The invention discloses a pipe end limiting device and a using method thereof, wherein the device comprises a fixed support, a guide plate and a reducer pipe head, the fixed support is fixed in a cabinet, a first pipe clamp is installed on the guide plate, a guide groove is formed in the guide plate on one side of the first pipe clamp, a second pipe clamp capable of sliding in the groove is arranged in the guide groove, the first pipe clamp is clamped on the fixed support, and the second pipe clamp is clamped on the reducer pipe head. The invention can limit the pipe end of the protective sleeve of the liquid level meter in a ship, prevents the protective sleeve from shaking along with liquid in a tank, and only limits the radial movement of the protective sleeve without limiting the axial movement of the protective sleeve.

When the pipe to be limited needs to be maintained, the pipe can be taken out upwards, and the pipe at the upper end of the reducing pipe head is larger than the pipe at the lower end, so the pipe can be conveniently inserted into the reducing pipe head after being taken out.
