Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a method for cleaning silver needles for folding shirts.
Background
The oxidation phenomenon generated when the silver-headed needles contact the air for a long time during folding the shirt generates black spots or yellow spots on the surfaces of the silver-headed needles, the black spots or the yellow spots are actually oxides, and if the silver-headed needles are used for light-colored shirts, stains are generated at the pricked positions of the light-colored shirts, so that the appearance of the shirt is influenced. The common method is to wipe the silver-headed needle with a wet cloth, or not use, or replace a batch of new silver-headed needles, and then replace the silver-headed needles with the filial clips. Although the silver-headed needles are wiped by wet cloth, a part of stains can be removed, the cleaning effect is not thorough, and the light-colored shirts can be polluted after repeated use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for cleaning silver-headed needles for folding shirts, which does not cause abrasion or corrosion to the silver-headed needles, has simple operation method and ensures that the cleaned silver-headed needles are bright as new.
The invention relates to a method for cleaning silver-headed needles for folding shirts, which adopts a polishing agent for cleaning, washing and washing, and drying sponge cloth steamed buns, and specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning: soaking the silver needle in a polishing agent, wherein the polishing agent comprises the following raw materials: 5-8 g/L of phosphoric acid, 2-5 g/L of amphoteric surfactant, 2-3 g/L of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 1-2 g/L of preservative, 2-3 g/L of antioxidant, 0.2-0.5 g/L of 4-mercaptopropionic acid and the balance of water;
(2) cleaning: soaking the cleaned silver-headed needle in clear water twice;
(3) and (3) drying: and (4) quickly inserting the cleaned silver-headed needles into the sponge cloth steamed bread, and then taking out the steamed bread to obtain the clean and dry silver-headed needles.
In the step (1), the soaking time is 1-2 min.
In the step (1), the amphoteric surfactant is XM665T, and the manufacturer is Guangdong Jie's chemical company.
In the step (1), the preservative is RY-400, and the manufacturer is Shenzhen Ruiyu passivating new material, Inc.
In the step (1), the antioxidant is 1828, and the manufacturer is Suzhou Arsute textile chemical Co.
In the step (2), the soaking time of the two times is 10-15 min.
In the step (3), the sponge cloth steamed bun is prepared by the following steps: wrapping a cube sponge by using a white double-layer pure cotton fabric to obtain sponge cloth steamed bread; the sponge cloth steamed bun is 15-20 cm long, 10-12 cm wide and 8-10 cm high.
The invention firstly selects proper raw materials to prepare the cleaning agent, and the cleaning agent and the oxide on the surface of the silver needle are utilized to carry out chemical neutralization reaction, thereby removing the stain on the silver needle, and the cleaning agent can not corrode or abrade the silver needle; then the residual cleaning agent solution is thoroughly cleaned by clean water, and then the cleaning agent solution is inserted into the sponge cloth steamed bun and taken out, so that the silver-headed needle can be cleaned from the surface while playing a role of drying the needle, and the silver-headed needle is bright as new.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the cleaning method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, easy to learn and grasp, and capable of thoroughly removing stains such as oxides and the like on the surface of the silver-headed needle, so that the silver-headed needle is bright as new, the cleaning efficiency is high, the silver-headed needle is not corroded or abraded, and the anti-pollution durability of the silver-headed needle is improved.
