Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of an information aggregation method according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
In the application scenario of fig. 1, first, the computing device 101 may query whether there is target alert information 104 matching the alert information 102 in the target alert information queue 103 based on the received alert information 102. The computing device 101 may then, in response to determining that there is no alert information, add the alert information 102 to the target alert information queue 103 to update the target alert information queue 103. Finally, the computing device 101 may aggregate the updated target alert information queue 105 to generate an aggregated target alert information queue 106 in response to determining that the current time is the expiration time of the target alert information in the target alert information queue.
The computing device 101 may be hardware or software. When the computing device is hardware, it may be implemented as a distributed cluster composed of multiple servers or terminal devices, or may be implemented as a single server or a single terminal device. When the computing device is embodied as software, it may be installed in the hardware devices enumerated above. It may be implemented, for example, as multiple software or software modules to provide distributed services, or as a single software or software module. And is not particularly limited herein.
It should be understood that the number of computing devices in FIG. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of computing devices, as implementation needs dictate.
With continued reference to fig. 2, a flow 200 of some embodiments of an information aggregation method according to the present disclosure is shown. The information aggregation method comprises the following steps:
step 201, based on the received alarm information, querying whether the target alarm information queue has target alarm information matched with the alarm information.
In some embodiments, an executing agent of the information aggregation method (e.g., the computing device 101 shown in fig. 1) may query whether target alarm information matching the alarm information exists in the target alarm information queue based on the received alarm information. Here, the alarm information may be abnormal information in the course of information transmission. Here, the alarm information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: alarm tag name, alarm category, alarm attribute name, expiration time. The alarm tag name may be used to characterize the type of fault (e.g., hardware fault class, software fault class) to which the exception information corresponds. Here, the target alarm information may be alarm information to be transmitted. The target alert information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: alarm tag name, alarm category, alarm attribute name, expiration time. In practice, it may be determined whether target alarm information having the same alarm category and alarm attribute name as the alarm information included in the alarm information exists in the target alarm information queue.
As an example, the alarm information may be [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm tag name: a system; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.208, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 05]. The target alarm information queue may be { [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.118, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.52.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 01 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.54.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02]}.
Step 202, in response to determining that the alarm information does not exist, adding the alarm information to the target alarm information queue to update the target alarm information queue.
In some embodiments, the execution agent may add the alert information to the target alert information queue to update the target alert information queue in response to determining that the alert information does not exist. In practice, the executing agent may add the alarm information to the target alarm information queue to complete the update of the target alarm information queue.
As an example, the above-mentioned alarm information may be [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.208, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 05]. The target alarm information queue may be { [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.118, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.52.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 01 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.54.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02]}. The above-mentioned alarm information may be added to the target alarm information queue, and the target alarm information queue is updated to { [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.118, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.52.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 01 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.54.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.208, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 05]}.
Step 203, in response to determining that the current time is the expiration time of the target alarm information in the target alarm information queue, performing aggregation processing on the updated target alarm information queue to generate an aggregated target alarm information queue.
In some embodiments, in response to determining that the current time is the expiration time of the target alarm information in the target alarm information queue, the executing entity may perform aggregation processing on the updated target alarm information queue to generate an aggregated target alarm information queue. Here, the aggregation processing may be to input target alarm information of the same alarm category into a corpus template set in advance. In practice, the current time is the due time of any one target alarm information in the target alarm information queue, and the updated target alarm information queue can be subjected to aggregation processing to generate an aggregated target alarm information queue. In practice, the corpus template may be "alarm category, alarm attribute name, and maintenance group (alarm category) to perform maintenance in time".
As an example, the current time may be [ 2020-12-08-12: 01]. The updated target alarm information queue may be { [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.118, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.52.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 01 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.54.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.208, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 05]}. Therefore, aggregation processing can be carried out on the updated target alarm information queue to generate an aggregated target alarm information queue { [ the alarm category is server abnormal, the alarm attribute names are 58.214.159.118 and 58.214.159.208, and the server abnormal maintenance group is requested to maintain in time ]; [ alarm category is domain name abnormal, alarm attribute names are www.52.com, www.54.com, please maintain the group in time for domain name abnormal maintenance ] }.
