Abstract

本发明涉及一种可应用于车辆的混合动力总成的布局。
背景技术
就成本、材料成本和燃料效率而言,自动手动变速器(automated manualtransmission,AMT)可以被评价为自动变速器之中最有竞争力的变速器,但是因为AMT由于在换档期间所产生的扭矩中断(Torque Interruption)阻碍了车辆的适销性,因此没有被广泛使用。
在本背景技术部分中公开的信息仅用于增强对本发明的一般背景的理解,并且不能被视为对该信息形成了本领域技术人员已知的现有技术的承认或任何形式的建议。
发明内容
本发明的各方面旨在提供一种混合动力总成,该混合动力总成可以通过解决作为自动手动变速器(AMT)的缺点的扭矩中断来改善变速感,同时通过使用马达而利用AMT的优点,因为可以除去在马达位于发动机和变速器之间的混合动力总成中通常需要的马达和发动机之间的离合器,所以不仅可以改善车辆的可安装性,而且可以通过减小变速器的总体长度而降低重量和成本,并且可以进一步有助于提高车辆的燃料效率。
根据本发明的示例性实施例,一种混合动力总成包括:发动机输入轴,通过主离合器连接至发动机;马达输入轴,被安装成与发动机输入轴形成同心轴连接有马达;中心同步器,安装在发动机输入轴和马达输入轴之间,并被配置成选择性地使发动机输入轴和马达输入轴断续(intermit);第一输出轴和第二输出轴,第一输出轴和第二输出轴的每一个与发动机输入轴平行安装;多个外齿轮对,被安装以在马达输入轴与第一输出轴之间、在发动机输入轴与第一输出轴之间以及在发动机输入轴与第二输出轴之间形成不同的齿轮比;以及锥形离合器,安装在第一连接齿轮和中心同步器之间,第一连接齿轮可旋转地安装在马达输入轴上以构成安装在马达输入轴与第一输出轴之间的多个外齿轮对中的任何一个,并且由中心同步器的套筒驱动,以实现在第一连接齿轮和马达输入轴之间传递的扭矩的连续变化。
安装在马达输入轴和第一输出轴之间的外齿轮对可以包括:第一级主动齿轮和第一级从动齿轮,用于实现一系列变速级之中的第一级;以及第二级主动齿轮和第二级从动齿轮,用于实现一系列变速级之中的第二级,第一输出轴可以设置有与第一连接齿轮啮合的第二连接齿轮,并且由第一连接齿轮和第二连接齿轮形成的齿轮比可以小于由第二级主动齿轮和第二级从动齿轮形成的第二级齿轮比。
第一输出轴可以设置有第一离合器模块,第一离合器模块具有分别设置在其两侧的被配置成选择性地使第一级从动齿轮对第一输出轴断续的同步器和被配置成选择性地使第二级从动齿轮对第一输出轴断续的爪形离合器。
被共同配置来实现多个外齿轮对中的两个外齿轮对的第一共同齿轮和第二共同齿轮可以以旋转被断续的状态设置在发动机输入轴上,并且第一共同齿轮可以一体地设置有与中心同步器的套筒啮合的离合器齿轮。
第一共同齿轮可以与第一输出轴的第六级从动齿轮啮合以形成外齿轮对,并可以同时与第二输出轴的第四级从动齿轮啮合以形成外齿轮对。
第二共同齿轮可以与第一输出轴的第五级从动齿轮啮合以形成外齿轮对,并可以同时与第二输出轴的第三级从动齿轮啮合以形成外齿轮对。
第二离合器模块可以设置在第一输出轴的第五级从动齿轮和第六级从动齿轮之间,第二离合器模块具有分别设置在其两侧的被配置成选择性地使第五级从动齿轮对第一输出轴断续的同步器和被配置成使第六级从动齿轮对第一输出轴断续的同步器。
第三离合器模块可以设置在第二输出轴的第三级从动齿轮和第四级从动齿轮之间,第三离合器模块具有分别设置在其两侧的被配置成选择性地使第三级从动齿轮对第二输出轴断续的同步器和被配置成使第四级从动齿轮对第二输出轴断续的同步器。
安装在马达输入轴与第一输出轴之间的外齿轮对可以用于实现待被实现的一系列变速级之中依次具有最大齿轮比的两个齿轮比。
马达可以被安装成通过与马达输入轴的第一级主动齿轮或第二级主动齿轮啮合的减速主动齿轮将动力传递到马达输入轴。
在马达和马达输入轴之间可以设置有行星齿轮,行星齿轮减小马达的动力并将减小的动力传递至马达输入轴。
