Description

Preparation method of deep nourishing facial mask
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of a deep nourishing facial mask, and belongs to the technical field of cosmetics.
Background
The facial mask can be divided into a base cloth facial mask and a base cloth-free facial mask according to the material. The mask without the base cloth has various types, and can be specifically divided into the following types: blending a paste facial mask, a tear-off facial mask, a cream facial mask, a fresh fruit self-made facial mask and a base cloth facial mask.
At present, more than 80 percent of the base cloth facial masks in the market are base cloth facial masks, and the facial masks take the base cloth as a carrier and achieve different beauty and skin care effects by changing carried nutrient solutions with different effects. The facial mask has the advantages of convenient use, rapid onset of drug action, and convenient application and removal. The base cloth mask has high-concentration essence, is uniformly distributed, has extremely small particles, and can quickly enter the skin through the skin, so that the nourishment of the mask is greatly improved.
Most base cloth masks use non-woven fabrics as base cloth, because it has the characteristics of comfort, softness, good water retention, good air permeability, good fit with the face, wide source and low cost. Nonwoven fabrics are of a wide variety of types and can be classified into spunlaced nonwoven fabrics, needle-punched nonwoven fabrics, and the like. Among them, due to the softness, good mechanical properties, good hydrophilicity, high porosity and the ability to carry a large amount of essence of the spunlace nonwoven fabric, the existing face film substrate is not stable enough in moisture retention of human skin due to the limitation of materials in the actual use process, and is easy to be applied more dry, so it is necessary to modify the face film substrate effectively.

TABLE 1 comparison of Properties
Figure 607250DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
(1) Comparing the examples 1, 2, 3 and 4, the water retention performance of the example 4 is significantly reduced, because the mask paper material prepared by performing composite modification on rapeseed meal gel is adopted in the technical scheme of the invention, because the effective microemulsion gel complex system is adopted as the carrier to permeate the skin structure, the lipid substance existing in the microemulsion material permeates into the stratum corneum of the skin and even into the dermis, the structure of the stratum corneum is favorably changed, the fluidity of the lipid bilayer is enhanced, and the anti-wrinkle material is promoted to permeate into the skin, meanwhile, the microemulsion material structure permeates out, the skin surface has more 'gully' structures, the smaller the particle size of the microemulsion material is, the closer the contact with the skin surface is, so that the components such as phospholipid, alcohol and the like in the microemulsion gel material can permeate into the stratum corneum more easily, therefore, the fluidity of lipid layers in the stratum corneum is enhanced, the diffusion coefficient of small molecules in the skin is improved, and the mask gel effectively permeates and keeps skin moisture in the using process through the adsorption and loading of the mask gel, so that the water retention performance of the mask material is effectively improved.
