Background
Construction engineering works by building products with construction materials and mechanical equipment according to a design blueprint. In the process of building engineering, in order to facilitate operation and save the time required by construction, materials such as bricks, gravels, cement and the like need to be lifted to a high place. With the continuous development of science and technology, equipment for automatically realizing material lifting has appeared on the market, and manual operation is not needed. At present, although the lifting equipment can lift materials to a high place, silt and dust fall in the air in the lifting process to pollute the air and influence the physical health of workers and people. Secondly, lifting means is bulky, weight is great, is not convenient for remove during the use, also is convenient for fix the position after removing. In addition, if it is rainy, promote the material in-process material and be drenched easily. Therefore, there is a need for a liftable support for construction work to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to provide a lifting support for building engineering construction aiming at the prior art and solving the problem that sand and dust pollute air in the lifting process.
The technical scheme is as follows: the invention relates to a liftable bracket for constructional engineering construction, which comprises a bracket main body for placing materials inside, wherein the bracket main body is formed by a closed plate-shaped shell; a top cover for closing the bracket main body is arranged above the bracket main body, and a side cover is arranged on the side surface of the bracket main body for materials to enter and exit the bracket main body; a bottom box is arranged below the bracket main body;
a loading box and a dust collection device arranged around the loading box are arranged in the bracket main body; dust extraction is including around loading case suction plate all around, is equipped with a plurality of suction ports on the suction plate, and suction plate keeps away from and loads case one side and is equipped with dirt filtrating plate, dust extraction casing in proper order, and support main part lateral wall still is equipped with the air pump that is linked together with dust extraction, and the inside air of support main part is inhaled in the air pump work, and inside the air got into dust extraction through the suction port of open state, dirt among the dirt filtrating board filtered air, the dust after the filtration fell in the dust extraction below between dirt filtrating board and the dirt filtrating board.
In order to avoid the sediment scattering in the air in the process of lifting materials, the periphery of the support main body is a closed plate-shaped shell. The top cover is favorable for preventing silt from scattering in the air to pollute the air, and can also prevent the materials from being wetted in the process of lifting the materials in rainy days. The side cover is favorable for opening when loading materials, and is closed when transporting materials, so that the loading box can conveniently enter and exit the bracket main body. For transporting the material, a loading bin is provided. The dust suction device is started in the moving process of the loading box and absorbs the floating silt caused by the movement, and the air pollution caused by the silt in the transportation process is reduced. The support main part is incompletely sealed, has the gap between side opening and the side cap, between upper shed and the top cap, causes the inside negative pressure that forms of support main part when avoiding dust extraction to attract, avoids the material to wave under negative pressure state. In order to make the silt enter the dust suction device, a suction port is arranged. The dust filter plate is beneficial to filtering silt between the dust filter plate and the suction plate. The air pump is favorable for attracting silt and air in the support main body.
Preferably, a drainage channel is arranged on one side of the suction plate of the dust filter plate, the drainage channel is arranged around the dust filter plate, starts from the upper corner of one side of the dust filter plate in the direction of the side cover and ends at the other side of the dust filter plate in the direction of the side cover, and the end position of the drainage channel is higher than the bottom of the side opening of the side cover; and a dust suction device bearing box is arranged below the termination part of the drainage channel and is positioned inside the dust suction device to contain the filtered dust.
In order to make the silt after the attraction fall into the dust suction device bearing box, a drainage channel is arranged, and the silt is prevented from being accumulated between the attraction plate and the dust filter plate. The drainage channel is arranged around the dust filter plate, has lower and lower height, and slides into the dust collection device bearing box by utilizing the gravity of the silt.
Preferably, be equipped with the gasket around loading the case, the inside and below of end box is equipped with the first power device that supplies to load the case and reciprocate, loads the case and reciprocates in-process gasket and suction plate laminating, impresses the dust in the suction opening when dust extraction adsorbs the dust, avoids the dust to fall into loading case opening plane below through the gap between dust extraction and the loading case.

