Furthermore, the host can receive the warning signal that the temperature measurement piece sent to send alarm signal, in order to warn the control personnel. Preferably, the host can control the acousto-optic warning device to emit at least one of sound and light signals to form an alarm signal, so that monitoring personnel can find the warning signal conveniently. Based on the above-disclosed terminal box test method, the present application also discloses a terminal box applied to any one of the above-described test methods, the terminal box including: a terminal module 30, a relay protection module 20 and an area module 10; the terminal module 30 is disposed between the relay protection module 20 and the area module 10; the terminal module 30 is provided with an operation part for inserting a detection piece 40, and the detection piece 40 is inserted into the terminal module 30;
the terminal module 30 includes a first connection terminal 301, a second connection terminal 302, a third connection terminal 303 and a fourth connection terminal 304, the first connection terminal 301 and the second connection terminal 302 are electrically connected to the area module 10, the third connection terminal 303 and the fourth connection terminal 304 are electrically connected to the relay protection module 20, the first connection terminal 301 is electrically connected to the third connection terminal 303, the second connection terminal 302 is electrically connected to the fourth connection terminal 304, so that the relay protection module 20 is electrically connected to the area module 10.

Claims (8)

1. A terminal box testing method, characterized in that the testing method is applied to a terminal box, the terminal box comprising: the relay protection module comprises a terminal module, a relay protection module and an area module; the terminal module is arranged between the relay protection module and the area module; the terminal module is provided with an operation part, the operation part is used for inserting a detection piece, and the detection piece is inserted into the terminal module;
the terminal module comprises a first wiring terminal, a second wiring terminal, a third wiring terminal and a fourth wiring terminal, the first wiring terminal and the second wiring terminal are electrically connected with the area module, the third wiring terminal and the fourth wiring terminal are electrically connected with the relay protection module, the first wiring terminal is electrically connected with the third wiring terminal, and the second wiring terminal is electrically connected with the fourth wiring terminal so as to electrically connect the relay protection module with the area module;
the method comprises the following steps:
inserting the detection piece into an operation part of an end module, and electrically connecting the first connecting terminal and the second connecting terminal so as to short-circuit the area module side;
disconnecting the first connecting terminal from the third connecting terminal, and disconnecting the second connecting terminal from the fourth connecting terminal, so as to enable the relay protection module to be laterally disconnected;
detecting an electric connection state between the third connection terminal and the fourth connection terminal to detect the relay protection module;
the first wire connection terminal comprises a first contact and the second wire connection terminal comprises a second contact; electrically connecting the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal, comprising:
after the maintenance part is inserted into the terminal module, a main body conductive part of the maintenance part pushes the first contact and the second contact to be relatively far away, and the first contact and the second contact are respectively abutted to electrically connect the first contact and the second contact;
the first wiring terminal further comprises a third contact, the second wiring terminal further comprises a fourth contact, the third wiring terminal comprises a fifth contact and a sixth contact, and the fourth wiring terminal comprises a seventh contact and an eighth contact;
the third contact is electrically connected with the fifth contact, and the fourth contact is electrically connected with the seventh contact;
electrically connecting the sixth contact with the eighth contact, disconnecting the third contact from the fifth contact, and disconnecting the fourth contact from the seventh contact.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the terminal module, the relay protection module and the area module are respectively provided in plurality, and the terminal module is provided in one-to-one correspondence with the relay protection module and the area module.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the zone module is a loop segment having an independent loop; the zone module includes at least one of a current transformer, a voltage transformer, and a signal relay.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the relay protection module is a CT current loop.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal box further comprises a plurality of safety covers, the safety covers are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the terminal modules, the safety covers are used for closing the terminal modules, the safety covers are used for insulating and sealing the operation parts of the terminal modules, and when the safety covers open the terminal modules, the safety covers expose the operation parts of the terminal modules.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the detecting member is provided with a clamping protrusion and a handle, and the clamping protrusion is clamped and fixed with the clamping groove on the terminal module so that the detecting member is inserted into the operating part of the terminal module and is stably connected.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the terminal box further comprises a temperature measuring member and an insulating patch, the insulating patch connects the terminal block in the terminal module with the temperature measuring member so that the temperature measuring member can sense the temperature of the terminal block, and when the temperature of the terminal block reaches a preset value, the temperature measuring member can send out a warning signal and transmit the warning signal to the host machine.

A terminal box to be used in the testing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the terminal box comprising: the relay protection module comprises a terminal module, a relay protection module and an area module; the terminal module is arranged between the relay protection module and the area module; the terminal module is provided with an operation part, the operation part is used for inserting a detection piece, and the detection piece is inserted into the terminal module;
the terminal module comprises a first wiring terminal, a second wiring terminal, a third wiring terminal and a fourth wiring terminal, the first wiring terminal and the second wiring terminal are electrically connected with the region module, the third wiring terminal and the fourth wiring terminal are electrically connected with the relay protection module, the first wiring terminal is electrically connected with the third wiring terminal, the second wiring terminal is electrically connected with the fourth wiring terminal, and therefore the relay protection module is electrically connected with the region module.
