The cold-coating silver finish paint containing the modified acrylic polymer resin A is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40-60 parts of modified acrylic polymer resin A, 0.5-1.5 parts of dispersing agent, 7-20 parts of aluminum pigment, 0.5-2.5 parts of orientation-assisted alignment agent, 0.5-3 parts of anti-settling agent, 5-15 parts of stabilizing agent, 0.05-0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.05-0.2 part of flatting agent and 2-6 parts of mixed solvent; the modified acrylic polymer resin A in the cold-coating silver finish paint is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 17-20 parts of methyl methacrylate, 8-10 parts of butyl acrylate, 17-20 parts of styrene, 7-9 parts of functional monomer, 0.6-0.8 part of acrylic acid, 0.7-1.0 part of initiator, 30-36 parts of hydrogenated toluene and 9-13 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate; the initiator used in the modified acrylic polymer resin A is dibenzoyl peroxide and tert-butyl peroxybenzoate; the aluminum pigment is prepared from LX-998 and LX-200SH of Asahi company according to a mass ratio of 4: 5 mixing the mixture; the functional monomer used in the modified acrylic polymer resin A is cyclohexyl acrylate; the preparation method of the modified acrylic polymer resin A used in the cold-coating silver finish paint comprises the following specific steps:
s1: adding the initiator dibenzoyl peroxide into the styrene with the formula amount in a mixing tank, slowly adding the initiator dibenzoyl peroxide with the formula amount in a stirring state, and uniformly dissolving and dispersing;
s2: adding 70 percent of bedding solvent hydrogenation toluene into a reaction kettle, and heating to 88-92 ℃ under stirring;
s3: dripping methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, a functional monomer, a mixed monomer of acrylic acid and a styrene solution of dibenzoyl peroxide in a formula amount into a reaction kettle for 2.5-3h, and keeping for 2 h;
s4: heating to 98-102 ℃, uniformly mixing 50% of initiator tert-butyl peroxybenzoate and the rest 30% of hydrogenated toluene, and then dripping for 0.5h, and keeping for 1 h;
s5: uniformly mixing the rest 50% of the initiator tert-butyl peroxybenzoate and the formula amount of propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, dripping for 0.5h, keeping for 1h, cooling to below 70 ℃, filtering and packaging silk.
2. The cold-coated silver finish paint containing the modified acrylic polymer resin A as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispersant is one or two of BYK-P104S and BYK-ATU of Bick, Germany.

The cold-coated silver finish paint containing the modified acrylic polymer resin A as claimed in claim 1, wherein the anti-settling agent is 202P anti-settling agent of Xianjiede trade company or ULTRA anti-settling agent of Cambridge trade company, the stabilizer is a mixture of CAB-551-0.2 and CAB-551-0.01 of Eschmann in the United states in a mass ratio of 2:3, the defoaming agent is one or two of BYK-052 or 6510 of Haimax, and the leveling agent is one of BYK-306 or BYK-341.
4. The cold-coated silver finish paint containing the modified acrylic polymer resin A as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mixed solvent is a mixture of 4-7 parts of No. 200 solvent oil and 3-6 parts of butyl acetate.
5. A method for preparing a cold-applied silver finish containing a modified acrylic polymer resin A according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
s1: adding 60% of the mixed solvent into a clean batching kettle, then adding the aluminum pigment, stirring at the speed of 500r/min under the stirring of 300-;
s2: slowly adding the modified acrylic polymer resin A with the formula amount under the stirring of 300-500r/min, and fully and uniformly stirring;