Preferably, the power device comprises a motor, the motor is fixed below the bottom box, a sliding groove is formed in the bottom surface of the bottom box, and a movable sheath is movably fixed in the sliding groove; a driving rod penetrating through the movable sheath is connected above the motor, the other end of the driving rod is positioned in the bottom box and is fixedly provided with a power gear, reduction gears are meshed with two sides of the power gear, the motor operates to drive the power gear to rotate, so that the reduction gear meshed with the power gear is driven to move, and the reduction gear rotates together with a screw fixedly connected with the reduction gear when rotating; the screw rod runs through the backup pad, and the backup pad runs through the department and is equipped with the screw thread with screw rod matched with, and the screw rod rotation drives the backup pad and reciprocates to the loading case that drives the backup pad top reciprocates.
Preferably, a stop block is arranged above the screw rod, and the support plate moves to the stop block to push the top cover to be completely opened. The stop block can prevent the support plate from moving out of the screw rod.
Preferably, the top cover comprises a first cover plate and a second cover plate, one end of the first cover plate and one end of the second cover plate are stepped ends, and after the stepped ends on the first cover plate and the second cover plate are closed, the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the first cover plate and the second cover plate are positioned on the same plane, so that dust is prevented from leaving the bracket main body, and rainwater is prevented from entering the bracket main body; the top cap still is equipped with the extension wing with support main part top contact surface, and the extension wing covers the top opening below the top cap around, and the both sides extension wing of keeping away from the notch cuttype end is articulated with support main part.
In order to avoid silt to leave the support main part, in order to avoid the rainwater to get into the support main part simultaneously, set up the first apron and the second apron of notch cuttype end. In order to make the top cover better cover the upper opening, an extension wing is provided. Two side extension wings far away from the step-shaped end are hinged with the support main body, so that the loading box is favorable for moving upwards to directly jack two cover plates, workers above the loading box do not need to manually open or use other devices to open, and the use is convenient.

The electric telescopic rod contracts to drive the motor to be close to the side cover, so that the support plate can be driven to slide out of the support main body, and people can conveniently add materials into the loading box. The electric telescopic rod extends to drive the motor to be far away from the side cover, so that the support plate is driven to slide into the support main body, and the loading box is convenient to lift.
Preferably, a plurality of universal wheels for the flexible movement of the support main body are arranged below the bottom box; the bottom box is internally provided with a movable plate which can vertically enter and exit the bottom box, one side of the movable plate is provided with an adjusting block which penetrates through the side wall of the bottom box and downwards adjusts the adjusting block, and the movable plate penetrates through the bottom box and is in contact with the ground to limit the support main body. When the movable plate is in contact with the ground, the universal wheels can be limited by the existing friction force to move, so that the movement of the support main body is limited, and the support main body is better fixed. And a limiting movable rod is arranged above the side cover, and the other end of the limiting movable rod is connected with the outer side of the support main body. After the loading box pushes the side cover, the side cover rotates towards the direction of the support main body, the position of the side cover is limited after the limiting movable rod contracts, and the side cover is prevented from slipping during the process of loading materials. After the materials are loaded, the loading box is moved to the interior of the bracket main body, and the side cover is pressed downwards to be closed.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
Example 1: as shown in fig. 1 to 10, a liftable support for construction of constructional engineering comprises a support main body 1 for placing materials therein, wherein the support main body 1 is composed of a closed plate-shaped shell, so that silt is prevented from scattering in the air in the process of lifting the materials. The top cover 2 of the closed support main body 1 is arranged above the support main body 1, so that the sediment is prevented from scattering in the air to pollute the air, and the materials can be prevented from being wetted in the process of lifting the materials in rainy days. The side of the bracket main body 1 is provided with a side cover 3 for materials to enter and exit the bracket main body 1, and the side cover is opened when the materials are loaded and closed when the materials are transported. A bottom box 4 is arranged below the bracket main body 1.
A loading box 9 and a dust suction device 6 arranged around the loading box 9 are arranged in the support main body 1, and the loading box 9 is used for transporting materials; the dust suction device 6 is started during the movement of the loading box 9 and absorbs the floating silt caused by the movement, thereby reducing the air pollution caused by the silt during the transportation. The dust suction device 6 comprises a suction plate 601 surrounding the loading box 9, and a plurality of suction ports 602 are arranged on the suction plate 601 so that silt enters the dust suction device 6. A dust filter 603 and a dust collector casing 604 are sequentially arranged on one side of the suction plate 601 far away from the loading box 9, and the dust filter 603 filters the silt between the dust filter 603 and the suction plate 601. The outer side wall of the bracket main body 1 is also provided with an air pump 606 communicated with the dust suction device 6, the air pump 606 works to suck air in the bracket main body 1, the air enters the dust suction device 6 through the suction port 602 in an open state, the dust filtering plate 603 filters dust in the air, and the filtered dust falls below the dust suction device 6 between the dust filtering plate 603 and the dust filtering plate 603. Support main part 1 is incompletely sealed, has the gap between side opening and side cap 3, upper shed and the top cap 2, causes support main part 1 inside formation negative pressure when avoiding dust extraction 6 to attract, avoids the material to wave under negative pressure state.
