Abstract
The invention provides a commodity sample display device of a vending machine, which aims to reduce the manufacturing cost. The commodity sample display device is provided with a display stand (7) which takes a commodity sample (10) as a holding object, wherein the rear side of the commodity sample (10) is opened, the lower end part of the commodity sample has a contact surface (11a) and a mounting part (12), and the lower end of the mounting part (12) is covered by a bottom plate part (13), wherein the display stand (7) is provided with: a commodity sample mounting part (20) which is provided with a mounting hole (21) into which the mounting part (12) is inserted, wherein when the mounting part (12) is inserted into the mounting hole (21), the upper surface (20a) of the commodity sample mounting part abuts against the abutting surface (11a) to mount a commodity sample (10); and a mounting wall portion (30) which is integrally formed at the rear end portion of the commodity sample mounting portion (20) so as to extend at least one of upward and downward, and which is provided with a locking claw (31) protruding rearward and downward on the rear surface (30 a).
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a device for displaying samples of goods in a vending machine.
Background
In a vending machine that sells commodities contained in containers such as bottles, cans, and plastic bottles, a display room is provided on a front surface of an apparatus case. The display room is intended to promote sales of commodities by displaying commodity samples. As the product sample, a resin article having an outer shape equivalent to that of a product to be sold is used, and in particular, an article having a front half and a rear side opened in a case of being divided into two parts in front and rear is often used. The lower end face of the commodity sample is provided with an installation part. The mounting portion is formed in a substantially semi-cylindrical shape having an outer diameter one step smaller than the outer diameter of the lower end portion of the commodity sample and having a lower end opening covered with the bottom plate portion.
On the other hand, a display stand is provided in a display room for displaying a sample of merchandise. The display stand holds a commodity sample via a mounting portion and has a mounting hole and a locking piece. The mounting hole is a portion to which the mounting portion of the commodity sample is mounted, and has an inner diameter slightly larger than an outer diameter of the mounting portion. The locking piece is a plate-shaped portion having a small width and projecting forward from a peripheral edge portion of the mounting hole on the rear side, and a front end portion of the locking piece is inclined so as to be gradually upward.
In this display stand, when the mounting portion is inserted into the mounting hole in a state in which the bottom plate portion of the commodity sample is positioned below the locking piece, the commodity sample is held on the upper surface of the display stand in an upright posture. Generally, a plurality of mounting holes are provided in a row in the horizontal direction on a display stand, and a plurality of product samples can be displayed in a state where the product samples are arranged in a display chamber (see, for example, patent document 1).

Problems to be solved by the invention
In the above-described merchandise sample display device, the mounting claws and the like are not formed on the display stand itself, and an additional mounting member is required to mount the display stand on the back panel or the like of the display room, which increases the number of components. In particular, since the display stand is generally provided in a plurality of layers in the display room, the number of parts is increased more remarkably, resulting in an increase in manufacturing cost.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a commodity sample display device for an automatic vending machine, the commodity sample display device including a display stand for holding a commodity sample, the commodity sample having a rear-side opening, a lower end portion of the commodity sample having an abutment surface and a mounting portion, and a lower end of the mounting portion being covered with a bottom plate portion, the display stand including: a commodity sample mounting portion having a mounting hole into which the mounting portion is inserted, the commodity sample mounting portion mounting the commodity sample by abutting an upper surface thereof against the abutting surface when the mounting portion is inserted into the mounting hole; and a mounting wall portion formed at a rear end portion of the product sample mounting portion so as to extend at least one of upward and downward, integrally with the product sample mounting portion, and having a locking claw projecting downward and rearward on a rear surface thereof.
In the above-described commodity sample display device for an automatic vending machine, the commodity sample may be provided with a bulging portion bulging outward at the mounting portion, and the commodity sample mounting portion may be provided with a notch at a peripheral edge portion of the mounting hole, the notch allowing the bulging portion to enter when the mounting portion is inserted into the mounting hole.
In the above-described merchandise sample display device for an automatic vending machine, the mounting wall portion extends upward and downward at a rear end portion of the merchandise sample mounting portion, the merchandise sample mounting portion includes a support piece portion provided in a rear region of the mounting hole so as to protrude upward in a manner facing the mounting wall portion, and the support piece portion supports the sales promotion panel between the support piece portion and the mounting wall portion.
In the present invention, the attachment wall portion has a projection projecting toward the support piece portion at a portion facing the support piece portion in the commodity sample display device for an automatic vending machine.
In the above-described product sample display device for an automatic vending machine, the product sample placement unit may include a locking piece that presses the contact surface against an upper surface of the product sample placement unit via the bottom plate, the locking piece may be bent after temporarily extending downward from an opening peripheral edge of the mounting hole, may be bent after extending in a radial direction of the mounting hole, and may be bent upward, and an extending end portion of the locking piece may be disposed above the mounting hole.