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages: the stability of information transmission is improved by the information aggregation method of some embodiments of the present disclosure. Specifically, the reason why the stability of information transmission is not high is that: the output abnormal information is more, so that the abnormal information is easy to be ignored by users, the abnormal information representing faults cannot be processed in time, and the transmission efficiency of subsequent information is influenced. Based on this, first, the information aggregation method according to some embodiments of the present disclosure may query whether there is target alarm information matching the alarm information in the target alarm information queue based on the received alarm information. Therefore, whether the alarm information is added into the target alarm information queue or not can be determined. Then, in response to determining that the alarm information does not exist, adding the alarm information to the target alarm information queue to update the target alarm information queue. And finally, in response to the fact that the current time is determined to be the due time of the target alarm information in the target alarm information queue, performing aggregation processing on the updated target alarm information queue to generate an aggregated target alarm information queue. Thereby, the number of target warning information can be reduced. Furthermore, the user is prompted to reset the abnormal information in time according to the aggregated target alarm information, and the influence on subsequent information transmission is reduced. Thus, the stability of information transmission is improved.
With further reference to fig. 3, a flow diagram of further embodiments of an information aggregation method according to the present disclosure is shown. The information aggregation method comprises the following steps:
step 301, obtaining alarm information sent by each monitoring system to obtain an alarm information set.
In some embodiments, the execution main body may obtain the alarm information sent by each monitoring system from the terminal in a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner, so as to obtain an alarm information set. The alarm information may include an alarm category. In practice, the monitoring system may be a client corresponding to the alarm category. As an example, the alarm information set may be { [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.118, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.52.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 01 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.54.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.118, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.52.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 01 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: updating the configuration; alarm attribute name: www.54.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02]}.
Step 302, for the alarm category included in each alarm information in the alarm information set, executing the processing step.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may execute the following processing steps for the alarm category included in each alarm information in the alarm information set:
the method comprises the first step of determining whether a preset alarm category matched with an alarm category included in alarm information exists in a preset alarm category group.
In practice, the preset alarm category may be a preset category to be alarmed. The preset alarm category group may be: [ server abnormality ]; [ Domain name Exception ]. The matching preset alarm categories may refer to the same alarm categories.
And step two, in response to the fact that the preset alarm category matched with the alarm category exists, determining the alarm information corresponding to the alarm category as alternative alarm information.
In practice, in response to determining that there is an alarm category [ alarm category: server exception ] the same preset alarm category [ server exception ], the alarm category [ alarm category: server exception ] corresponding alarm information [ alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.118, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02] is determined as alternative alarm information.
Step 303, performing deduplication processing on the determined candidate alarm information to obtain a deduplicated candidate alarm information group as a target alarm information queue.
In some embodiments, the execution main body may perform deduplication processing on the generated candidate alarm information, and obtain a deduplicated candidate alarm information group as a target alarm information queue. In practice, the determined alternative alarm information may be { [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.118, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.52.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 01 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.54.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.118, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.52.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 01]}. And carrying out duplication elimination processing on the generated alternative alarm information to obtain an alternative alarm information group subjected to duplication elimination as a target alarm information queue { [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.118, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.52.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 01 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.54.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02]}.
As can be seen from fig. 3, compared with the description of some embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, the process 300 of the information aggregation method in some embodiments corresponding to fig. 3 may remove the alarm information that does not conform to the alarm category and remove the repeated alarm information, thereby reducing the output of invalid alarm information and solving the problem of more invalid alarm information. Therefore, the user can browse and process the alarm information conveniently.
With further reference to fig. 4, still further embodiments of information aggregation methods according to the present disclosure are illustrated. The information aggregation method comprises the following steps:
step 401, based on the received alarm information, it is queried whether there is target alarm information matching with the alarm information in the target alarm information queue.
