It should be noted that R100-5 of 2 doses shown in FIG. 8 can significantly reduce the body weight of mice within 7d of infected mice, and can also kill the mice; 5 dose RSV-A-GZ08-18 can kill mice, but less than 4 dose HRSV-A-GZ08-18 can not kill mice, so the lethality rate of the high-toxicity mutant strain R100-5 obtained by screening is better than that of HRSV-A-GZ08-18.
The sequence of R100-5 (CCTCC NO. V202034) was aligned with HRSV-A-GZ08-18, and the degree of similarity was as high as 99% (see FIG. 9).

Claims (12)

1. A human respiratory syncytial virus strain, which is a subtype A strain, and is selected from at least one of the following strains: strain 1, strain 2, strain 3 and strain 4;
the preservation number of the strain 1 is CCTCC NO: v201746; the preservation number of the strain 2 is CCTCC NO: v201755; the preservation number of the strain 3 is CCTCC NO: v202033; the preservation number of the strain 4 is CCTCC NO: v202034.
2. Use of the human respiratory syncytial virus strain of claim 1 in the preparation of an attenuated strain of human respiratory syncytial virus.
3. Use of the human respiratory syncytial virus strain of claim 1 in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment or prevention of respiratory syncytial virus infection.
4. The use of claim 3, wherein the medicament is a vaccine.
5. The use according to claim 4, wherein the medicament is a live attenuated vaccine or a protein component vaccine.
6. A hybridoma cell produced by immunizing an animal with the human respiratory syncytial virus strain of claim 1 as an immunogen.
7. The hybridoma cell according to claim 6, wherein the animal is a mouse.
8. The hybridoma cell according to claim 7, wherein the mouse is a BALB/c mouse.
9. An antiserum produced by immunizing an animal with the human respiratory syncytial virus strain of claim 1 as an immunogen.
10. The antiserum according to claim 9, wherein said animal is a mouse, monkey, rabbit or sheep.
11. An antibody produced by immunizing an animal with the human respiratory syncytial virus strain of claim 1 as an immunogen.
12. The antibody of claim 11, wherein the animal is a mouse, monkey, rabbit, or sheep.