根据本发明的各种示例性实施例,一种动力总成包括:第一变速模块,包括直接连接有马达的马达输入轴,并且被设置为形成一系列变速级之中依次具有最大齿轮比的两个变速级;第二变速模块,包括与马达输入轴形成同心轴并通过主离合器连接到发动机的发动机输入轴,并被设置为形成一系列变速级中的剩余变速级;中心同步器,被安装成使马达输入轴和发动机输入轴断续;以及连续可变装置,被设置为通过连续控制的摩擦力实现第一变速模块形成第一变速模块的变速级之中比具有小齿轮比的变速级更小的齿轮比的状态。

因此,安装在马达输入轴MI和第一输出轴OUT1之间的外齿轮对包括:第一级主动齿轮1D和第一级从动齿轮1P,用于实现一系列变速级之中的第一级;第二级主动齿轮2D和第二级从动齿轮2P,用于实现一系列变速级中的第二级;以及第一连接齿轮CG1和第二连接齿轮CG2。
由第一连接齿轮CG1和第二连接齿轮CG2形成的齿轮比略小于由第二级主动齿轮2D和第二级从动齿轮2P形成的第二级齿轮比。例如,优选地,由第一连接齿轮CG1和第二连接齿轮CG2形成的齿轮比小于第二级齿轮比的0.01至0.05的范围。
此外,第一输出轴OUT1设置有第一离合器模块CLM1,第一离合器模块CLM1具有分别设置在其两侧的被配置成使第一级从动齿轮1P对第一输出轴OUT1断续的同步器和被配置成使第二级从动齿轮2P对第一输出轴OUT1断续的爪形离合器DC。
如果由第一连接齿轮CG1和第二连接齿轮CG2形成的齿轮比略小于由第二级主动齿轮2D和第二级从动齿轮2P形成的第二级齿轮比,则当在第二级驱动状态下,在接合锥形离合器CC的同时释放爪形离合器DC以换挡到另一个变速级而没有扭矩中断时,爪形离合器DC被平稳地释放而不需要冲击或过大的操作力。
如果接合锥形离合器CC,则可以通过如上所述的齿轮比差,从通过第二级主动齿轮2D和第二级从动齿轮2P来将扭矩从马达输入轴MI传递到第一输出轴OUT1的状态转换到通过第一连接齿轮CG1和第二连接齿轮CG2来传递扭矩的状态。此时,如果爪形离合器DC从第二级从动齿轮2P释放,则爪形离合器DC容易被释放。
此外,在第一离合器模块CLM1中,将爪形离合器DC用作用于使第二级从动齿轮2P对第一输出轴OUT1的断续的装置的原因如下:在由第一连接齿轮CG1和第二连接齿轮CG2形成的齿轮比与第二级齿轮比之间存在齿轮比差的情况下,当接合锥形离合器CC并且执行从另一变速级到第二级的换挡,同时消除扭矩中断时,由于齿轮比差,在第一离合器模块CLM1的套筒和第二级从动齿轮2P之间产生较小的相对速度。利用形成同步器的同步器环的容量,难以克服和同步这种相对速度,而甚者,由于相对速度,套筒和第二级从动齿轮2P的离合器齿轮之间的啮合是不可能的。
因此,如上所述,仅在很小的范围内产生齿轮比差,并且产生微小的相对速度,但是在接合锥式离合器CC的状态下几乎同步。因此,优选使第一离合器模块CLM1的套筒按照原样与第二级从动齿轮2P的离合器齿轮啮合。
作为参考,本文中的“同步器”是指包括同步器环的设备,该同步器环被安装在毂和离合器齿轮之间,以在相对于毂沿轴向滑动的套筒与一体地连接到用于形成变速级的变速机齿轮的离合器齿轮啮合时,首先使套筒和离合器齿轮的速度同步,并且“爪形离合器”是指从如上所述的同步器的配置中除去执行同步作用的同步器环的设备。这些配置在本领域中是众所周知的。
在本发明的示例性实施例中,共同配置来实现外齿轮对中的两个外齿轮对的第一共同齿轮CMG1和第二共同齿轮CMG2以旋转被断续的状态设置在发动机输入轴EI上,并且第一共同齿轮CMG1一体地设置有与中心同步器CS的套筒啮合的离合器齿轮。
因此,当中心同步器CS使套筒与第一共同齿轮CMG1的离合器齿轮啮合时,马达输入轴MI和发动机输入轴EI连接在一起。
第一共同齿轮CMG1与第一输出轴OUT1的第六级从动齿轮6P啮合以形成外齿轮对,并且同时与第二输出轴OUT2的第四级从动齿轮4P啮合以形成外齿轮对。
