Abstract
The invention discloses a cloth ironing machine for garment production, which comprises a heating roller, a cloth feeding roller and a cloth rolling roller, wherein the heating roller is arranged on the cloth feeding roller; and an ironing mechanism and a steam spraying mechanism. The fixing plate is positioned between the fixing seat and the fixing frame. The heating roller is fixed at one end of the fixed plate; the cloth feeding roller and the cloth roller are respectively positioned on two sides of the fixed plate, and the ironing mechanisms are respectively fixed on two sides of the fixed plate. The steam spraying mechanism is arranged on the side of the heating roller; the steam spraying mechanism comprises a water pipe, a steam generator, a gas pipe and a steam nozzle; the steam generator is communicated with the water pipe; the output end of the steam generator is connected with a gas pipe, and the gas pipe is connected with a steam nozzle; the spraying direction of the steam nozzle is opposite to the cloth to be ironed on the heating roller. a steam spraying mechanism installed at the side of the heating roller; the steam spraying mechanism comprises a water pipe, a steam generator, a gas pipe and a steam nozzle; the steam generator is communicated with the water pipe; the output end of the steam generator is connected with a gas pipe, and the gas pipe is connected with a steam nozzle; the spraying direction of the steam nozzle is opposite to the cloth to be ironed on the heating roller.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the invention discloses a cloth ironing machine for garment production, comprising a fixed seat 1, a fixed frame 2, a fixed plate 11, a heating roller 5, a cloth feeding roller 3 and a cloth rolling roller 4; and an ironing mechanism and a steam spraying mechanism.
The fixed seat 1 and the fixed frame 2 are oppositely arranged; the fixing plate 11 is located between the fixing base 1 and the fixing frame 2.
The heating roller 5 is fixed at one end of the fixing plate 11; the cloth feeding roller 3 and the cloth rolling roller 4 are respectively positioned at two sides of the fixed plate 11, wherein the cloth feeding roller 3 conveys the cloth from one side of the fixed plate 11 to the heating roller 5, and the heating roller 5 conveys the cloth to the cloth rolling roller 4.
The two ironing mechanisms are respectively fixed on two sides of the fixed plate 11; the ironing mechanisms comprise magnetic plates 7, connecting plates 8 and ironing plates 9; one sides of the two magnetic plates 7 are respectively fixed on the fixed seat 1 and the fixed frame 2; the other side of the magnetic plate 7 is connected with an ironing plate 9 through a spring 10; the sides of the magnetic plate 7 and the ironing plate 9 are fixed by a connecting plate 8; the ironing plate 9 is attached to the cloth to be ironed when the heating roller 5 is in operation; the ironing mechanism positioned at one side of the cloth roller 4 is fixed on the fixed frame 2 through a connecting column 6.
A steam spraying mechanism installed at the side of the heating roller 5; the steam spraying mechanism comprises a water pipe 12, a steam generator 13, a gas pipe 17 and a steam nozzle 18; the steam generator 13 is communicated with the water pipe 12; the output end of the steam generator 13 is connected with a gas pipe 17, and the gas pipe 17 is connected with a steam nozzle 18; the steam nozzle 18 has a jet direction directed against the cloth to be ironed on the heated roller 5.
The steam spraying mechanism further comprises a drive pump 14, said drive pump 14 being arranged between the water pipe 12 and the steam generator 13 for delivering water in the water pipe 12 to the steam generator 13.
The steam spraying mechanism further comprises a cylinder 15, the cylinder 15 is fixed to the upper edge of the steam nozzle 18, the output end of the cylinder 15 is connected with an expansion link 16, and the expansion link 16 is fixedly connected with the steam nozzle 18.
During specific ironing, the cloth feeding roller 3 continuously conveys cloth on the fixing plate 11 in a vertical running mode by matching with the heating roller 5 and the cloth roller 4; when the cloth on one side is conveyed to the upper part of the ironing mechanism fixed on the fixed seat 1; the ironing board 9 performs primary ironing and leveling on the passing cloth; when the cloth finished by one-time ironing is conveyed to the position of the heating roller 5, the steam spraying mechanism is synchronously started; the water pipe 12 is used for conveying water to the steam generator 13 under the action of the driving pump 14; the steam generator 13 heats the water source into mist water vapor, the mist water vapor is conveyed to the steam nozzle 18 through the air conveying pipe 17, and the steam nozzle 18 sprays the water vapor on the cloth which is ironed once; the steam nozzle 18 is adjusted in distance by means of a telescopic rod 16 connected to a cylinder 15. The infiltration degree is controlled by controlling the distance between the steam nozzle 18 and the cloth; the re-soaked cloth is continuously conveyed to the upper part of the fixing plate 11; at the moment, a second ironing mechanism fixed through a connecting column 6 utilizes an ironing plate 9 to perform secondary ironing on the cloth; finally, the cloth is rolled by a cloth roller 4 to finish ironing.

the two ironing mechanisms are respectively fixed on two sides of the fixing plate (11); the ironing mechanisms comprise magnetic plates (7), connecting plates (8) and ironing plates (9); one sides of the two magnetic plates (7) are respectively fixed on the fixed seat (1) and the fixed frame (2); the other side of the magnetic plate (7) is connected with an ironing plate (9) through a spring (10); the sides of the magnetic plate (7) and the ironing plate (9) are fixed through a connecting plate (8); the ironing plate (9) is attached to the cloth to be ironed when the heating roller (5) runs;
a steam spraying mechanism which is arranged at the side of the heating roller (5); the steam spraying mechanism comprises a water pipe (12), a steam generator (13), a gas pipe (17) and a steam nozzle (18); the steam generator (13) is communicated with the water pipe (12); the output end of the steam generator (13) is connected with a gas pipe (17), and the gas pipe (17) is connected with a steam nozzle (18); the spraying direction of the steam nozzle (18) is opposite to the cloth to be ironed on the heating roller (5).
2. Cloth ironing machine for clothing production as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the ironing mechanism located at the side of the cloth roller (4) is fixed to the fixed frame (2) by means of a connecting column (6).
3. Cloth ironing machine for the production of garments, as in claim 1, characterized by the fact that said springs (10) have a plurality of groups.

Cloth ironing machine for clothing production according to claim 1, characterized in that the steam spraying means further comprise a drive pump (14), the drive pump (14) being arranged between the water pipe (12) and the steam generator (13) for conveying the water in the water pipe (12) to the steam generator (13).

The cloth ironing machine for garment production according to claim 1, wherein the steam spraying mechanism further comprises a cylinder (15), the cylinder (15) is fixed on the upper edge of the steam nozzle (18), the output end of the cylinder (15) is connected with a telescopic rod (16), and the telescopic end of the telescopic rod (16) is fixedly connected with the steam nozzle (18).
