The pilot fuel oil supply unit comprises a high-pressure distribution block fixed on a high-pressure fuel oil common rail pipe; one end of the pipeline is connected to the high-pressure distribution block; the other end of the pipeline is connected to the pilot oil injector; at least two pressure sensors are mounted on the high-pressure distribution block. The integrated pilot oil supply system can save the space occupied by the system in the design stage, greatly shorten the related pilot oil high-pressure pipe system, greatly reduce the component reduction, and greatly save the working hours when the system is installed. The operation reliability is improved, the production cost of the whole machine is reduced, and in the subsequent maintenance process, the related cost is greatly reduced due to the reduction of system component parts.

As shown in fig. 1, the conventional pilot oil system is that a pilot oil supply unit 1 is separately provided on a main engine, marine diesel oil is pumped out of a tank through an oil pump, reaches an inlet of the pilot oil supply unit through filtration and viscosity control, enters a protective filter in front of the pilot oil supply unit 1, is pressurized to a required working pressure through a pump driven by a motor in the pilot oil supply unit 1, and is delivered to a pilot oil injector 3 of each cylinder through a pilot oil high-pressure oil pipe 2. The whole system needs to be provided with a pilot oil supply pump, a pilot oil filter, a pilot oil viscosity control device, a pilot oil supply unit and a pilot oil high-pressure oil pipeline from the pilot oil supply unit to each cylinder pilot oil injector. The fuel oil guiding system is complex, long in pipeline, space-occupying and capable of increasing the manufacturing cost of the whole machine.
