本发明公开了一种可就地取材非液体介质填充型储热箱,包括内胆盘管1,内胆盘管支架2,内胆主管3,保温层4,非液体介质填充5;其特征是所述内胆盘管1固定在盘管支架2上,内胆盘管1与内胆主管3相连,外部设有保温层4,保温层内部填充非液体介质,储热箱可以是圆型可以是方型,内胆主管3和外部集热、供热装置相连,和内胆盘管1形成流体回路,完成太阳能供热***储热功能。极大降低了太阳能利用成本,可成为大型保温水箱的替代品,非常具有实用推广价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能供暖储热领域,具体涉及一种可就地取材非液体介质填充型储热箱。
背景技术
多少年来,太阳能在供暖方面一直未能实质使用,储热成本高是一直未能打开市场的主要因素。
储热成本高,限制了大规模太阳能供暖的普及。
不同地区非液体材料存在导热系数的差异。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服上述的不足,提供一种可就地取材非液体介质填充型储热箱。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:有太阳时,集热设备将加热后的热水在内胆盘管、内胆主管和外部集热设备的流体回路中循环,通过内胆盘管将热量传导给填充介质,填充介质将热量储存起来,外部有保温层,储存起来的热量不会流失,起到了储热作用。
填充介质选用当地就地取材非液体材料,当地非液体材料导热系数高,内胆盘管长度可减少;当地非液体材料导热系数低,需增加内胆盘管长度,通过调节内胆盘管长度补偿不同地区非液体材料导热系数的差异,从而实现填充介质就地取材。
需要供热时,内胆盘管、内胆主管和外部供热设备的流体回路中循环供热设备中的低温水,填充介质储存热量通过内胆盘管给循环在流体回路中的低温水加热,起到了供热作用。
本发明解决了储热成本高,为用户降低成本,非常适合大规模太阳能供暖的普及。

1.一种可就地取材非液体介质填充型储热箱,其特征在于:包括内胆盘管,内胆盘管支架,内胆主管,保温层,就地取材非液体介质填充,其特征是所述内胆盘管固定在盘管支架上,内胆盘管与内胆主管相连,外部设有保温层,保温层内部填充就地取材非液体介质,储热箱可以是圆型可以是方型,内胆主管和外部集热、供热装置相连,和内胆盘管形成流体回路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可就地取材非液体介质填充型储热箱,其特征在于:储热可就地取材选非液体介质填充箱内空间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可就地取材非液体介质填充型储热箱,其特征在于:固定在内胆盘管支架上的内胆盘管包于非液体介质中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可就地取材非液体介质填充型储热箱,其特征在于:内胆盘管、内胆主管和外部集热、供热装置管道相连,形成流体回路。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可就地取材非液体介质填充型储热箱,其特征在于:包裹内胆盘管、内胆主管的介质填充物外部加保温层,外形可圆可方。
