Abstract

The biodegradable environment-friendly functional protective mask made of polylactic acid materials solves the problems that the traditional disposable protective mask uses petroleum-based chemical fiber non-woven fabrics and PP melt-blown fabrics, has sensitization on skin, poor air permeability, nondegradable property and no environment protection.

In the above patent publications, the mask sheet made of paper material or the cross-lapped spunlace nonwoven fabric is used as the inner mask layer, although the comfort and environmental protection can be improved to some extent, the effect is not obvious. (1) the surface layer, the inner layer and the filter layer of the mask, the ear band and other parts which are directly contacted with the skin are all made of polylactic acid materials, and the elastic fiber of the ear band only adopts coal-based material polyolefin which can be disintegrated, so that the mask is skin-friendly and bacteriostatic, has good air permeability, is not sensitive, and can effectively inhibit symptoms such as facial erythema, fester and the like caused by wearing the mask.
(2) Compared with the existing mask using petroleum-based chemical fiber non-woven fabric and PP melt-blown fabric, the polylactic acid material used by the mask can be 100% biodegraded into air and water, is green and environment-friendly, and does not pollute the environment.
