arranging stirrups (6) of the hidden columns (5) around the through holes (1) and extending the stirrups (6) out of the wallboard;
pre-embedding pre-embedded fixed steel members (2) at the upper end and the lower end of the hidden column (5), and arranging reserved holes (7) on the pre-embedded fixed steel members (2);
arranging hook steel bar reserved holes (8) for hanging the diagonal steel bars (4) on the embedded fixed steel members (2);
the two diagonal-pulling reinforcing steel bars (4) are hung in the reserved holes (8) of the hooking reinforcing steel bars in a diagonal structure in a diagonal-line manner;
embedding edge sealing fixing steel plates (3) on the upper surface and the lower surface of the wallboard respectively, arranging fixing holes (9) on the fixing steel plates (3) at the positions of the through holes (1), and fixedly connecting the fixing steel plates (3) with the wall body through fixing pieces arranged in the fixing holes (9) and the through holes (1);
and after the reinforcing steel bars are arranged, pouring concrete for curing.

The precast concrete shear wall panel construction method according to claim 6, wherein, when the hooking reinforcement reservation holes (8) for hanging the diagonal reinforcements (4) are provided on the pre-buried fixing steel members (2), the portions of the pre-buried fixing steel members (2) extending out of the edge-sealing fixing steel plates (3) are bent, and the hooking reinforcement reservation holes (8) for hanging the diagonal reinforcements (4) are provided on the bent portions.