In the merchandise sample display device according to the present invention, the mounting wall portion includes a forward-tilting prevention piece provided on the rear surface so as to project rearward and extending in the vertical direction so as to be gradually separated from the rear surface as the mounting wall portion goes downward.

In the above-described commodity sample display device for an automatic vending machine, the mounting wall portion includes a mounting piece portion to which a holding tool is detachably mounted, and the holding tool holds an actual commodity in a state where the actual commodity is placed as a new commodity sample on the commodity sample placement portion in place of the commodity sample.
In the above-described merchandise sample display device for an automatic vending machine, the display stand is molded from a translucent resin material.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The display stand of the present invention comprises: a commodity sample mounting part which is provided with a mounting hole for inserting the mounting part, and when the mounting part is inserted into the mounting hole, the upper surface of the commodity sample mounting part is abutted against the abutting surface to mount a commodity sample; and a mounting wall portion formed at a rear end portion of the commodity sample mounting portion so as to extend at least one of upward and downward, integrally with the commodity sample mounting portion, and having a locking claw protruding rearward and downward on a rear surface thereof. Further, since the commodity sample mounting portion and the mounting wall portion are formed integrally, the number of components can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the merchandise sample display device of the vending machine according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an external configuration of an automatic vending machine to which a commodity sample display device according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied. The vending machine exemplified here sells a beverage contained in a container such as a bottle, a can, or a plastic bottle as a commodity, and includes a front door 2 on the front surface of a device case 1 for storing the commodity. The front door 2 is supported by the device case 1 via one side edge portion, and can open and close a front opening (not shown) of the device case 1. A display room 3 is provided in the front surface door 2.
The display chamber 3 is configured to display a plurality of commodity samples 10 therein, and has a rectangular shape with an open front surface. The front opening of the display chamber 3 is covered with a transparent resin panel 4, and foreign matter from the outside is prevented from entering the display chamber, while the inside can be visually recognized through the resin panel 4. Further, the resin panel 4 is provided with push switches 5 corresponding to the respective product samples 10. In this vending machine, a product sample 10 can be used to select a product to be purchased, and the selected product can be purchased by pressing the corresponding push switch 5.
In the display room 3, a display stand 7 is provided on the front surface of the back plate 6. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the display stand 7 holds the plurality of product samples 10 in a state where the plurality of product samples 10 are arranged in the left-right direction. In the illustrated example, each of the two display stands 7 is configured to be arranged in the left-right direction, and is provided on the front surface of the back panel 6 so as to be 3 upper and lower. The display table 7 holds 6 product samples 10, and thus is provided to be able to hold 12 product samples in each layer. The number of the display stands 7 provided in the display chamber 3 and the number of the commodity samples 10 that can be held on the display stands 7 are not necessarily limited to the above numbers.
The product sample 10 as an object held by the display stand 7 is a resin article having an outer shape equivalent to a sales product. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a product sample 10 that is constituted by only a front half portion and a rear side opening in a case where the product sample is divided into two parts in front and rear is set as a holding object. As can be seen from the figure, most of the product sample 10 is constituted by the product-shaped portion 11, and the attachment portion 12 is provided at the lower end portion thereof. The mounting portion 12 is a substantially semi-cylindrical portion protruding downward from the lower surface of the commodity-shaped portion 11, and the lower end of the mounting portion 12 is covered with a bottom plate portion 13. The lower end portion of the commodity-shaped portion 11 is configured to have an outer dimension larger than the outer diameter of the mounting portion 12, and the lower surface of the lower end portion of the commodity-shaped portion 11 has an abutment surface 11a at a portion other than the rear edge around the mounting portion 12. The same color as that of the commercial product is applied to the outer surface of the commercial product sample 10, but is not clearly shown in the figure.
Fig. 6 to 8 show the display stand 7 shown in fig. 2 and 3, respectively, fig. 6 and 7 are perspective views, and fig. 8 is a longitudinal sectional view. As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the display stand 7 includes a commodity sample mounting portion 20 and a mounting wall portion 30, and the commodity sample mounting portion 20 and the mounting wall portion 30 are integrally molded from a translucent resin material such as polycarbonate.
The commodity sample mounting part 20 is a flat plate-like portion having a width sufficient for mounting the commodity sample 10 thereon. The commodity sample mounting portion 20 is provided with mounting holes 21 corresponding to the number of commodity samples 10 to be held. The mounting holes 21 have a substantially circular shape having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the mounting portion 12 of the commercial product sample 10, and the mounting holes 21 are formed at substantially equal intervals in the left-right direction.