Step 402, in response to determining that no alarm information exists, adding alarm information to the target alarm information queue to update the target alarm information queue.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation and technical effects of steps 401 and 402 can refer to steps 201 and 202 in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, and are not described herein again.
Step 403, performing deduplication processing on each alarm category included in the updated target alarm information queue to obtain a deduplication alarm category group.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may perform deduplication processing on each alarm category included in the updated target alarm information queue to obtain a deduplication alarm category group. In practice, the updated target alarm information queue may be { [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.118, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.52.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 01 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.54.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.208, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 05]}. Carrying out duplication elimination treatment on each alarm category included in the updated target alarm information queue to obtain a duplication elimination alarm category group: [ server abnormality ]; [ Domain name Exception ].
Step 404, for each duplicate removal alarm category in the duplicate removal alarm category group, performing aggregation processing on at least one target alarm information corresponding to the duplicate removal alarm category based on the alarm attribute name corresponding to the duplicate removal alarm category to generate at least one aggregated target alarm information.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may perform, for each duplicate removal alarm category in the duplicate removal alarm category group, aggregation processing on at least one target alarm information corresponding to the duplicate removal alarm category based on an alarm attribute name corresponding to the duplicate removal alarm category to generate at least one aggregated target alarm information. Here, the alarm attribute name may be used as a primary key to perform aggregation processing on at least one target alarm information corresponding to the deduplication alarm category to generate at least one aggregated target alarm information. Here, the aggregation processing may be to input at least one target alarm information corresponding to the duplicate removal alarm category into a corpus template that is preset and has an alarm attribute name as a primary key. In practice, the corpus template with the alarm attribute name as the primary key may be "the alarm attribute name, the alarm category maintenance group performs maintenance in time".
As an example, the above-mentioned duplicate removal alarm category group may be: [ server abnormality ]; [ Domain name Exception ]. The target alarm information corresponding to the deduplication alarm category [ server exception ] may be { [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.118, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.208, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 05]}. The alarm tag name can be set for { [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.118, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.208, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 05] to generate aggregate target alarm information (the name of the alarm attribute is 58.214.159.208, please maintain the server abnormal maintenance group in time) and aggregate target alarm information (the name of the alarm attribute is 58.214.159.118, please maintain the server abnormal maintenance group in time). Step 405, performing marking processing on each aggregated target warning information in the aggregated target warning information queue to generate marked aggregated target warning information as readability warning information, and obtaining the readability warning information queue.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may perform a marking process on each aggregated target warning information in the aggregated target warning information queue to generate marked aggregated target warning information as readability warning information, so as to obtain the readability warning information queue. Here, the marking process may be to obtain an alarm address name corresponding to the aggregation target alarm information from a preset configuration management database, and then mark the aggregation target alarm information with the corresponding alarm address name. Here, the alarm address name may be an address name that characterizes a failure corresponding to the alarm information.
As an example, the aggregation target alarm information queue may be { [ the alarm attribute name is 58.214.159.208, please maintain the abnormal server maintenance group in time ]; [ alarm attribute name 58.214.159.118, please maintain in time for server abnormal maintenance group ]; [ alarm attribute name is www.52.com, please maintain the abnormal domain name maintenance group in time ]; [ alarm attribute name is www.54.com, please maintain the abnormal domain name maintenance group in time ] }. The aggregated target alert information [ alert attribute name 58.214.159.208, please the server exception maintenance group to maintain in time ] may be tagged with an alert address name [1346388 ]. The aggregated target alert information [ alert attribute name 58.214.159.118, please the server exception maintenance group to maintain in time ] may be tagged with an alert address name [1346389 ]. The alarm address name 10.1.1.172 may be tagged with the aggregated target alarm information [ the alarm attribute name is www.52.com, please maintain the abnormal domain name maintenance group in time ]. The alarm address name 10.1.1.272 may be tagged with the aggregated target alarm information [ the alarm attribute name is www.54.com, please maintain the abnormal domain name maintenance group in time ]. Obtaining a readability warning information queue { [ warning attribute name is 58.214.159.208, please maintain the abnormal server maintenance group in time ] - [1346388 ]; [ alarm attribute name 58.214.159.118, please maintain in time for server abnormal maintenance group ] - [1346389 ]; [ alarm attribute name www.52.com, please maintain the abnormal domain name maintenance group in time ] - [10.1.1.172 ]; [ alarm attribute name is www.54.com, please maintain the abnormal domain name maintenance group in time ] - [10.1.1.272] }.