此外,第二共同齿轮CMG2与第一输出轴OUT1的第五级从动齿轮5P啮合以形成外齿轮对,并且同时与第二输出轴OUT2的第三级从动齿轮3P啮合以形成外齿轮对。
因此,可以通过使用相对少量的齿轮来构成换档所需的外齿轮对。
第二离合器模块CLM2设置在第一输出轴OUT1的第五级从动齿轮5P和第六级从动齿轮6P之间,第二离合器模块CLM2具有分别设置在其两侧的被配置成使第五级从动齿轮5P对第一输出轴OUT1断续的同步器和被配置成使第六级从动齿轮6P对第一输出轴OUT1断续的同步器。
因此,第五级或第六级可以通过移动第二离合器模块CLM2的套筒来实现。
第三离合器模块CLM3设置在第二输出轴OUT2的第三级从动齿轮3P和第四级从动齿轮4P之间,第三离合器模块CLM3具有分别设置在其两侧的被配置成使第三级从动齿轮3P对第二输出轴OUT2断续的同步器和被配置成使第四级从动齿轮4P对第二输出轴OUT2断续的同步器。
因此,可以通过移动第三离合器模块CLM3的套筒来实现第三级或第四级。
同时,安装在马达输入轴MI与第一输出轴OUT1之间的外齿轮对用于实现待被实现的一系列变速级之中依次具有最大齿轮比的两个齿轮比。
也就是说,安装在马达输入轴MI与第一输出轴OUT1之间的外齿轮对用于实现第一级齿轮比和第二级齿轮比。

如上所述,即使在当前的换挡过程中也不会发生扭矩中断。原因是在马达M通过第二主动齿轮和第二从动齿轮传递动力时,主离合器MC被释放并且第三离合器模块CLM3可以被切换以将第四级从动齿轮4P连接到第二输出轴OUT2,而不是第三级从动齿轮3P。
此时,根据每个变速级的速度来调节马达M的速度。

图15C示出在释放主离合器MC并且释放中心同步器CS之后发生锥形离合器CC的摩擦的状态。如上所述,由于第一连接齿轮CG1和第二连接齿轮CG2的齿轮比被配置成略微小于第二级齿轮比,所以当锥形离合器CC被接合时,状态从通过第二级主动齿轮2D和第二级从动齿轮2P来将马达M的动力传递到第一输出轴OUT1的状态改变为通过第一连接齿轮CG1和第二连接齿轮CG2来传递马达M的动力的状态。因此,可以容易地从第二级从动齿轮2P释放爪形离合器DC。
图16A示出如上所述地释放第一离合器模块CLM1的爪形离合器DC的状态。
如果第一连接齿轮CG1和第二连接齿轮CG2的齿轮比与第二级齿轮比相同或被设置为大于第二级齿轮比,则不容易进行释放爪形离合器DC,并且即使释放爪形离合器DC,也会产生冲击或噪音,这是因为即使如上当接合所述锥式离合器CC时,也保持仍然通过第二级从动齿轮2P传递动力的状态。
图16B示出马达M的速度被调节为单速并且第一级从动齿轮1P通过第一离合器模块CLM1的同步器连接到第一输出轴OUT1的状态。
图17A示出以下状态:通过释放锥形离合器CC,接合中心同步器CS,并且然后接合主离合器MC,通过第一级主动齿轮1D和第一级从动齿轮1P将发动机的动力提供至第一输出轴OUT1。
图17B示出通过释放马达M的动力而仅由发动机形成单速驱动状态的情况。这里,在没有扭矩中断的情况下完成换挡。
图18A-18C和图19A-19B是顺序示出图1的动力总成在电动车辆模式下执行从第一级到第二级的上电升档的视图。将对此进行描述。
如图18A所示,在仅通过马达M驱动的电动车辆模式的第一级驱动状态下,当发生向第二级的换档指令时,如图18B所示,锥形离合器CC产生摩擦力,并且如图18C所示,释放第一离合器模块CLM1的同步器,从而释放第一级从动齿轮1P和第一输出轴OUT1之间的连接状态。
图19A示出通过移动第一离合器模块CLM1的套筒以接合爪形离合器DC而将第二级从动齿轮2P连接至第一输出轴OUT1的状态。
图19B示出以下状态:通过释放锥形离合器CC使得仅通过第二级主动齿轮2D和第二级从动齿轮2P来将马达M的动力传递至第一输出轴OUT1,从而执行电动车辆模式的两速驱动。
还可以看出,在该换挡过程中不会发生扭矩中断。
图20A-20C和图21A-21B是顺序示出图1的动力总成在电动车辆模式下执行从第二级到第一级的上电降档的视图。将对此进行描述。