The dust filtering plate 603 is provided with a drainage channel 605 at one side of the suction plate 601, so that the sucked silt falls into the dust suction device bearing box 10, and the silt is prevented from accumulating between the suction plate 601 and the dust filtering plate 603. The drainage channel 605 surrounds the dust filter plate 603, the height of the drainage channel is lower and lower, the drainage channel slides into the dust collection device bearing box 10 by utilizing the gravity of silt, the drainage channel starts from the upper corner of one side of the dust filter plate 603 in the direction of the side cover 3 and finally is positioned at the other side of the dust filter plate 603 in the direction of the side cover 3, and the termination position of the drainage channel is higher than the bottom of the side opening of the side cover 3; a dust suction device carrying box 10 is arranged below the end of the drainage duct 605, and the dust suction device carrying box 10 is positioned in the dust suction device 6 to contain filtered dust.
Sealing sheets 8 are arranged around the loading box 9, so that the dust suction device 6 has better use effect, and a gap between the loading box 9 and the dust suction device 6 is blocked. The inside and the below of end box 4 are equipped with and supply to load the first power device that case 9 reciprocated, and loading case 9 reciprocates in-process gasket 8 and suction plate 601 laminating, when dust extraction 6 adsorbs the dust, impresses the dust in suction opening 602, avoids the dust to fall into loading case 9 opening plane below through the gap between dust extraction 6 and the loading case 9. Does not need to use other energy sources, and is green and environment-friendly.
The power device comprises a motor 23, the motor 23 is fixed below the bottom box 4, the bottom surface of the bottom box 4 is provided with a sliding groove, and a movable sheath 14 is movably fixed in the sliding groove; a driving rod 15 penetrating through the movable sheath 14 is connected above the motor 23, the other end of the driving rod 15 is positioned in the bottom box 4 and is fixedly provided with a power gear 16, two sides of the power gear 16 are meshed with reduction gears 17, the motor 23 operates to drive the power gear 16 to rotate, so that the reduction gears 17 meshed with the power gear 16 are driven to move, and the reduction gears 17 rotate together with a screw 18 fixedly connected with the reduction gears 17 when rotating; the screw rod 18 penetrates through the support plate 7, threads matched with the screw rod 18 are arranged at the penetrating position of the support plate 7, and the screw rod 18 rotates to drive the support plate 7 to move up and down, so that the loading box 9 above the support plate 7 is driven to move up and down.
A stop block 19 is arranged above the screw rod 18, and the support plate 7 moves to the stop block 19 to push the top cover 2 to be completely opened. The stop 19 prevents the support plate 7 from moving out of the screw 18.
The top cover 2 comprises a first cover plate 201 and a second cover plate 202, one end of the first cover plate 201 and one end of the second cover plate 202 are stepped ends, after the stepped ends on the first cover plate 201 and the second cover plate 202 are closed, the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the first cover plate 201 and the second cover plate 202 are positioned on the same plane, so that dust is prevented from leaving the support main body 1, and rainwater is prevented from entering the support main body 1; the top cap 2 still is equipped with extension wing 203 with support main part 1 top contact surface, and extension wing 203 covers top cap 2 below upper shed all around, and the both sides extension wing 203 of keeping away from the notch cuttype end is articulated with support main part 1 for load box 9 moves up and directly backs down two apron, need not the manual opening of the workman above or uses other devices to open convenient to use.
