the paint spraying pump 4e is arranged on the storage vat 4d, the paint spraying pump 4e is fixedly connected with the storage vat 4d, the input end of the paint spraying pump 4e is communicated with the inside of the storage vat 4d, and the output end of the paint spraying pump 4e is connected with the input end of the paint spraying head 4c through the connecting pipe 3 c.
Referring to fig. 8, an industrial robot 4b includes;
the ball screw sliding table 4b1 is horizontally arranged on the rack 1, and the ball screw sliding table 4b1 is fixedly connected with the rack 1;
the mounting plate 4b2 is horizontally arranged at the working end of the ball screw sliding table 4b1, and the mounting plate 4b2 is fixedly connected with the working end of the ball screw sliding table 4b 1;
the first linear driver 4b3 is vertically arranged on the mounting plate 4b2, the first linear driver 4b3 is fixedly connected with the mounting plate 4b2, and the output end of the first linear driver 4b3 vertically extends downwards through the mounting plate 4b 2;
the first mounting rack 4b4 is arranged on the first linear driver 4b3, and the first mounting rack 4b4 is fixedly connected with the first linear driver 4b 3;
the rotating shaft 4b5 is horizontally arranged on the first mounting frame 4b4, and the rotating shaft 4b5 is rotatably connected with the first mounting frame 4b 4;
the second mounting frame 4b6 is arranged on the rotating shaft 4b5, and the second mounting frame 4b6 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 4b 5;
the first rotary driver 4b7 is arranged at the side part of the first mounting frame 4b4, the first rotary driver 4b7 is fixedly connected with the first mounting frame 4b4, and the output end of the first rotary driver 4b7 passes through the first mounting frame 4b4 and is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft 4b 5.
Ball screw slip table 4b1 drives mounting panel 4b2 horizontal migration, and first linear actuator 4b3 drives first mounting bracket 4b4 telescopic movement, and first rotary actuator 4b7 is servo motor, and servo motor drives the angle of rotating regulation second mounting bracket 4b6, and second mounting bracket 4b6 drives several spray head 4c and removes the spraying.
Referring to fig. 9, the waste paint collecting apparatus 5 includes;
the waste paint collecting nozzles 5a are symmetrically arranged on the bumper conveying device 2, the waste paint collecting nozzles 5a are fixedly connected with the bumper conveying device 2, and the input ends of the waste paint collecting nozzles 5a are arranged below the paint spraying heads 4 c;
the collecting pipe 5b is arranged at the output end of the waste paint collecting nozzle 5a, and one end of the collecting pipe 5b is fixedly connected with the output end of the waste paint collecting nozzle 5 a;
the collecting pump 5c is arranged at one end of the collecting pipe 5b far away from the collecting nozzle, and the input end of the collecting pump 5c is fixedly connected with one end of the collecting pipe 5b far away from the collecting nozzle;
and the collecting box 5d is arranged at the output end of the collecting pump 5c, and the input end of the collecting box 5d is fixedly connected with the output end of the collecting pump 5 c.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the roasting apparatus 6 comprises;
the baking box 6a is sleeved on the bumper conveying device 2, and the baking box 6a is fixedly connected with the rack 1;
the constant temperature controller 6b is arranged on the baking box 6a, and the constant temperature controller 6b is fixedly connected with the baking box 6 a;
the heating pipes 6c are uniformly distributed in the baking box 6a, and the heating pipes 6c are fixedly connected with the baking box 6 a;
the air outlet pipe 6d is arranged in the baking oven 6a, the air outlet pipe 6d is fixedly connected with the baking oven 6a, and the output end of the air outlet pipe 6d is arranged above the heating pipe 6 c;
the air pump 6e is arranged on the baking box 6a, and the output end of the air pump 6e is fixedly connected with the input end of the air outlet pipe 6 d;
the air suction nozzle 6f is arranged at the bottom of the baking box 6a, the air suction nozzle 6f is fixedly connected with the baking box 6a, and the input end of the air suction nozzle 6f is communicated with the interior of the baking box 6 a;
The equipment realizes the functions of the invention through the following steps, thereby solving the technical problem provided by the invention;
step one, a worker places the automobile bumper at the working end of the bumper conveying device 2.
And step two, the bumper conveying device 2 conveys the automobile bumper to the position below the working end of the cleaning device 3.
And step three, the cleaning device 3 blows air to the automobile bumper conveyed to the lower part to clean the surface of the automobile bumper, and dust is prevented from being attached to the surface of the automobile bumper.
And step four, the bumper conveying device 2 conveys the cleaned automobile bumper to the position right below the working end of the automatic paint spraying device 4.
And step five, spraying paint on the surface of the cleaned automobile bumper by using the automatic paint spraying device 4.
And step six, collecting waste materials generated in the process of spraying paint by the waste paint collecting device 5 while spraying paint on the automobile bumper, and collecting the paint spraying waste materials to avoid spreading to pollute the environment.
And seventhly, conveying the painted automobile bumper to the baking device 6 by the bumper conveying device 2, and baking the painted automobile bumper by the baking device 6.
And step eight, the bumper conveying device 2 conveys the baked automobile bumper to a to-be-treated area.

Claims (10)
1. An intelligent spraying device for an automobile bumper is characterized by comprising;
a frame (1);
the bumper conveying device (2) is horizontally arranged below the rack (1);
the cleaning device (3) is arranged on the rack (1), the working end of the cleaning device (3) is arranged above the bumper conveying device (2), and the cleaning device (3) is fixedly connected with the rack (1);
the automatic paint spraying device (4) is arranged on the rack (1), the automatic paint spraying device (4) is fixedly connected with the rack (1), and the output end of the automatic paint spraying device (4) is arranged above the bumper conveying device (2);
the waste paint collecting device (5) is arranged below the bumper conveying device (2), the working end of the waste paint collecting device (5) is arranged below the working end of the automatic paint spraying device (4), and the working end of the waste paint collecting device (5) is fixedly connected with the bumper conveying device (2);
the baking device (6) is sleeved on the bumper conveying device (2), the baking device (6) is fixedly connected with the rack (1), and the input end of the baking device (6) is arranged opposite to the output end of the automatic paint spraying device (4).