In the commodity sample mounting portion 20, a locking piece 22 is provided at the opening peripheral edge portion of each mounting hole 21. The locking piece 22 is a plate-like portion having a small width extending in the radial direction from the opening peripheral edge portion on the rear side toward the front side in the mounting hole 21, and the tip end portion thereof is positioned at the front side beyond the center of the mounting hole 21. The rear end of the locking piece 22 extends along the commodity sample mounting portion 20. The front end portion of the locking piece 22 is bent upward after gradually extending downward toward the front, and is inclined so as to gradually become upward toward the front, and the extending end portion thereof is disposed above the mounting hole 21.
In the locking piece 22, when the mounting portion 12 is inserted into the mounting hole 21 from the front side in a state where the bottom plate portion 13 is inserted between the locking piece 22 itself and the upper surface 20a of the commodity sample mounting portion 20, the locking piece 22 urges the bottom plate portion 13 downward by its elastic restoring force in a state where the mounting portion 12 is fitted into the mounting hole 21. Thus, the commodity sample mounting portion 20 can mount the commodity sample 10 by the upper surface 20a coming into contact with the contact surface 11 a.
A notch 211 is formed in a part of the peripheral edge of the mounting hole 21, and a positioning protrusion 212 protruding inward is formed at the edge of the notch 211. As shown in fig. 9, a bulging portion 12a bulging outward (radially outward) of the mounting portion 12 is formed in a part of the mounting portion 12, but on the contrary, the bulging portion 12a is not formed in the commercial product sample 10 shown in fig. 4 and 5, and when the bulging portion 12a is formed, the notch 211 allows the bulging portion 12a to enter when the mounting portion 12 is inserted into the mounting hole 21.
The mounting wall portion 30 is a flat plate-like portion extending upward and downward from the rear end portion of the commodity sample mounting portion 20, and is formed over the entire region of the commodity sample mounting portion 20 in the left-right direction. The mounting wall portion 30 is provided with a locking claw 31 and a forward-tilting prevention piece 32.
As shown in fig. 10, locking claws 31 are provided on both left and right end portions of the rear surface 30a of the mounting wall 30 for locking the display stand 7 to the rear panel 6 by passing through locking holes 6a provided in the rear panel 6. These locking claws 31 are formed on the rear surface 30a of the mounting wall portion 30 so as to protrude rearward and downward. More specifically, the locking claw 31 is formed to protrude rearward and downward from the rear surface 30a of the mounting wall portion 30, and is inclined so as to gradually become distant from the rear surface 30a as it goes downward.
A plurality of forward-tilting prevention pieces 32 (4 pieces in the illustrated example) are provided on the rear surface 30a of the mounting wall 30 at both right and left end portions and on the rear surface 30a of the mounting wall 30 between the two locking claws 31. These forward-tilting prevention pieces 32 are provided so as to project rearward from the rear surface 30a, and extend in the vertical direction so as to gradually become distant from the rear surface 30a of the mounting wall portion 30 as they go downward. That is, the rear end surface portion 32a of the forward-tilting prevention piece 32 is inclined so as to gradually extend rearward as it goes downward, and the inclination angle α of the forward-tilting prevention piece 32, that is, the inclination angle α of the rear end surface portion 32a of the forward-tilting prevention piece 32 with respect to the rear surface 30a of the attachment wall portion 30 is substantially the same as the inclination angle of the locking claw 31 as shown in fig. 8.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the display stand 7 is provided with a support piece portion 23 and a mounting piece portion 33. The support piece portion 23 is a flat plate-like portion provided in a rear region between the attachment holes 21 on the upper surface 20a of the commodity sample placement portion 20 so as to face the attachment wall portion 30 and protrude upward. As shown in fig. 11, a pair of left and right support projections 23a projecting rearward are formed on the surfaces of the support piece portions 23 facing the attachment wall portions 30. In addition, a protrusion 30b protruding forward toward the region between the support protrusions 23a is formed in a portion of the mounting wall portion 30 facing the support piece portion 23.
As shown in fig. 12, the support piece portion 23 is configured to support the sales promotion panel 8 inserted between the support piece portion 23 and the mounting wall portion 30. Here, the sales promotion panel 8 is a panel in which various sales promotion information is displayed on a translucent plastic sheet. The sales promotion information may be color, text, pattern, or the like.
The attachment piece portion 33 is provided at an upper end portion of the attachment wall portion 30, more specifically, at an upper end portion of a region of the attachment wall portion 30 that is a rear side of the attachment hole 21, by forming slits 33a on the left and right. As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the attachment piece 33 is detachably attached to the metal holder 9. As shown in fig. 15, the holding tool 9 is attached to the attachment piece 33 so as to penetrate the slit 33 a. The holder 9 holds an actual product different from the product sample 10 as a new product sample (hereinafter, also referred to as an actual product sample) 10 'by its elastic restoring force, and places the actual product sample 10' on the product sample placement unit 20.
