Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical industry, and particularly relates to an adsorption tower stripping system and a stripping method thereof. The invention uses the hot nitrogen system to strip the waste agent in the adsorption tower, removes the waste oil in the adsorbent and ensures that the hydrocarbon content of the adsorbent in the adsorption tower is qualified.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of chemical engineering, and particularly relates to an adsorption tower stripping system and a stripping method thereof.
Background
Steam stripping means that volatile toxic and harmful substances in the wastewater are diffused into a gas phase according to a certain proportion by directly contacting the wastewater with steam, so that the purpose of separating pollutants from the wastewater is achieved. When the adsorption tower of the adsorption unit of the aromatic hydrocarbon factory stops, the waste agent in the adsorption tower needs to be discharged and delivered to a waste agent treatment factory for safe treatment. However, because the oil is stored in the pores of the adsorbent, the oil is directly delivered to a waste treatment factory for treatment, which causes waste, and the waste treatment also increases the cost.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a stripping system for an adsorption tower, which is connected to a hot nitrogen system for stripping the adsorption tower with hot nitrogen.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the adsorption tower stripping system comprises an adsorption tower and a nitrogen circulating pipeline connected with an inlet and an outlet of the adsorption tower, wherein a heating furnace is connected to the nitrogen circulating pipeline, and the inlet of the heating furnace is connected with a nitrogen inlet pipeline.
Further, the outlet of the adsorption tower is sequentially connected with an air cooler, a high-pressure separator, a compressor and a heating furnace through a nitrogen circulating pipeline, and the outlet of the heating furnace is connected to the inlet of the adsorption tower through the nitrogen circulating pipeline.
Further, the inlet of the heating furnace is connected with a nitrogen pipe network through a nitrogen inlet pipeline.
Further, the nitrogen inlet line is disposed between the compressor outlet and the furnace inlet.
Further, the bottom of the high branch tank is connected with a liquid drainage underground tank.
Further, the compressor flow is 7000M3/h。
Furthermore, the adsorption tower comprises a plurality of beds, each bed is provided with a set of stripping system, and a nitrogen circulating pipeline is connected to an inlet pipeline and an outlet pipeline of each bed.
The stripping method of adsorption tower is characterized by that in every bed layer of adsorption tower the nitrogen gas whose pressure is above 0.5MPa and temp. is fed into every bed layer to make every bed layer implement stripping alone so as to remove oil gas from adsorbent, and the removed oil gas is fed into high-molecular tank.
Furthermore, after the steam stripping is finished, the hydrocarbon content of the last layer of sampling of the adsorption tower is less than 100ppm and is qualified.
Further, the nitrogen gas is circulated by the compressor, and the working flow of the compressor is 7000M3/h。
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention uses the hot nitrogen system to strip the waste agent in the adsorption tower, removes the waste oil in the adsorbent and ensures that the hydrocarbon content of the adsorbent in the adsorption tower is qualified.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a process flow diagram of a stripping system of an adsorption tower;
in the figure: 1. the system comprises an adsorption tower, 2, an air cooler, 3, a high-pressure separation tank, 4, a compressor, 5, a heating furnace, 6, a nitrogen inlet pipeline, 7, a nitrogen circulating pipeline, A and a liquid discharge underground tank.
Detailed Description
In order to make the structure and function of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to the attached drawing 1, the adsorption tower stripping system comprises an adsorption tower 1 and a nitrogen circulating pipeline 7 connected with an inlet and an outlet of the adsorption tower, wherein the outlet of the adsorption tower is sequentially connected with an air cooler 2, a high molecular tank 3, a compressor 4 and a heating furnace 5 through the nitrogen circulating pipeline 7, nitrogen is heated to more than 190 ℃ through the heating furnace 5, the outlet of the heating furnace 5 is connected to the inlet of the adsorption tower through the nitrogen circulating pipeline 7, the inlet of the heating furnace is connected with a nitrogen pipe network through a nitrogen inlet pipeline 6, and the nitrogen inlet pipeline 6 is arranged between the outlet of the compressor 4 and the inlet of the heating furnace 5.
Based on the technical scheme, the high-pressure 2.0Mpa nitrogen of the nitrogen pipe network is supplemented from the outlet of the compressor, the nitrogen circulating pipeline is kept above 0.5Mpa, and the nitrogen can be realizedThe stripping function is now present. Then the compressor is started to establish a nitrogen circulation system. The working flow of the compressor is controlled at 7000M3/h。
Further, the bottom of the high-pressure separation tank 3 is connected with a drainage underground tank.
Further, the adsorption tower 1 comprises a plurality of beds, each bed is provided with a set of stripping system, and a nitrogen circulating pipeline is connected to an inlet pipeline and an outlet pipeline of each bed.
Based on the technical scheme, 24 bed layers are respectively stripped by opening the extract liquid and raffinate switch valve of each layer of adsorption tower, C8A in the adsorbent is removed by stripping each layer, the removed oil gas is sent to a high-molecular tank, and after the stripping is finished, the content of the sampled hydrocarbon in the last layer of the adsorption tower is qualified when the content is less than 100 ppm.
The invention provides a new pipeline for the extract liquid and the raffinate at the top of an adsorption tower, and a new pipeline for the extract liquid and the raffinate at the bottom of the adsorption tower, which is connected with a hot nitrogen system, and uses hot nitrogen to strip steam for the adsorption tower.
