Abstract
The invention relates to a carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) respectively cutting the carbon fiber laid fabric and the polycarbonate film into squares to obtain single-layer carbon fiber laid fabric and single-layer polycarbonate film; (2) laminating 3-9 layers of single-layer carbon fiber non-woven cloth into a whole carbon fiber non-woven cloth layer; alternately laminating a single polycarbonate film and the whole carbon fiber non-woven cloth layer; the total number of the single-layer polycarbonate films is 6-11, and the uppermost layer and the lowermost layer are single-layer polycarbonate films; (3) after stacking, putting the laminated plate into a mould, covering an upper template, putting the mould into a vacuum hot press for hot pressing, and opening the mould to take out the laminated plate after the hot pressing is finished. The composite material takes carbon fiber non-woven fabric as a reinforcing phase and polycarbonate as a continuous phase, has high strength, has consistent strength along each direction of the fiber, and has good product performance; the raw materials are simple and easy to obtain, the storage period is long, and the requirement on the storage environment is low.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material, in particular to a carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material.
Background
The carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material is a novel material with high strength and light weight ratio, and mainly takes carbon fibers as a reinforcing phase and resin as a continuous phase, wherein the carbon fibers include but are not limited to PAN-based carbon fibers, pitch-based carbon fibers and the like, and the resin includes but is not limited to epoxy resin, ABS, polyether ether ketone and the like. The composite material has the main advantages of high strength, low density which is less than 1/6 of common steel materials, low forming requirement, capability of being processed into various special-shaped structures, capability of being connected by mortise and tenon structures, wide application and wide application prospect.
At present, the carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material is commonly formed by hot pressing, RTM process, vacuum tank hot pressing, winding and the like, and the forming method is various and is different for different materials.

(3) and (3) after stacking, putting the carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material into the mould coated with the oily release agent, covering the upper mould plate, putting the mould into a vacuum hot press for hot pressing, heating from room temperature to 120 ℃ within 30min, keeping the temperature for 2h, heating to 300 ℃ within 90min, keeping the temperature for 20min, naturally cooling, keeping the vacuum and the pressure of 2-5 MPa in the whole hot pressing process, opening the mould after the hot pressing is finished, and taking out the mould to obtain the carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material.
Wherein, the carbon fiber non-woven cloth is preferably a product with the product type of 12K T700SC, which is purchased from the high-tech materials company of the airship in Yixing city; the polycarbonate film is preferably a product available from Mianyang Longhua film Co., Ltd, and the type thereof is selected from Longhua PC-801-4, 801-OMF, 1811T, 1811HC, 811-ST, 811-B, 811M, 811S, 813F, 815F, 816, 832F, 835F, 835-7, 836, 818-B, 635, 532ETC and the like; the above-mentioned oily release agent is preferably an oily release agent having a trademark LR-11 manufactured by International silver Crystal Co., Ltd.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments, and not a limitation on the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
A carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material is prepared by the following steps in sequence:
(1) taking the surface density as 20g/m2The carbon fiber laid fabric and the polycarbonate film with the thickness of 0.2mm are respectively cut into squares with the size of (415 +/-5) mmX (415 +/-5) mm by using a die with the specification of 420mmX420mmX2mm to obtain single-layer carbon fiber laid fabric and single-layer polycarbonate film; wherein, the carbon fiber non-woven cloth is a product with the product type of 12K T700SC, which is purchased from the advanced aviation high-tech materials company Limited in Yixing city; polycarbonate film, a product purchased from Mianyang Longhua film Co., Ltd., of which type was selected as Longhua PC-801-4;
(2) laminating 6 layers of the single-layer carbon fiber non-woven cloth into a whole carbon fiber non-woven cloth layer; alternately laminating the single-layer polycarbonate film and the whole carbon fiber non-woven cloth layer; in the carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material, the total number of layers of single-layer polycarbonate films is 10, and the uppermost layer and the lowermost layer are the single-layer polycarbonate films;
(3) after stacking, putting the carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material into a mold coated with an oily release agent, covering an upper mold plate, putting the mold into a vacuum hot press for hot pressing, wherein the temperature is increased from room temperature to 120 ℃ within 30min during hot pressing, the temperature is kept for 2h, the temperature is increased to 300 ℃ within 90min, the temperature is kept for 20min, finally, the temperature is naturally reduced, the vacuum is kept and the pressure of 5MPa is kept in the whole hot pressing process, and the mold is opened and taken out after the hot pressing is finished, so that the carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material is obtained; wherein the oily release agent is an oily release agent with the trademark LR-11 produced by the American silver crystal International (hong Kong) limited company.
The properties of the carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material prepared in this example were measured as shown in table 1.1 below:

Example 2

(2) laminating 7 layers of the single-layer carbon fiber non-woven cloth into a whole carbon fiber non-woven cloth layer; alternately laminating the single-layer polycarbonate film and the whole carbon fiber non-woven cloth layer; in the carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material, the total number of the single-layer polycarbonate films is 5, and the uppermost layer and the lowermost layer are the single-layer polycarbonate films;
(3) after stacking, putting the carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material into a mold coated with an oily release agent, covering an upper mold plate, putting the mold into a vacuum hot press for hot pressing, wherein the temperature is increased from room temperature to 120 ℃ within 30min during hot pressing, the temperature is kept for 2h, the temperature is increased to 300 ℃ within 90min, the temperature is kept for 20min, finally, the temperature is naturally reduced, the vacuum is kept and the pressure of 2MPa is kept in the whole hot pressing process, and the mold is opened and taken out after the hot pressing is finished, so that the carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material is obtained; wherein the oily release agent is an oily release agent with the trademark LR-11 produced by the American silver crystal International (hong Kong) limited company.
The properties of the carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material prepared in this example were measured as shown in the following table 1.7:

Claims (5)
1. The carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material is characterized by being prepared by the following steps in sequence:
(1) the areal density is 15-33 g/m2The carbon fiber laid fabric and the polycarbonate film with the thickness of 0.2-0.5 mm are respectively cut into squares with the size of (415 +/-5) mmX (415 +/-5) mm by using a die to obtain single-layer carbon fiber laid fabric and single-layer polycarbonateAn ester film;
(2) laminating 3-9 layers of the single-layer carbon fiber laid cloth into a whole carbon fiber laid cloth layer; alternately laminating the single-layer polycarbonate film and the whole carbon fiber non-woven cloth layer; the total number of the single-layer polycarbonate films is 6-11, and the uppermost layer and the lowermost layer are the single-layer polycarbonate films;
(3) and (3) after stacking, putting the laminated steel plate into the die coated with the oily release agent, covering the die with the upper die plate, putting the laminated steel plate into a vacuum hot press for hot pressing, wherein the room temperature is increased to 120 ℃ within 30min during hot pressing, the temperature is kept for 2h, the temperature is increased to 300 ℃ within 90min, the temperature is kept for 20min, finally, the temperature is naturally reduced, the vacuum is kept and the pressure of 2-5 MPa is kept in the whole hot pressing process, and the die is opened and taken out after the hot pressing is finished.
2. The carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite of claim 1, wherein: the surface density of the carbon fiber laid fabric is 20g/m2。
3. The carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the thickness of the polycarbonate film is 0.2 mm; in the carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material, the total number of the single-layer polycarbonate films is 10.
4. The carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: and keeping the pressure at 5MPa when the vacuum is kept in the hot pressing process.
5. The carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite of claim 3, wherein: and keeping the pressure at 5MPa when the vacuum is kept in the hot pressing process.