2. The intelligent vehicle bumper spraying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the bumper conveying device (2) comprises;
the linear conveyor (2 a) is horizontally arranged below the rack (1);
the placing base (2 b) is provided with a plurality of pieces which are uniformly distributed on the linear conveyor (2 a), and the non-working part of the placing base (2 b) is fixedly connected with the linear conveyor (2 a);
the first supporting devices (2 c) are provided with a plurality of supporting devices which are distributed at the upper end of the placing base (2 b), the first supporting devices (2 c) are fixedly connected with the placing base (2 b), and the working ends of the first supporting devices (2 c) are vertically and upwards arranged;
the second supporting devices (2 d) are provided with a plurality of supporting rods which are distributed at the upper end of the placing base (2 b), the second supporting devices (2 d) are fixedly connected with the placing base (2 b), and the working ends of the second supporting devices (2 d) are vertically arranged upwards;
and the bumper fixing device (2 e) is provided with a plurality of working ends which are uniformly distributed on the second supporting device (2 d), and the bumper fixing device (2 e) is fixedly connected with the working ends of the second supporting device (2 d).
3. An intelligent vehicle bumper spraying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first support means (2 c) comprises;
the first sliding rail (2 c 1) is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the placing base (2 b), and the first sliding rail (2 c 1) is fixedly connected with the placing base (2 b);
the first sliding block (2 c 2) is arranged in the first sliding rail (2 c 1), and the first sliding block (2 c 2) is connected with the first sliding rail (2 c 1) in a sliding way;
the first ball screw nut (2 c 4) is provided with a plurality of balls distributed on the first sliding block (2 c 2), and the first ball screw nut (2 c 4) is fixedly connected with the first sliding block (2 c 2);
the ball screw (2 c 3) is arranged in the first slide rail (2 c 1), and the ball screw (2 c 3) passes through the first ball screw nut (2 c 4) and is rotationally connected with the first slide rail (2 c 1);
the first crank (2 c 5) is arranged at one end of the ball screw (2 c 3), and one end of the first crank (2 c 5) is fixedly connected with one end of the ball screw (2 c 3);
the first support column (2 c 6) is vertically arranged on the first sliding block (2 c 2), and one end of the first support column (2 c 6) is fixedly connected with the first sliding block (2 c 2);
the first supporting block (2 c 7) is arranged on the first supporting column (2 c 6), and the first supporting block (2 c 7) is fixedly connected with one end, far away from the first sliding block (2 c 2), of the first supporting column (2 c 6).
4. The intelligent painting device of a vehicle bumper according to claim 2, characterized in that the second supporting means (2 d) comprise;
the second slide rail (2 d 1) is horizontally arranged on the placing base (2 b), and the second slide rail (2 d 1) is fixedly connected with the placing base (2 b);

the second crank (2 d 5) is arranged at one end of the bidirectional ball screw (2 d 4), and one end of the second crank (2 d 5) is fixedly connected with one end of the bidirectional ball screw (2 d 4);
the second supporting column (2 d 6) is provided with a plurality of supporting columns which are uniformly distributed on the second sliding block (2 d 2), the second supporting column (2 d 6) is vertically arranged, and one end of the second supporting column (2 d 6) is fixedly connected with the second sliding block (2 d 2);
the second supporting block (2 d 7) is provided with a plurality of supporting blocks which are uniformly distributed on the second sliding block (2 d 2), and the second supporting block (2 d 7) is fixedly connected with one end of the second supporting column (2 d 6) far away from the second sliding block (2 d 2).
5. An intelligent vehicle bumper spraying apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the bumper fixing device (2 e) comprises;
the limiting rod (2 e 1) is provided with a plurality of limiting rods which are uniformly distributed on the second supporting column (2 d 6), the limiting rod (2 e 1) is horizontally arranged, and the limiting rod (2 e 1) is connected with the second supporting column (2 d 6) in a sliding manner;
the elastic plate (2 e 2) is provided with a plurality of side parts which are uniformly arranged on the second supporting column (2 d 6), one end of the elastic plate (2 e 2) is fixedly connected with the side part of the second supporting column (2 d 6), and one end, far away from the second supporting column (2 d 6), of the elastic plate (2 e 2) is fixedly connected with one end of the limiting rod (2 e 1);
and the spring (2 e 3) is provided with a plurality of sleeves which are sleeved on the limiting rod (2 e 1), one end of the spring (2 e 3) is abutted against the second supporting column (2 d 6), and one end of the spring (2 e 3), which is far away from the second supporting column (2 d 6), is abutted against the elastic plate (2 e 2).
6. The intelligent vehicle bumper spraying device according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning device (3) comprises;
the blowing heads (3 a) are uniformly distributed on the rack (1), the working ends of the blowing heads (3 a) are vertically arranged downwards, and the blowing heads (3 a) are fixedly connected with the rack (1);
a blower (3 b) arranged beside the bumper conveying device (2);
and the connecting pipe (3 c) is arranged on the blower (3 b), one end of the connecting pipe (3 c) is fixedly connected with the output end of the blower (3 b), and one end, far away from the blower (3 b), of the connecting pipe (3 c) is connected with the input end of the blowing head (3 a).