如图20A所示,在仅通过马达M驱动的电动车辆模式的第二级驱动状态下,当发生向第一级的换档指令时,如图20B所示,锥形离合器CC产生摩擦力,并且如图20C所示,释放爪形离合器DC。
图21A示出通过将马达M的速度调节为单速然后接合第一离合器模块CLM1的同步器来将第一级从动齿轮1P连接至第一输出轴OUT1的状态。
图21B示出以下状态:通过释放锥形离合器CC,仅通过第一级主动齿轮1D和第一级从动齿轮1P来将马达M的动力传递至第一输出轴OUT1,从而形成单速。还可以看出,在没有扭矩中断的情况下完成了换档。
根据如上所述的本发明的示例性实施例,可以通过解决作为AMT的缺点的扭矩中断来改善变速感,同时通过使用马达M,利用了诸如成本、材料成本和燃料效率的AMT的优点。因为可以去除传统的在马达M位于发动机和变速器之间的混合动力总成中通常需要的马达和发动机之间的离合器,从而不仅可以通过减小变速器的总体长度而改善车辆的可安装性,而且降低重量和成本。
根据本发明的示例性实施例,可以通过解决作为AMT的缺点的扭矩中断来改善变速感,同时通过利用马达而利用AMT的优点。因为可以去除在马达位于发动机和变速器之间的混合动力总成中通常需要的马达和发动机之间的离合器,从而不仅可以通过减小变速器的总体长度而改善车辆的可安装性,而且降低重量和成本,并且可以进一步有助于提高车辆的燃料效率。

Claims (18)

1.一种动力总成设备,包括:
发动机输入轴,通过主离合器连接至发动机;
马达输入轴,被安装成与所述发动机输入轴形成同心轴并连接有马达;
中心同步器,安装在所述发动机输入轴和所述马达输入轴之间,并选择性地使所述发动机输入轴和所述马达输入轴断续;
第一输出轴和第二输出轴,所述第一输出轴和所述第二输出轴的每一个与所述发动机输入轴平行安装;
多个齿轮对,被安装以在所述马达输入轴与所述第一输出轴之间、在所述发动机输入轴与所述第一输出轴之间以及在所述发动机输入轴与所述第二输出轴之间形成不同的齿轮比;以及
锥形离合器,安装在第一连接齿轮和所述中心同步器之间,所述第一连接齿轮可旋转地安装在所述马达输入轴上以构成安装在所述马达输入轴与所述第一输出轴之间的所述多个齿轮对中的一个,并且由所述中心同步器的套筒驱动,以实现在所述第一连接齿轮和所述马达输入轴之间传递的扭矩的连续变化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成设备,其中,
安装在所述马达输入轴和所述第一输出轴之间的所述多个齿轮对包括:第一级主动齿轮和第一级从动齿轮,用于实现一系列变速级之中的第一级;以及第二级主动齿轮和第二级从动齿轮,用于实现一系列变速级之中的第二级,
所述第一输出轴安装有与所述第一连接齿轮啮合的第二连接齿轮,并且
由所述第一连接齿轮和所述第二连接齿轮形成的齿轮比小于由所述第二级主动齿轮和所述第二级从动齿轮形成的第二级齿轮比。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动力总成设备,其中,
所述第一级主动齿轮固定安装到所述马达输入轴,并且所述第一级从动齿轮可旋转地安装到所述第一输出轴,
所述第二级主动齿轮固定安装到所述马达输入轴,并且所述第二级从动齿轮可旋转地安装到所述第一输出轴,
所述第二连接齿轮固定安装到所述第一输出轴。
4.根据权利要求2所述的动力总成设备,其中,
所述第一输出轴安装有第一离合器模块,所述第一离合器模块具有:
同步器,选择性地使所述第一级从动齿轮对所述第一输出轴断续;以及
爪形离合器,选择性地使所述第二级从动齿轮对所述第一输出轴断续。
5.根据权利要求4所述的动力总成设备,其中,
被共同配置来实现所述多个齿轮对中的两个齿轮对的第一共同齿轮和第二共同齿轮以旋转被断续的状态被安装在所述发动机输入轴上,并且
所述第一共同齿轮一体地安装有与所述中心同步器的套筒啮合的离合器齿轮。
6.根据权利要求5所述的动力总成设备,其中,