In order to attach such a display stand 7 to the back panel 6, as shown in fig. 10, the locking claws 31 may be inserted through the locking holes 6a of the back panel 6. In this case, as shown in fig. 16, the forward-tilting prevention piece 32 abuts on the front surface of the back panel 6. Since the forward-tilting prevention piece 32 extends in the vertical direction while being inclined so as to gradually become distant from the rear surface 30a of the mounting wall portion 30 as it goes downward, the display stand 7 can be prevented from sagging downward as it goes forward, that is, from tilting forward, by the rear end surface portion 32a coming into contact with the front surface of the back panel 6.
As described above, according to the merchandise sample display device of the embodiment of the present invention, the merchandise sample mounting portion 20 and the mounting wall portion 30 constituting the display stand 7 are formed integrally, so that the number of components can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
With the above-described merchandise sample display device, since the display stand is molded from a resin material having translucency, when the merchandise sample 10 is irradiated with a light source or the like, not shown, the merchandise sample 10 can be visually recognized in a floating state.
With the above-described merchandise sample display device, the support piece portion 23 provided in the rear region of the attachment hole 21 of the merchandise sample placement portion 20 so as to protrude upward in a manner facing the attachment wall portion 30 supports the sales promotion panel 8 between the attachment wall portion 30 and the support piece portion, and therefore, the appearance of the merchandise sample 10 can be improved, and the attraction of the merchandise to the user can be improved.
With the above-described merchandise sample display device, when the mounting portion 12 is inserted into the mounting hole 21 from the front side in a state where the bottom plate portion 13 is inserted between the locking piece 22 itself and the upper surface 20a of the merchandise sample mounting portion 20, the locking piece 22 urges the bottom plate portion 13 downward by its elastic restoring force in a state where the mounting portion 12 is fitted into the mounting hole 21, and therefore, the abutment surface 11a of the merchandise sample 10 abuts against the upper surface 20a in a state where it is pressed against the upper surface 20a of the merchandise sample mounting portion 20, and even if an external force such as vibration is applied to the display stand 7, the orientation of the merchandise sample 10 is not accidentally changed, and the merchandise sample 10 can be satisfactorily held. In particular, since the extending end portion of the locking piece 22 is disposed above the mounting hole 21, the bottom plate portion 13 of the commodity sample 10 can be inserted into the mounting hole 21 so as to be inserted between the upper surface 20a of the commodity sample mounting portion 20 and the extending end portion of the locking piece 22, and therefore, the mounting of the commodity sample 10 can be facilitated.
In the above-described merchandise sample display device, since the notch 211 is formed in the mounting hole 21, when the bulge portion 12a is formed in the mounting portion 12 of the merchandise sample 10, the bulge portion 12a is inserted into the notch 211 when the mounting portion 12 is inserted into the mounting hole 21, and the merchandise sample 10 is prevented from rotating by the positioning projection 212, whereby the merchandise sample 10 can be held satisfactorily.
With the above-described merchandise sample display device, when the holder 9 is attached to the attachment piece portion 33, the actual merchandise sample 10' can be placed and held on the merchandise sample placement portion 20 in place of the merchandise sample 10.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made.
In the above embodiment, the mounting wall portion 30 constituting the display stand 7 extends upward and downward from the rear end portion of the commodity sample mounting portion 20, but in the present invention, the mounting wall portion may extend upward or downward from the rear end portion of the commodity sample mounting portion.
The left and right widths of the locking piece 22 in the above embodiment are the same, but in the present invention, the rear end portion of the locking piece may be contracted so that the left and right widths are smaller than the left and right widths of the front end portion. This makes it possible to easily elastically deform the locking piece itself, and to facilitate the insertion operation of the resin product sample into the mounting hole.

1. A commodity sample display device for an automatic vending machine, comprising a display stand for holding a commodity sample, wherein the rear side of the commodity sample is open, the lower end of the commodity sample has a contact surface and a mounting portion, the lower end of the mounting portion is covered with a bottom plate portion,
the display stand is provided with:
a commodity sample mounting portion having a mounting hole into which the mounting portion is inserted, the commodity sample mounting portion mounting the commodity sample by abutting an upper surface thereof against the abutting surface when the mounting portion is inserted into the mounting hole; and
a mounting wall portion formed at a rear end portion of the product sample mounting portion so as to extend at least one of upward and downward, integrally with the product sample mounting portion, and having a locking claw projecting downward and rearward on a rear surface thereof,
the commodity sample placement part has a locking piece for pressing the contact surface against the upper surface of the commodity sample placement part itself via the bottom plate part,
the locking piece is bent after temporarily extending downward from an opening peripheral edge portion of the mounting hole, and is bent upward after extending in a radial direction of the mounting hole, and an extending end portion of the locking piece is disposed above the mounting hole.
2. The merchandise sample display device for vending machine according to claim 1,
the commodity sample is provided with a bulge part bulging outwards on the mounting part,
