Abstract
The invention discloses an intrusion detection and video rechecking device and method for an underground pipeline of a nuclear power plant, wherein the intrusion detection and video rechecking device comprises a detector, a video rechecking camera and a comprehensive control module; the detector is arranged at a crossing protection area of the underground pipeline; the video rechecking camera is positioned behind the detector and movably arranged on the camera guide rail; the comprehensive control module is respectively connected with the tube detector and the video review camera and is used for receiving an alarm signal of the detector and a shooting image of the video review camera and controlling the video review camera to move on the camera guide rail to be close to a target for shooting. The intrusion detection and video rechecking device for the underground pipeline of the nuclear power plant solves the problem of intrusion alarm rechecking of the periphery of the underground pipeline by improving the imaging definition of the video rechecking camera, and still performs monitoring and video rechecking under the conditions of full water and turbid water quality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of perimeter intrusion prevention detection of nuclear power plants, and particularly relates to an intrusion detection and video rechecking device and method for underground pipelines of a nuclear power plant.
Background
The perimeter of the nuclear power plant refers to structures such as fences, walls and the like which enclose the nuclear power plant into a closed space, and a perimeter intrusion prevention detection system is an important ring for implementing the detection-delay-response function of a whole plant physical protection system and is used for detecting various enemy intrusion behaviors. The underground pipeline is anhydrous or ponding is less under normal conditions, and the camera can satisfy the requirement of video recheck, but when extreme weather such as typhoon, torrential rain, the underground pipeline has the condition of full water and quality of water is muddy, and extreme condition leads to the camera imaging unclear, can't accomplish video recheck.
In view of the above, it is necessary to provide an apparatus and a method for intrusion detection and video review of underground pipelines of a nuclear power plant, which can solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: the device and the method for intrusion detection and video rechecking of the underground pipeline of the nuclear power plant are provided, so that monitoring and video rechecking can be normally and reliably carried out under the conditions of full water and turbid water quality, and the problems in the prior art are solved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an intrusion detection and video rechecking device for an underground pipeline of a nuclear power plant, which comprises a detector, a video rechecking camera and a comprehensive control module, wherein the detector is connected with the video rechecking camera; the detector is arranged at a crossing protection area of the underground pipeline; the video rechecking camera is positioned behind the detector and movably arranged on the camera guide rail; the comprehensive control module is respectively connected with the tube detector and the video review camera and is used for receiving an alarm signal of the detector and a shooting image of the video review camera and controlling the video review camera to move on the camera guide rail to be close to a target for shooting.
The detector comprises a pipeline fence detector and a sonar detector, and the comprehensive control module is respectively connected with the pipeline fence detector and the sonar detector to receive alarm signals of the pipeline fence detector and the sonar detector.
As an improvement of the intrusion detection and video rechecking device for the underground pipeline of the nuclear power plant, the sonar detector is positioned in front of the pipeline fence detector, and when the intrusion occurs, the sonar detector sends out an alarm signal before the pipeline fence detector in time.
As an improvement of the intrusion detection and video rechecking device for the underground pipeline of the nuclear power plant, the comprehensive control module is preset with a comprehensive judgment mechanism, when both the sonar detector and the pipeline fence detector send out alarm signals and the sonar detector sends out the alarm signals first and the pipeline fence detector sends out the alarm signals later, an intrusion alarm is sent out to security personnel, and the video rechecking camera is linked for video rechecking.

The detector is arranged at a crossing protection area of the underground pipeline; the video review camera 20 is located behind the detector (i.e., on the side of the detector facing away from the direction of intrusion) and is movably mounted on a camera rail 22; the integrated control module 30 is connected to the detector and the video review camera 20, respectively, and is configured to receive an alarm signal from the detector and a captured image from the video review camera 20, and control the video review camera 20 to move on the camera rail 22 to approach the target for capturing.
Underground pipes include, but are not limited to, drainage pipes and sewer pipes. The detectors comprise a pipeline fence detector 10 and a sonar detector 40, and the comprehensive control module 30 is respectively connected with the pipeline fence detector 10 and the sonar detector 40 to respectively receive alarm signals of the pipeline fence detector 10 and the sonar detector 40. Sonar detector 40 is located in front of pipe-fence detector 10 (i.e., on the side of pipe-fence detector 10 facing the direction of intrusion), so that when an intrusion occurs, sonar detector 40 temporally sends an alarm signal before pipe-fence detector 10.
The video rechecking camera 20 adopts an infrared thermal imaging camera, identifies a target through a temperature difference image of the target and a water body, and simultaneously, in order to meet the environmental requirement of underwater work, the protection grade is improved to IP 68.
The extending direction of the camera guide rail 22 is the radial direction of the underground pipeline, when the underground pipeline is a horizontal pipeline, the camera guide rail 22 extends along the up-down direction, so that the video rechecking camera 20 can move along the camera guide rail 22 under the driving of a motor to be close to a target as much as possible for shooting, the imaging definition of the camera is improved, and monitoring and video rechecking are still performed under the conditions of full water and turbid water quality.
According to the intrusion detection and video rechecking device for the underground pipeline of the nuclear power plant, disclosed by the invention, the problem of intrusion alarm rechecking of the periphery of the underground pipeline is solved by improving the imaging definition of the video rechecking camera, and monitoring and video rechecking are still carried out under the conditions of full water and turbid water quality.
The invention discloses an intrusion detection and video rechecking method for underground pipelines of a nuclear power plant, which comprises the following steps of:
s1, the detector finds the invasion and sends out an alarm signal;
s2, the comprehensive control module 30 receives the alarm signal of the detector, sends an intrusion alarm to security personnel, and controls the video review camera 20 to move on the camera guide rail 22 to approach the target for shooting while sending the intrusion alarm;
and S3, providing the images shot by the video rechecking camera 20 to security personnel for video rechecking.
The detectors in step S1 include a pipe fence detector 10 and a sonar detector 40, and the conditions for the integrated control module 30 to send an intrusion alarm to security personnel in step S2 are: the sonar detector 40 and the pipeline fence detector 10 both send out alarm signals, and in time, the sonar detector 40 sends out the alarm signals first and the pipeline fence detector 10 sends out the alarm signals later.