Still be equipped with the second power device that supplies loading case 9 lateral shifting on the motor 23 for loading case 9 lateral shifting to support main part 1 outside, including fixing the fixed cover 22 in motor 23 outside, fixed cover 22 is connected with electric telescopic handle 21, and the electric telescopic handle 21 other end is fixed on the fixed plate 20 that links to each other with end box 4, and electric telescopic handle 21 contracts or extends, drives motor 23 and is close to or keeps away from side cap 3, and screw rod 18 is close to or keeps away from side cap 3, thereby drives backup pad 7 and loading case 9 roll-off or slides in support main part 1. Electric telescopic handle 21 contracts, drives motor 23 and is close to side cap 3 to drive backup pad 7 roll-off support main part 1, the people of being convenient for add the material toward loading box 9 in. Electric telescopic handle 21 extends, drives motor 23 and keeps away from the side cap to drive backup pad 7 and slide in support main part 1, be convenient for promote loading box 9.
A plurality of universal wheels 5 for the flexible movement of the bracket main body 1 are arranged below the bottom box 4; a movable plate 12 which goes in and out of the bottom box 4 up and down is arranged in the bottom box 4, an adjusting block 13 which penetrates through the side wall of the bottom box 4 and adjusts the adjusting block 13 downwards is arranged on one side of the movable plate 12, and the movable plate 12 penetrates through the bottom box 4 and is in contact with the ground to limit the support main body 1. When the movable plate 12 is in contact with the ground, the universal wheels 5 can be limited by the existing friction force, so that the movement of the support main body 1 can be limited. A limiting movable rod 25 is arranged above the side cover 3, and the other end of the limiting movable rod 25 is connected with the outer side of the bracket main body 1. After loading case 9 promoted side cap 3, side cap 3 was rotatory to support main part 1 direction, and spacing movable rod 25 contracts the back and spacing to the position of side cap 3, avoids the in-process side cap 3 slippage at the loading material. After the materials are loaded, the loading box 9 is moved to the inside of the bracket main body 1, and the side cover 3 is pressed downwards to be closed.
A water filling port 24 is arranged above the starting point of the drainage duct 605, water flows along the drainage duct 605 downstream through the water filling port 24 to clean the interior of the dust collector 6, and the cleaned water flow is accommodated by the dust collector carrying box 10.
The surface of the dust suction device bearing box 10, which is positioned outside the bracket main body 1, is provided with a drawing belt 11, so that the dust suction device bearing box 10 can be conveniently taken out or put back.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when in use, the bracket main body 1 is adjusted to a required position, and the movable plate 12 is adjusted to be in contact with the ground, thereby fixing the position of the bracket main body 1. Motor 23 is fixed in end box 4 below through removing the activity of sheath 14, starts electric telescopic handle 21, and electric telescopic handle 21 contracts, drives motor 23 and is close to side cap 3 to drive backup pad 7 roll-off support main part 1, side cap 3 is opened and is kept opening under the limiting displacement of spacing movable rod 25 under the promotion of backup pad 7, and the people of being convenient for add the material toward in the loading bin 9. After adding, electric telescopic handle 21 extends, drives motor 23 and keeps away from side cap 3 to drive backup pad 7 and slide in support subject 1, inside loading case 9 returned support subject 1, manual side cap 3 that closes. The motor 23 is started to drive the driving rod 15 and the power gear 16 to rotate, so as to drive the reduction gear 17 meshed with the driving rod to move, the reduction gear 17 rotates to drive the screw rod 18 to rotate together, and finally the supporting plate 7 and the loading box 9 are driven to move upwards. In the process of moving up loading box 9, air pump 606 operates, sealing sheet 8 is attached to suction plate 601, and dust and silt are pressed into suction port 602 while dust collector 6 adsorbs silt and dust, so that silt and dust are prevented from falling into the lower portion of the opening plane of loading box 9 through the gap between dust collector 6 and loading box 9. Silt and dust are adsorbed on the drainage channel 605 on the dust filtering plate 603, the drainage channel 605 is arranged around the dust filtering plate 603, and the silt and dust slide into the dust collecting device bearing box 10 due to the gravity of the silt and dust. If the cleaning is needed, water is injected into the water injection port 24, so that the drainage channel can be cleaned, and the interior of the dust suction device 6 is kept clean. Load case 9 and move up to dog 19 department, top cap 2 opens to both sides under the jacking effect of loading case 9, and motor 23 stops the operation afterwards, contracts electronic shrink pole 21, and loading plate 9 slides to support main part 1 edge, and the people of being convenient for unload the material.
