Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent material screening system which comprises a screening machine, an automatic material taking system for feeding, oversize and undersize materials, an intelligent analysis system for the particle sizes and weights of the feeding, oversize and undersize materials, an online intelligent screening effect analysis system and an intelligent dynamic regulation and control system. The invention has the advantages of high intelligent degree, high visualization level, strong working condition adaptability, large processing capacity, low failure rate, good screening effect and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an intelligent material screening system, and belongs to the field of material screening.
Background
In the technical field of screening, screening is a classification process of dividing loose materials with different particle sizes into two or more different size fractions according to the particle sizes of the materials by passing the loose materials through single-layer or multi-layer screen meshes. The screening technology is widely applied to industries such as metallurgy, mines, coal, chemical industry, electric power, construction, medicine, environmental protection and the like.
The traditional screening system cannot detect the particle size composition of the fed materials, the oversize materials and the undersize materials on line, calculate and display screening effect evaluation indexes in real time, cannot implement intelligent dynamic regulation and control of screening machine process parameters, has low intelligent degree, poor working condition adaptability and poor screening effect, has adverse effect on subsequent production operation, and cannot meet the requirement of modern screening industrial production.

the intelligent dynamic regulation and control system is respectively connected with the screening effect online intelligent analysis system and the screening machine, and based on the screening effect evaluation index calculated by the screening effect online intelligent analysis system, the screening machine process parameter self-adaptive dynamic regulation and control is carried out, so that the high-efficiency screening of materials is realized.
Furthermore, the feeding granularity and weight intelligent analysis system, the oversize granularity and weight intelligent analysis system and the undersize granularity and weight intelligent analysis system respectively comprise a granularity vibrating sieve instrument or a granularity image analyzer, a weighing instrument and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the intelligent material screening system can detect the particle size composition of the fed materials, the oversize materials and the undersize materials on line, calculate and display the screening effect evaluation index in real time, realize intelligent dynamic regulation and control of the screening machine process parameters, and has the advantages of high intelligent degree, high visualization level, strong working condition adaptability, high processing capacity, low failure rate, good screening effect and the like.

The automatic feeding material taking system 2-1 is arranged on a feeding chute or a belt, the automatic oversize material taking system 2-2 is arranged on an oversize material chute or a belt, and the automatic undersize material taking system 2-3 is arranged on an undersize material chute or a belt.
The feeding granularity and weight intelligent analysis system 3-1, the oversize granularity and weight intelligent analysis system 3-2 and the undersize granularity and weight intelligent analysis system 3-3 comprise granularity analysis equipment such as a granularity vibrating screen machine or a granularity image analyzer and weight analysis equipment such as a weighing instrument; the feeding granularity and weight intelligent analysis system 3-1 is used for analyzing feeding materials taken by the feeding automatic material taking system 2-1 to obtain feeding granularity composition data, the oversize material granularity and weight intelligent analysis system 3-2 is used for analyzing oversize materials taken by the oversize material automatic material taking system 2-2 to obtain oversize material granularity composition data, and the undersize material granularity and weight intelligent analysis system 3-3 is used for analyzing undersize materials taken by the undersize material automatic material taking system 2-3 to obtain undersize material granularity composition data.
The screening effect on-line intelligent analysis system 4 is respectively connected with the feeding granularity and weight intelligent analysis system 3-1, the oversize material granularity and weight intelligent analysis system 3-2 and the undersize material granularity and weight intelligent analysis system 3-3, and the screening effect evaluation index is calculated and displayed on line by analyzing the data formed by the feeding granularity, the oversize material granularity and the undersize material granularity.
The intelligent dynamic regulation and control system 5 is respectively connected with the screening effect online intelligent analysis system 4 and the screening machine 1, and based on the screening effect evaluation index calculated by the screening effect online intelligent analysis system 4, the process parameter self-adaptive dynamic regulation and control of the screening machine 1 are carried out, so that the high-efficiency screening of materials is realized.
The screening machine can be a screening machine such as a vibrating screen, a tension and relaxation screen, a drum screen, a roller screen, a shaking screen and the like.
