the method comprises the following steps that verification is started, firstly, a camera on a control part collects facial features of a driver, an image signal is converted into an electric signal through a photoelectric coupler and then is sent to a microprocessor chip to carry out operation and extraction of the facial feature signal, then the microprocessor chip retrieves driver information registered and recorded in a public security part database of a communication part in a memory and compares the driver information with current driver information extracted by the microprocessor chip, and whether the current driver has a driving license or a driving license is judged;
after all face data in the vehicle are scanned by the infrared face recognition camera and pass through the photoelectric coupler, a program built in a microprocessor chip is used for analyzing and calculating, the number of people in the vehicle is finally obtained, and whether the vehicle is overloaded or not is judged;
after a driver gets on the vehicle, an alcohol tester is required to be used for alcohol concentration testing, test data acquired by the alcohol tester are sent to a microprocessor chip for analysis and comparison, and whether the current alcohol concentration of the driver exceeds the standard or not is judged;
after the three items of information are completely collected and are analyzed, operated, processed and compared by a system database to be qualified, the microprocessor chip controls the relay to be started, and the vehicle engine is started through a vehicle key or a vehicle one-key starting function;
if the vehicle engine is started and the driver gets off the vehicle midway after the three monitoring items are all qualified, the gravity sensor restores, the microprocessor chip controls the device to be in standby within half an hour, and the relay is disconnected again; when a driver returns to the vehicle, the gravity sensor is pressed again, the control part is started, the camera needs to collect the face of the driver again, the microprocessor chip controls the relay to be started after analysis, and the relay is controlled to be started to normally start the engine; if the driver is not the same as the previous driver, the system needs to monitor three projects again;
if the driver leaves for more than half an hour, the microprocessor chip controls the wireless switch to close the device after timing to a point; the next time it is started, the three items need to be re-monitored.
