Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Please refer to fig. 1 to 4, which are a perspective view of a closed state, a perspective view of an opened state, a cross-sectional view of the closed state, and a cross-sectional view of the opened state of a storage box according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in the drawings, the storage case 1 includes a body 10, guide posts 11, guide tubes 12, and elastic members 13.
The main body 10 includes a first cover 100 and a second cover 101. In this embodiment, the body 10 may be a Wireless headset charging box for accommodating a True Wireless bluetooth headset (TWS). Therefore, in this case, the first cover body 100 may have the first receiving groove 1000, and the second cover body 101 may have the second receiving groove 1010. The first receiving cavity 1000 and the second receiving cavity 1010 correspond to each other and are used for receiving a bluetooth headset (not shown). However, the present application is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the main body 10 may be a device with a storage function, such as a cable earphone box, a jewel box, or a component box.
The guide post 11 has a first end 11A and a second end 11B. The first end 11A of the guide post 11 is disposed on the second cover 101. In the present embodiment, the guide post 11 is a curved cylinder, but the present application is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments, the guide post 11 may also be a curved corner post. Further, the corner posts may be triangular posts, four-corner posts, or posts having greater than four corners.
The guide tube 12 has a first end 12A and a second end 12B. The first end 12A of the guide tube 12 is disposed on the first cover 100. In addition, the guide tube 12 has a shape corresponding to the guide post 11, and the second end 12B of the guide tube 12 is movably sleeved on the second end 11B of the guide post 11. Further, the guide tube 12 may cover a part or all of the guide post 11. That is, the guide post 11 can move inside the guide tube 12.
For example, when only a portion of the guide post 11 is covered by the guide tube 12, a certain distance is formed between the second cover 101 connected to the guide post 11 and the first cover 100 connected to the guide tube 12. In this way, the first cover 100 and the second cover 101 are only partially attached or not attached at all. That is, the storage case 1 is in the process of being opened, or in a fully opened state. On the other hand, when the guide post 11 is completely covered with the guide tube 12, the second cover 101 connected to the guide post 11 and the first cover 100 connected to the guide tube 12 are separated by a very small distance or completely attached. That is, the housing case 1 is in a closed state.
It should be noted that the above description is only an example and should not be taken as limiting. For example, in some embodiments, the guide post 11 is longer than the guide tube 12. Therefore, only a part of the guide post 11 is covered with the guide tube 12 in the state where the storage case 1 is opened or closed. That is, the storage case 1 of the present application is not limited to whether or not the guide posts 11 are completely covered, as the guide posts 11 move inside the guide tubes 12 to open and close the first lid member 100 and the second lid member 101. In this way, in practical application, the lengths of the guide posts 11 and the guide tubes 12 can be adjusted according to actual requirements, so that the design of the storage box 1 is more diversified.
The elastic member 13 is disposed in the guide tube 12. In this embodiment, the elastic element 13 may be a spring, and two ends of the elastic element 13 respectively contact the guide post 11 and the first cover 100. As such, when the guide post 11 is moved along the guide tube 12 toward the elastic member 13 by applying an external force, the elastic member 13 is compressed and stores elastic potential energy. On the other hand, when the applied external force is removed, the compressed elastic member 13 releases the elastic potential energy and pushes the guide post 11 to be separated from the guide tube 12.
In addition, the elastic member 13 abuts against the guide posts 11 and the first cover 100 at both ends. That is, when the storage case 1 is in the opened state, the first cover 100 and the second cover 101 coupled to the guide post 11 may maintain a fixed interval by the tension of the elastic member 13. In this way, when the user takes and places the objects in the storage box 1, the first cover 100 and the second cover 101 do not move closer to or away from each other due to shaking.
Through the above elements, the user can easily open the storage box, and the interference of the first cover 100 and the second cover 101 caused by shaking when taking and placing objects can be avoided. In order to make the above technical features more apparent and easy to understand, hereinafter, the operation process of the accommodation cassette 1 will be explained in detail.
As shown in fig. 3, when the storage case 1 is in the closed state, most or all of the guide posts 11 are fitted with the guide tube 12 so that the second lid member 101 connected to the guide posts 11 and the first lid member 100 connected to the guide tube 12 are attached to each other. In this case, the elastic member 13 located in the guide tube 12 is compressed by the guide posts 11 and the first cover 100 located at both ends.
As shown in fig. 4, the elastic member 13 releases the elastic potential energy at the moment when the storage case 1 is opened. The guide posts 11 at both ends of the elastic member 13 and the first cover 100 can be moved away from each other by the elastic potential released from the elastic member 13. In this case, the guide post 11 is moved away from the guide tube 12. In this way, the second cover 101 connected to the guiding column 11 and the first cover 100 connected to the guiding tube 12 are driven to move away from each other. Such an opening may save effort for the user. In addition, when the storage case 1 is in the open state, the elastic member 13 supports the guide posts 11 and the first lid 100 at both ends, so that the first lid 100 and the second lid 101 can maintain a constant distance.
