The working principle is as follows: when the dye wastewater treatment device is used, the first electromagnetic valve 3 is opened to discharge dye wastewater used in the dye vat 1 from the sewage discharge pipe 2 to the dye vat 1, the first electromagnetic valve 3 is closed after the discharge is finished, the motor 10 is started, the output shaft of the motor 10 rotates to drive the reciprocating screw 12 to rotate, the reciprocating screw 12 drives the second bevel gear 13 to rotate so as to drive the first bevel gear 9 to rotate, the first bevel gear 9 drives the spray pipe 5 to rotate so as to drive the spray head 6 to rotate, the spray pipe 5 rotates and simultaneously drives the arc-shaped scraper 8 to move along with the arc-shaped scraper 8 through the connecting rod 7 to scrape residual stains on the inner wall of the dye vat 1, and simultaneously the reciprocating screw 12 rotates and simultaneously drives the slide block 23 to move back and forth left and right along the surface of the slide rod 22 so as to drive the slide rod 22 to move back and forth left and right and further drive the push plate 20 to move back and, when the piston 21 moves rightwards, the first one-way valve 19 is opened, the second one-way valve 25 is closed, water in the water tank 14 is pumped into the piston cylinder 17 from the water pumping pipe 18, when the piston 21 moves leftwards, the first one-way valve 19 is closed, the second one-way valve 25 is opened, water in the piston cylinder 17 is pressed into the water conveying pipe 24 and enters the spray pipe 5 through the water conveying pipe 24 and then is sprayed out through the spray head 6, water is continuously pumped and sprayed out due to the reciprocating motion of the piston 17, intermittent water spraying is realized, the sprayed water is sprayed onto the inner wall of the dye vat 1 to wash stains scraped by the arc-shaped scraper 8, the inner wall of the dye vat 1 is cleaned, the cleaning of the dye vat 1 is realized, the sprayed water is not continuously sprayed out but intermittently sprayed out, the water is saved while the cleaning is ensured, and a large amount of water is saved compared with the conventional method for cleaning the dye vat by filling the dye vat with water, the second electromagnetic valve 29 is opened, sewage after cleaning the dye vat 1 enters the filter box 3001 through the return pipe 28, the sewage enters the filter box 3001 and then is firstly filtered by impurities through the first filter screen 3006, the filtered sewage flows downwards and enters the activated carbon layer 3008 and then is adsorbed by activated carbon to realize purification, the purified water flows downwards and enters the water receiving hopper 3012 through the water discharging hole 3009 and finally enters the discharging pipe 31 from the second through hole 3003 and is discharged into the water tank 14, so as to realize the purification and recovery of the sewage, the box door 3013 can be opened, the filter screen frame 3005 is pulled outwards, as the filter screen frame 3005 and the pull plate 3007 are clamped through the L-shaped clamping rod 3011 and the L-shaped clamping plate 3010, the pull plate 3007 can be pulled out together from the pull frame 3004 to realize the taking out of the pull frame 3004, after the pull plate is taken out, the L-shaped clamping rod 3011 and the L-shaped clamping plate 3010 can be separated to make the filter screen frame 3005 and the pull plate 3007 separated, be convenient for clear up first filter screen 3006, be convenient for change activated carbon layer 3008, guarantee filter equipment 30's normal use, the sewage that gets into in the water tank 14 after being purified is taken out the use once more, has realized hydrologic cycle, has further practiced thrift the water.