所述第一共同齿轮与所述第一输出轴的第六级从动齿轮啮合以形成所述多个齿轮对,并与所述第二输出轴的第四级从动齿轮啮合以形成所述多个齿轮对。
7.根据权利要求6所述的动力总成设备,其中,
所述第六级从动齿轮可旋转地安装在所述第一输出轴上,并且所述第四级从动齿轮可旋转地安装在所述第二输出轴上。
8.根据权利要求6所述的动力总成设备,其中,
所述第二共同齿轮与所述第一输出轴的第五级从动齿轮啮合以形成所述多个齿轮对,并与所述第二输出轴的第三级从动齿轮啮合以形成所述多个齿轮对。
9.根据权利要求8所述的动力总成设备,其中,
所述第五级从动齿轮可旋转地安装在所述第一输出轴上,并且所述第三级从动齿轮可旋转地安装在所述第二输出轴上。
10.根据权利要求8所述的动力总成设备,其中,
第二离合器模块安装在所述第一输出轴上的所述第五级从动齿轮和所述第六级从动齿轮之间,所述第二离合器模块具有选择性地使所述第五级从动齿轮对所述第一输出轴断续的同步器和选择性地使所述第六级从动齿轮对所述第一输出轴断续的同步器。
11.根据权利要求10所述的动力总成设备,其中,
第三离合器模块安装在所述第二输出轴上的所述第三级从动齿轮和所述第四级从动齿轮之间,所述第三离合器模块具有选择性地使所述第三级从动齿轮对所述第二输出轴断续的同步器和选择性地使所述第四级从动齿轮对所述第二输出轴断续的同步器。
12.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成设备,其中,
安装在所述马达输入轴与所述第一输出轴之间的所述多个齿轮对用于实现待被实现的一系列变速级之中依次具有最大齿轮比的两个齿轮比。
13.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成设备,其中,
所述马达被安装成通过与所述马达输入轴的第一级主动齿轮或第二级主动齿轮啮合的减速主动齿轮将动力传递到所述马达输入轴。
14.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成设备,其中,
在所述马达和所述马达输入轴之间安装有行星齿轮,所述行星齿轮减小所述马达的动力并将减小的动力传递至所述马达输入轴。
15.一种动力总成设备,包括:
第一变速模块,包括直接连接有马达的马达输入轴,并且被设置为形成一系列变速级之中依次具有最大齿轮比的两个变速级;
第二变速模块,包括与所述马达输入轴形成同心轴并通过主离合器连接到发动机的发动机输入轴,并被安装以形成所述一系列变速级中的剩余变速级;
中心同步器,被安装成选择性地使所述马达输入轴和所述发动机输入轴断续;以及
连续可变装置,被安装成通过连续控制的摩擦力实现所述第一变速模块形成比所述第一变速模块的变速级之中具有预定齿轮比的变速级更小的齿轮比的状态。
16.根据权利要求15所述的动力总成设备,其中,
所述连续可变装置被配置成使得由所述中心同步器的套筒来连续控制所述摩擦力。
17.根据权利要求16所述的动力总成设备,其中,
第一变速模块包括:
第一输出轴,与所述马达输入轴平行安装;
第一级主动齿轮和第一级从动齿轮,所述第一级主动齿轮安装在所述马达输入轴上,所述第一级从动齿轮安装在所述第一输出轴上,以实现所述变速级之中的第一级;
第二级主动齿轮和第二级从动齿轮,所述第二级主动齿轮安装在所述马达输入轴上,所述第二级从动齿轮安装在所述第一输出轴上,以实现所述变速级之中的第二级;以及
第一离合器模块,具有选择性地使所述第一级从动齿轮对所述第一输出轴断续的同步器和选择性地使所述第二级从动齿轮对所述第一输出轴断续的爪形离合器。
18.根据权利要求17所述的动力总成设备,其中,
所述连续可变装置包括:
第一连接齿轮,可旋转地安装在所述马达输入轴上;
第二连接齿轮,安装在所述第一输出轴上,使得其旋转被断续;以及
锥形离合器,被安装成由所述中心同步器的套筒驱动,并且通过连续控制的所述摩擦力实现在所述第一连接齿轮和所述马达输入轴之间传递的扭矩的连续变化。
