and the cutting tool (32) is arranged on the second rotating shaft (31).

a first gear (41) mounted on the first shaft (22);
the third rotating shaft (42) is rotatably arranged on the rack (1);
a cylinder (43) slidably mounted on the third shaft (42);
a second gear (44) mounted on the third rotating shaft (42), the second gear (44) meshing with the first gear (41);
a first missing gear (45) mounted on the cylinder (43);
two guide frames (46), wherein the two guide frames (46) are arranged on the rack (1);
two sliding frames (47), wherein the two sliding frames (47) are arranged on the guide frame (46) in a sliding manner;
two first springs (48), wherein the two first springs (48) are arranged between the guide frame (46) and the sliding frame (47);
two telescopic push plates (481) are arranged, and are mounted on the sliding frame (47);
a first connecting rod (49) mounted between the two carriages (47);
a first rack (491) mounted on the carriage (47), the first rack (491) engaging with the first gear (45).
5. The slicer of fruit and vegetable for agricultural product processing according to claim 4, further comprising:
the two auxiliary limiting plates (5) are arranged on the telescopic push plate (481);
the number of the second springs (6) is two, and the second springs (6) are both arranged on the telescopic push plate (481).
