本发明公开了一种保暖无纺布复合材料及其制成的保暖防护服,由依次层叠及超声波固结在一起的面层、中间层和底层组成,其中,所述面层为抗油、抗血穿透、抗静电及拒水功能的SSMMS无纺布层,所述中间层由熔喷纤维及双组份粗旦短纤混合制成,所述底层为抗静电SMS无纺布层。

一种保暖无纺布复合材料及其制成的保暖防护服
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布材料的技术领域,尤其是指一种保暖无纺布复合材料及其制成的保暖防护服。
背景技术
医护工作者是直接与细菌、病毒对话的人群,他们的工作环境中存在各式各样的病菌,时常会接触病人的体液或是血液,其自身的健康常常受到威胁,所以医护工作者不得不穿上防护服以防止感染。在长时间的穿着防护服工作时,因材料限制导致实际使用起来存在不吸收水份、不透气、闷热等问题,往往导致防护服内部积聚人体排出的水分,造成使用者内衣物湿透的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种保暖无纺布复合材料及其制成的保暖防护服
为了实现上述的目的,本发明所提供的一种保暖无纺布复合材料,由依次层叠及超声波固结在一起的面层、中间层和底层组成,其中,所述面层为抗油、抗血穿透、抗静电及拒水功能的SSMMS无纺布层,所述中间层由熔喷纤维及双组份粗旦短纤混合制成,所述底层为抗静电SMS无纺布层。
进一步,层叠在一起的面层、中间层和底层通过超声波固结在一起,其中,每处固结位置由两条并排布置的虚线组成。
进一步,还包括上述的保暖无纺布复合材料,通过将保暖无纺布复合材料裁切及缝合成防护服形状,其中,缝合位置采用超声波固结的方式,且每处固结位置由依次并排布置的两条虚线和一条实线组成。
本发明采用上述的方案,其有益效果在于:利用面层的抗油、抗血穿透、抗静电及拒水特征可起到防护隔离的效果,同时,利用中间层起到隔绝保温的效果,适用于需要保暖功能的医用防护服。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面参照附图对本发明进行更全面地描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施方式。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施方式。提供这些实施方式的目的是使对本发明的公开内容理解得更加透彻全面。
参见附图1至附图4所示,在本实施例中,一种保暖无纺布复合材料,由依次层叠及超声波固结在一起的面层1、中间层2和底层3组成,其中,所述面层1为具有抗油、抗血穿透、抗静电及拒水功能的SSMMS无纺布层,所述中间层2由熔喷纤维及双组份粗旦短纤混合制成,所述底层3为抗静电SMS无纺布层。
在本实施例中,利用面层1的抗油、抗血穿透、抗静电及拒水功能,起到防护隔离的效果。
在本实施例中,利用中间阻隔外部冷空气与内部进行热交换,由于双组份粗旦短纤之间具有较大的孔隙,因此通过混合加入熔喷纤维来填充至孔隙中,从而起到缩小孔隙的效果,让中间层2更致密及更加柔软,保暖性更好;同时,利用中间层2吸收身体排出的热量中的水份,从而让使用者使用时,不会感觉闷热。
在本实施例中,底层3作为贴身层,利用底层3的抗静电特征可避免贴服内衣物或身体的问题。
在本实施例中,层叠在一起的面层1、中间层2和底层3通过超声波固结在一起,其中,每处固结位置由两条并排布置的虚线组成,无需采用胶粘粘合,有效地保证吸水性能不受影响
由上所制成的吸水无纺布复合材料可用于制备保暖防护服,还包括上述的保暖无纺布复合材料,通过将保暖无纺布复合材料裁切及缝合成防护服形状,其中,缝合位置采用超声波固结的方式,且每处固结位置由依次并排布置的两条虚线和一条实线组成。

1.一种保暖无纺布复合材料,其特征在于:由依次层叠及超声波固结在一起的面层(1)、中间层(2)和底层(3)组成,其中,所述面层(1)为抗油、抗血穿透、抗静电及拒水功能的SSMMS无纺布层,所述中间层(2)由熔喷纤维及双组份粗旦短纤混合制成,所述底层(3)为抗静电SMS无纺布层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸水无纺布复合材料,其特征在于:层叠在一起的面层(1)、中间层(2)和底层(3)通过超声波固结在一起,其中,每处固结位置由两条并排布置的虚线组成。
3.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的一种保暖无纺布复合材料制成的保暖防护服,其特征在于:还包括如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的保暖无纺布复合材料,通过将保暖无纺布复合材料裁切及缝合成防护服形状,其中,缝合位置采用超声波固结的方式,且每处固结位置由依次并排布置的两条虚线和一条实线组成。
