Specifically, in an actual application scenario, if the intelligent cooking device executes an existing electronic menu, the preset cooking data is preset menu data, the intelligent cooking device cooks based on the preset menu data, and specifically, the cooking end of the intelligent cooking device is judged in response to an instruction for finishing the execution of the preset menu data in the intelligent cooking device, and the cooking end of the intelligent cooking device is judged to be automatically triggered after the execution of the electronic menu is finished. The memory stores computer programs, and the processor is used for executing the programs stored in the memory and executing the creation method of the electronic menu in the embodiment.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said obtaining incremental cooking data generated after cooking by the intelligent cooking appliance is complete, the method further comprises:
the preset cooking data are preset recipe data, the intelligent cooking equipment cooks based on the preset recipe data, and the cooking of the intelligent cooking equipment is judged to be finished in response to an instruction for finishing the execution of the preset recipe data in the intelligent cooking equipment; or
And responding to a trigger instruction of a preset key in the intelligent cooking equipment, and judging that the cooking of the intelligent cooking equipment is finished, wherein the preset key is used for controlling the intelligent cooking equipment to finish the cooking operation.

4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the merging of the same cooking steps and/or cooking parameters in the incremental cooking data into the preset cooking data specifically comprises:
if the cooking steps and/or cooking parameters in the incremental cooking data which are the same as the preset cooking data relate to the cooking operation of the batching equipment, accumulating and combining the same cooking steps and/or cooking parameters into the preset cooking data;
if the same cooking step and/or cooking parameter relates to a cooking operation of the intelligent cooking device, the same cooking step and/or cooking parameter change is combined into the preset cooking data.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein said incorporating the same cooking step and/or cooking parameter modification into the preset cooking data specifically comprises:
if the cooking step and/or the cooking parameter which are the same as the preset cooking data in the incremental cooking data are only related to a specified cooking link in the preset cooking data, modifying and combining the cooking step and/or the cooking parameter to the specified cooking link in the preset cooking data;
if the cooking steps and/or the cooking parameters in the incremental cooking data which are the same as the preset cooking data are related to a plurality of cooking links in the preset cooking data, selecting the preset cooking links from the preset cooking data, and changing and combining the same cooking steps and/or cooking parameters into the preset cooking links, wherein the preset cooking links are at least one cooking link with the same cooking steps and/or cooking parameters in the preset cooking data.

judging whether the free time is larger than the execution time or not;

judging whether the cooking data except the same cooking steps and/or cooking parameters in the incremental cooking data are matched with the equipment parameter types or not;
and if so, selecting target spare time matched with the equipment parameter type, and inserting the cooking data except the same cooking step and/or cooking parameter in the incremental cooking data into preset spare time in preset cooking data.