The related content of step 405 is an inventive point of the present disclosure, and solves a second technical problem mentioned in the background art, that is, the abnormal information cannot be accurately sent to the corresponding operation and maintenance terminal, so that the operation and maintenance terminal corresponding to the abnormal information cannot be quickly notified to correct the abnormal information representing the fault, which affects the transmission efficiency of the subsequent information, and further reduces the stability of information transmission. The influence factors that lead to the low stability of information transmission are often as follows: the abnormal information cannot be accurately sent to the corresponding operation and maintenance terminal, so that the operation and maintenance terminal corresponding to the abnormal information cannot be quickly notified to correct the abnormal information representing the fault, and the transmission efficiency of subsequent information is affected. If the above-mentioned factors are solved, the effect of improving the stability of information transmission can be achieved. In order to achieve the effect, the method obtains the alarm address name corresponding to the aggregation target alarm information from the preset configuration management database, and then marks the corresponding alarm address name on the aggregation target alarm information. Therefore, the client (operation and maintenance end, namely the client where the user is located) corresponding to the alarm information (abnormal information) can be determined according to the alarm attribute name and the alarm address name. Therefore, the operation and maintenance terminal corresponding to the abnormal information can be quickly informed to correct the fault represented by the alarm information, and the influence on subsequent information transmission is reduced. Thus, the stability of information transmission is improved.
As can be seen from fig. 4, compared with the description of some embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, the flow 400 of the information aggregation method in some embodiments corresponding to fig. 4 may quickly notify the operation and maintenance end corresponding to the abnormal information to correct the alarm information. Furthermore, the influence on subsequent information transmission is reduced, and the stability of information transmission is improved.
With further reference to fig. 5, still further embodiments of information aggregation methods according to the present disclosure are illustrated. The information aggregation method comprises the following steps:
step 501, based on the received alarm information, inquiring whether the target alarm information matched with the alarm information exists in the target alarm information queue.
Step 502, in response to determining that no warning information exists, adding warning information to the target warning information queue to update the target warning information queue.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation and technical effects of steps 501 and 502 may refer to steps 201 and 202 in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, and are not described herein again.
Step 503, in response to determining the existence, marking the target alarm information matched with the alarm information in the target alarm information queue to update the target alarm information queue.
In some embodiments, in response to determining that the target alarm information queue exists, the execution subject may perform a level marking on the target alarm information in the target alarm information queue that matches the alarm information to update the target alarm information queue. Here, the level flag may be a flag of urgency of the alarm information (e.g., level one > level two > … …). For example, the target alarm information queue may be { [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: a server is abnormal; alarm attribute name: 58.214.159.118, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.52.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 01 ]; [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.54.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02]}. The alarm information may be [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.54.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02]. The target alarm information [ alarm tag name: a software fault class; alarm category: the domain name is abnormal; alarm attribute name: www.54.com, respectively; expiration time: 2020-12-08-12: 02] marked as first order.
Step 504, in response to determining that the current time is the expiration time of the target alarm information in the target alarm information queue, performing aggregation processing on the updated target alarm information queue to generate an aggregated target alarm information queue.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation of step 504 and the technical effect brought by the implementation may refer to step 203 in those embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, which are not described herein again.
