners are adopted to fix the top of the first sterilization part 2 on the installation part 62. Preferably, the first sterilization part 2 is in the form of a flat sheet, or a plate, or a bulb as in example 1.
In order to prevent the energy of the ultraviolet rays from being consumed through the outlet of the steam passage 14 when the first sterilizing part 2 is sterilized by irradiating ultraviolet rays, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the overlapping part 61 covers the outlet of the steam passage 14, and an annular sealing member 63 is provided between the overlapping part 61 and the outer side surface of the pot cover to seal and separate the steam passage 14 from the outside, thereby blocking the energy of the ultraviolet rays irradiated by the first sterilizing part 2 in the steam passage 14.
Preferably, the annular sealing member 63 is a sealing ring, the bottom of the mounting portion 62 is provided with an annular groove, the sealing ring is embedded in the annular groove, and when the mounting portion 62 is overlapped on the surface cover 11, the sealing ring is pressed and deformed between the mounting portion 62 and the surface cover 11 to realize the sealing connection between the mounting portion 62 and the surface cover 11.
Since the first sterilization part 2 and the mounting bracket 6 are both taken away from the outlet of the steam channel 14 in the cooking state, the first sterilization part 2 and the mounting bracket 6 can be taken in and out at any time for facilitating sterilization, as shown in fig. 5a, 5b and 5c, a recessed third groove 123 and a cover 124 detachably disposed on the notch of the third groove 123 are disposed on the inner wall of the inner lid 12, a storage cavity is defined between the third groove 123 and the cover 124, and the detached first sterilization part 2, the mounting bracket 6 and other accessories related to the first sterilization part 2 are all disposed in the storage cavity. When sterilization is required, the cover 124 is opened, and the first sterilization part 2, the mounting bracket 6 and the related accessories are taken out, so that sterilization can be conveniently carried out. Of course, the second sterilization member 3 in embodiment 1 may be stored in the storage chamber in a cooking state after being detached.
For the connection mode between the cover 124 and the notch of the third groove 123, as shown in fig. 5c, a plurality of protrusions are disposed on the right side end of the cover 124, a buckle is disposed on the left side end, and correspondingly, grooves for inserting the protrusions one by one and a clamping seat for clamping the buckle are disposed on the notch of the third groove 123. Alternatively, other removable means of attachment may be used to attach the cover 124 to the slot of the third recess 123, for example, by fasteners, such as screws or bolts.
Example 3
In the present embodiment, there is provided a pot lid assembly which is different in that:
the number of the first sterilization parts 2 is at least two, at least one first sterilization part 2 is detachably arranged at the outlet of the steam channel 14, and at least one first sterilization part 2 is arranged on the inner wall of the steam channel 14.
Wherein, the first sterilization part 2 arranged in the steam channel 14 is arranged in the same way as the first sterilization part 2 in the embodiment 1, please refer to the content of the embodiment 1; the first sterilizing part 2 provided at the outlet of the steam path 14 is provided in the same manner as the first sterilizing part 2 in embodiment 2, see the description of embodiment 2.
In the pot lid assembly of this embodiment, the first sterilization part 2 is disposed in the steam passage 14 and at the outlet of the steam passage 14, and the plurality of first sterilization parts 2 are opened simultaneously to perform sterilization, thereby further enhancing the sterilization effect.
Regarding the arrangement manner of other structures such as the second sterilization part 3 and the drying mechanism, the same as that in embodiment 1 is applied, and please refer to the content of embodiment 1, which is not described herein again.
As a modification of the above-described embodiments 1, 2 and 3, the first sterilization member 2 may be a light source that can emit ultraviolet light and light having other wavelengths, and in view of the difference between mold and bacteria, some bacteria may be sterilized by being irradiated with infrared light, and correspondingly, the first sterilization member 2 may be a light source that simultaneously emits ultraviolet light and infrared light. The light source having the selected wavelength is selected according to the mold, germs, and bacteria to be sterilized, and the light emitted from the first and second sterilizing members 2 and 3 is adaptively adjusted.

The present embodiment provides an electric cooker, which comprises the cooperating structure of the cover assembly and the inner pot 71 provided in embodiment 4, wherein the inner pot 71 is arranged in the cooker body 72.
The electric cooker of the embodiment adopts the matching structure in the embodiment 4, so that the electric cooker can at least sterilize a steam channel of the electric cooker after being cleaned, and the health hazard to users is reduced.

