All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiment, the following describes in detail a pitch system condensation-prevention refrigeration device and a pitch system condensation-prevention refrigeration method disclosed by the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a pitch system condensation-prevention refrigeration apparatus, including a cabinet 1, a refrigeration module and a heat sink 3, wherein the heat sink 3 is installed on the cabinet 1; the refrigeration module is mounted on a heat sink 3.
Specifically, the cabinet 1 in the present embodiment refers to an outer shell of the pitch system driver, and the heat sink 3 is installed outside the cabinet 1. In this embodiment, the refrigeration module is a semiconductor refrigeration piece 2, and may also be a refrigeration block or refrigeration piece of other forms.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the semiconductor chilling plates 2 are installed between the heat sink 3 and the cabinet body 1, and the semiconductor chilling plates 2 and the heat sink 3 are tightly attached to each other back to back.
The semiconductor refrigerating sheet 2 of the embodiment directly acts on a heating source of the variable pitch system, so that heat of the radiating sheet 3 is refrigerated and dissipated to a hub environment, the highest point temperature of temperature rise is reduced, and the temperature in the whole cabinet is reduced; meanwhile, as the refrigeration module is arranged on the radiating fins 3, no cold surface with lower ambient temperature than that in the cabinet body 1 exists in the cabinet body 1, thereby effectively preventing condensed water in the cabinet. The temperature in the variable-pitch system cabinet can be reduced, the refrigeration effect is ensured, meanwhile, the condensation in the cabinet is effectively prevented, and the safe and stable operation of the system is ensured.
Preferably, the cabinet also comprises a control module and a temperature detection module which are arranged in the cabinet body 1; the cooling fin 3, the refrigeration module and the temperature detection module are respectively connected with the control module;
the temperature detection module is used for detecting the ambient temperature in the cabinet body 1 and sending the ambient temperature to the control module;
and the control module is used for comparing whether the ambient temperature exceeds a preset temperature threshold value or not and adjusting the refrigeration module according to the comparison result so as to enable the ambient temperature to be lower than the preset temperature threshold value.
Here, the control module may be a main controller of the pitch system drive, or may be a separately provided controller for controlling the cooling fin 3 and/or the cooling module, and the controller is also controlled by the main controller. The control module in this embodiment is a main controller of the pitch system driver, and thus the current input end of the semiconductor refrigeration piece 2 is directly connected with the control module, that is, the semiconductor refrigeration piece is connected with the main controller of the pitch system driver.
The temperature detection module is arranged in the cabinet body 1 and used for detecting the ambient temperature in the cabinet body 1; and sending the detection signal to a control module; the control module judges whether the detected temperature signal exceeds a preset temperature threshold value or not, and if so, the control module controls the refrigeration module to improve the refrigeration effect, so that the ambient temperature is reduced and is lower than the preset temperature threshold value.
Here, since the control module of this embodiment is the main controller of the pitch system driver, the temperature detection module is connected to the main controller of the pitch system driver, and cooperates with the driver to detect the temperature of the pitch cabinet 1, and send the temperature to the main controller of the pitch system driver. In this embodiment, the predetermined temperature threshold is 62 ℃.
Preferably, the refrigeration module is a semiconductor refrigeration piece 2, and the cold surface of the semiconductor refrigeration piece 2 is attached to the radiating fin 3;
and the control module is used for comparing whether the ambient temperature exceeds a preset temperature threshold value, and if so, reducing the current flowing through the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 2 so as to enable the ambient temperature to be lower than the preset temperature threshold value.
Here, in the present embodiment, the semiconductor cooling plate 2TEC1-12703 is adopted, and its cold surface is directly attached to the driver cooling plate 3 and is back-to-back with the driver IGBT, so that heat is directly exchanged, and the hot surface is disposed at the end away from the cooling plate 3, so that heat is dissipated to the hub environment through the cooling fan of the cooling plate 3. Because the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 2 directly acts on the driver radiating sheet 3, no cold surface with the temperature lower than the ambient temperature in the cabinet exists on all components in the cabinet, thereby preventing the occurrence of condensed water in the cabinet.
When the temperature detection module feeds back that the current temperature of the cabinet body 1 reaches 58 ℃, the main controller of the variable pitch system driver controls the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 2 to work, the temperature of the cold surface of the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 2 is reduced, the driver is driven to dissipate heat, the detected real-time temperature value is matched, the main controller of the driver controls the output current of the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 2, the temperature difference of the refrigerating surface is changed, and therefore the temperature of the cabinet body 1 is adjusted, the temperature in the cabinet is always kept below a preset temperature threshold value, and dew condensation caused by the fact that a certain heat source in the cabinet is lower than the current environment temperature can be avoided.
Furthermore, the device also comprises an alarm module, wherein the alarm module is connected with the control module;
and the alarm module is used for detecting whether the ambient temperature in the cabinet body 1 exceeds a preset temperature threshold value or not, and if so, giving an alarm.
Specifically, the alarm module is used for giving an alarm when the ambient temperature in the cabinet body 1 exceeds 62 ℃.
Referring to fig. 3, the condensation-prevention refrigeration method for the pitch system provided by the embodiment includes:
step S110, detecting the ambient temperature in the cabinet body;
step S120, comparing whether the ambient temperature exceeds a preset temperature threshold value, and adjusting a refrigeration module according to the comparison result so as to enable the ambient temperature to be lower than the preset temperature threshold value; wherein, the refrigeration module is arranged on the radiating fin on the cabinet body.
In an optional embodiment, the refrigeration module is a semiconductor refrigeration piece, and a cold surface of the semiconductor refrigeration piece is attached to the heat dissipation piece.
In an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises:
and detecting whether the ambient temperature in the cabinet body exceeds a preset temperature threshold value, and if so, giving an alarm.
