The amount of scratch-off ink used as a key material essential for printing of instant invoices is also increasing.
At present, scratch-off ink on the market is various, and has wide application in the fields of network cards, learning cards, telephone cards and the like, but is influenced by the attribute of the instant billing product, the success cases of the existing scratch-off ink application on the instant billing are few, and most scratch-off ink cannot meet the special requirements of easy scratch-off, good covering, strong adhesion and high and low temperature resistance of the instant billing. Therefore, there is a need to develop a flexographic aqueous scratch-off ink suitable for use in drop-to-bill printing to make up for the technical gap in the ink industry in this field.

the film-forming emulsion is acrylic acid film-forming emulsion, styrene-acrylic acid film-forming emulsion, alkyd film-forming emulsion or synthetic fatty acid film-forming emulsion,
the auxiliary agent is a sodium diisooctyl sulfosuccinate solution, a polyether siloxane copolymer or a siloxane double-effect surfactant,
the solvent is one or more of glycerol, a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, ethanol, n-butanol, triethanolamine and ammonia water, wherein the concentration of polyvinyl alcohol in the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution is 8-15 wt%.

Examples 1 to 5
A preparation method of the flexographic plate water-based scraping black ink for instant billing comprises the following steps:
1) preparation of base ink
The defoaming agent is added in two times, and the defoaming agent added in two times is: the first part of defoaming agent and the second part of defoaming agent are prepared by mixing grinding resin and the first part of defoaming agent, pre-dispersing for 30min at 1000rad/min by using a D2400W digital display electric stirrer (Shanghai Huyuoming instruments Co., Ltd.), transferring to an IGT-2S type high-speed stirring disperser (Shanghai Splende instruments Co., Ltd.) after dispersion, adding pigment, wetting dispersant, first deionized water and the second part of defoaming agent, grinding and dispersing for 2h at 1800rad/min by using zirconia beads with the particle size of 0.8-1.2 mm until the particle size is less than or equal to 10 mu m to obtain base ink, wherein the ratio of the first part of defoaming agent to the second part of defoaming agent is 1:1 in parts by mass
2) Transferring the base ink to a D2400W digital display electric stirrer, adding the film-forming emulsion and the auxiliary agent, stirring for 30min at 1000rad/min, adding the solvent to adjust the pH to 8.5-9.5, adding second deionized water to adjust the viscosity to 40-60 s (Tan cup 2#), and obtaining the flexographic plate water-based scraping black ink for billing, wherein the adjusting parameters of the pH and the viscosity are shown in table 2.

According to the formula weight ratio of the examples 1 to 5 in the table 1, the flexographic plate water-based scratch-off black ink for the instant billing is prepared according to the preparation method, does not contain volatile organic solvent, and has the advantage of environmental protection.
The performance of the instant flexographic water-based scratch-off black ink is tested according to the relevant national standards and industrial requirements. Before testing, a pre-prime was performed by first printing a UV release oil (U.S. Vickers lottery special release oil) with a size of 40mm x 200mm and a gram weight of 200g/m using an IGT-F1 printability tester (IGT, Netherlands)2The thickness of the sample is 3 μm. And after curing and drying, printing the flexographic plate water-based scraping black ink for the instant billing, wherein the thickness of a proofing ink layer of the flexographic plate water-based scraping black ink for the instant billing is 8 mu m. Then, the sample sheet was tested for covering, adhesion and scratch-off.
In Table 2, the scratch resistance was evaluated and four indexes were included, that is, the scratch resistance after the off-machine in Table 2 was scratched and heated at 100 ℃ for 1 hour, heated at 100 ℃ for 2 hours and subjected to each treatment at 80% relative humidity &80 ℃ for 24 hours.

The particle distribution of the flexographic water-based scratch-off black ink of example 5, i.e. for invoicing, is shown in figures 1 and 2:
as can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the particle size of the primary pigment of the flexographic water-based scratch-off black ink for ticketing has a narrow distribution and is smaller; after standing for 30 days, the distribution of the pigment particles is not changed greatly, the particle size is still uniform, and no large particles appear, namely no pigment particle sedimentation phenomenon occurs. Thus, the flexographic aqueous scratch-off black ink for immediate invoicing prepared in example 5 had better dispersion stability.
As can be seen from table 2, the appearance, viscosity, pH and surface tension of the flexographic plate water-based scratch-off black ink for instant billing prepared according to the mixture ratio of the above examples 1 to 5 all meet the standard requirements, and the ink has good dispersion stability, hiding property, adhesion and scratch-off property.

the base ink is composed of pigment, grinding resin, a defoaming agent, a wetting dispersant and first deionized water, and the ratio of the pigment, the grinding resin, the defoaming agent, the wetting dispersant and the first deionized water is (25-40): (35-60): (1-3): (2-5): (20-40), the grinding resin is polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, modified acrylic resin, polystyrene acrylate or polyamide resin, the defoaming agent is polyether siloxane or siloxane organic matter, the wetting dispersant is copolymer aqueous solution containing high pigment affinity group,
the film-forming emulsion is acrylic acid film-forming emulsion, styrene-acrylic acid film-forming emulsion, alkyd film-forming emulsion or synthetic fatty acid film-forming emulsion,
the auxiliary agent is a sodium diisooctyl sulfosuccinate solution, a polyether siloxane copolymer or a siloxane double-effect surfactant,