Claims (15)

1. the pot cover assembly further comprises a mounting bracket (6), the mounting bracket (6) is detachably arranged on an outlet of the steam channel (14), one end of the first sterilization part (2) is fixed on the mounting bracket (6), and the other end of the first sterilization part is suspended in the steam channel (14);
the mounting bracket (6) comprises a lapping part (61) and a mounting part (62) fixed on the bottom of the lapping part (61); the mounting part (62) is embedded in the steam channel (14) and is used for mounting one end of the first sterilization part (2);
the overlapping part (61) overlaps on the outer side surface of the pot cover and crosses the outlet of the steam channel (14);
the overlapping part (61) covers the outlet of the steam channel (14), and an annular sealing member (63) is arranged between the overlapping part (61) and the outer side surface of the cooker cover so as to seal and separate the steam channel (14) from the outside.
2. The pot lid assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one of the first sterilization means (2) is provided in a steam channel (14) on the pot lid.
3. The pot lid assembly according to claim 2, further comprising a protective cover (4), the protective cover (4) being removably covered outside the first sterilizing part (2) in a cooking state; in the uncooked state, the protective cover (4) is separated from the first sterilization part (2).

The pot cover assembly according to claim 3, characterized in that the steam channel (14) is provided with an inwardly recessed mounting groove on its inner wall; the tail part (21) of the first sterilization part (2) arranged in the steam channel (14) on the cooker cover is detachably arranged in the mounting groove, and the head part (22) of the first sterilization part is positioned outside the notch of the mounting groove.

The pot lid assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that the mounting groove comprises a first groove (121) at an inner side and a second groove (122) surrounding an outer circumference of the first groove (121), and a tail portion (21) of the first sterilizing part (2) disposed in the steam passage (14) of the pot lid is mounted in an inner cavity of the first groove (121);
in a cooking state, the protective cover (4) is sleeved outside the first sterilization part (2) arranged in the steam channel (14) on the cooker cover, and the tail part of the protective cover (4) is embedded in the second groove (122).

The pot lid assembly according to claim 5, characterized in that the tail portion (21) of the first sterilizing part (2) provided in the pot lid steam passage (14) is screw-fitted in the first groove (121), and the protective cover (4) is screw-fitted on the outer wall of the first sterilizing part (2) provided in the pot lid steam passage (14).

The pot lid assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the pot lid comprises a face lid (11), an inner lid (12) provided on the inner side of the face lid (11), and an insulating cover plate (13) detachably provided on the inner lid (12), the inner lid (12) being located between the face lid (11) and the insulating cover plate (13); the steam channel (14) is arranged on the inner cover (12) and the face cover (11); the heat-preservation cover plate (13) is provided with at least one first communication port (131) communicated with the steam channel (14).
8. The lid assembly of claim 7, wherein the inner lid (12) is provided with a recessed third recess (123), and a cover (124) removably disposed over a notch of the third recess (123), the third recess (123) and the cover (124) defining a storage chamber therebetween.

The pot lid assembly according to claim 7, further comprising at least one second sterilizing part (3) detachably provided on the thermal cover plate (13), the second sterilizing part irradiating ultraviolet light at least into the cooking cavity, the second sterilizing part (3) and the inner lid (12) being located at both sides of the thermal cover plate (13), respectively.

The lid assembly according to claim 9, wherein one of the heat-insulating cover plate (13) and the second sterilizing part (3) is provided with a socket and the other is provided with a plug (31), and either of the second sterilizing parts (3) is provided on the heat-insulating cover plate (13) by the plug (31) being in insertion fit with the socket.
11. The pot lid assembly according to claim 9, characterized in that the first sterilization part (2) and/or the second sterilization part (3) is an ultraviolet lamp.
12. The pot lid assembly of claim 7, further comprising a drying mechanism disposed on the pot lid for delivering heated air into the cooking cavity.
13. The pot lid assembly according to claim 12, wherein the drying mechanism comprises a drying fan (51) arranged on the inner lid (12), and a one-way valve (52) arranged on the heat-insulating cover plate (13), an air outlet of the drying fan (51) and an inlet of a flow passage of the one-way valve (52) are arranged, and an outlet of the one-way valve is positioned at one side of the cooking cavity;
the check valve (52) is driven by the pressure of the hot air of the drying fan (51) to be in an open state.
14. A matching structure of a cooker cover component and an inner pot (71) is characterized by comprising
An inner pan (71);
a pot lid assembly of any one of claims 1-13; in a cooking state, the pot cover assembly covers the opening of the inner pot (71) to enclose a cooking cavity.
15. An electric rice cooker comprising a cooperating structure of the cover assembly of claim 14 and the inner pan (71).
