Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) respectively cutting the carbon fiber laid fabric and the polycarbonate film into squares to obtain single-layer carbon fiber laid fabric and single-layer polycarbonate film; (2) laminating 3-9 layers of single-layer carbon fiber non-woven cloth into a whole carbon fiber non-woven cloth layer; alternately laminating a single polycarbonate film and the whole carbon fiber non-woven cloth layer; the total number of the single-layer polycarbonate films is 6-11, and the uppermost layer and the lowermost layer are single-layer polycarbonate films; (3) after stacking, putting the laminated plate into a mould, covering an upper template, putting the mould into a vacuum hot press for hot pressing, and opening the mould to take out the laminated plate after the hot pressing is finished.