As described above, in the case of having the above technical features, the storage case 1 of the present application may further include other elements or structural features so that the storage case 1 of the present application is more convenient.
For example, in some embodiments, the first cover 100 may further include a first guide groove 1000, and the first end 12A of the guide tube 12 is located in the first guide groove 1000. As shown in fig. 3, when the storage case 1 is in the closed state, the guide tube 12 may move toward the bottom surface 100S of the first lid body 100 along the first guide groove 1000 so that the first lid body 100 has the shortest distance to the second lid body 101, or even completely fits.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 4, when the storage cassette 1 is in the open state, the guide tube 12 can move along the first guide groove 1000 in a direction away from the bottom surface 100S of the first lid body 100. Compared with the case where the first guide groove 1000 is not provided, the opening and closing angle between the first cover 100 and the second cover 101 can be increased by providing the first guide groove 1000. That is, the user can more easily take and put the articles from the storage cassette 1.
In the case where the first guide groove 1000 is provided, the first end 12A of the guide tube 12 may be further provided with a first inverse-buckling structure 121, and the first inverse-buckling structure 121 is buckled at the opening of the first guide groove 1000. More specifically, the size of the first undercut structure 121 (i.e., the distance between both ends of the first undercut structure 121) is larger than the diameter of the first guide groove 1000. In the present embodiment, the guide tube 12 does not disengage from the first guide groove 1000 when moving along the first guide groove 1000 in a direction away from the bottom surface 100S of the first cover 100 by the first reversing structure 121.
In some embodiments, the second cover 101 may further include a second guide groove 1010, and the second end 12B of the guide tube 12 is located in the second guide groove 1010. As shown in fig. 3, when the storage case 1 is in the closed state, the guide tube 12 may move along the second guide groove 1010 toward the side surface 101S of the second lid 101, so that the first lid 100 and the second lid 101 have the shortest distance and even completely fit. On the other hand, as shown in fig. 4, when the storage cassette 1 is in the open state, the guide pipe 12 can move along the second guide groove 1010 toward a direction away from the side surface 101S of the second lid 101. The opening/closing angle between the first cover 100 and the second cover 101 can be increased by providing the second guide groove 1010, compared to the case where the second guide groove 1010 is not provided. That is, the user can more easily take and put the articles from the storage cassette 1.
In the case of providing the second guide groove 1010, the second end 12B of the guide tube 12 may further be provided with a second inverse-buckled structure 122, and the second inverse-buckled structure 122 is buckled at the opening of the second guide groove 1010. More specifically, the size of the second reverse buckle 122 (i.e., the distance between both ends of the second reverse buckle 122) is larger than the diameter of the second guide groove 1010. By the second reverse-locking structure 122, the guide pipe 12 does not escape from the second guide groove 1010 when moving along the second guide groove 1010 toward a direction away from the side surface 101S of the second cover 101.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, a first connector 1001 is disposed on a side of the first cover 100 away from the guide tube 12, a second connector 1011 is disposed on a side of the second cover 101 away from the guide post 11, the first connector 1001 corresponds to the second connector 1011, and the first cover 100 and the second cover 101 are fixed by the first connector 1001 and the second connector 1011. For example, the first connecting member 1001 and the second connecting member 1011 are respectively a magnet, and the magnetic force of the magnet is greater than the elastic force of the elastic member 13. As a result, when the storage cassette 1 is in the closed state, the first connector 1001 and the second connector 1011 can be attracted to each other without being detached. It should be noted that the present application is not limited to using magnets as the connectors, and in other embodiments, the first connector 1001 and the second connector 1011 may also be corresponding snap elements or adhesive elements, or any connecting elements known to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the first cover 100 and the second cover 101 may be pivotally connected by a shaft assembly 14. More specifically, the hub assembly 14 includes a hub 140 and a coupling member 141 coupled to each other. The axle element 140 is disposed on the first cover 100, and the connecting element 141 is disposed on the second cover 101. In this way, the first cover 100 and the second cover 101 can be opened and closed with the shaft center 140 as the shaft.
Please refer to fig. 5 and fig. 6, which are a cross-sectional view of a storage box in a closed state and a cross-sectional view of a storage box in an open state according to another embodiment of the present application. As shown in the figure, the storage case 2 includes a body 10, a guide post 11, a guide tube 12, an elastic member 13, and a movable member 15. In the present embodiment, the same element numbers denote the same elements in fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 5 to 6. Therefore, detailed descriptions of the same elements will be omitted.
The movable member 15 is movably disposed in the guide tube 12. In addition, the elastic element 13 includes a first sub-elastic element 130 and a second sub-elastic element 131, and a movable element 15 is connected between the first sub-elastic element 130 and the second sub-elastic element 131. Since the spring is generally compressed and/or extended in one direction, when the bending angle of the guide tube 12 and the guide post 11 is too large, the spring extended in a straight line may rub against the inner tube wall of the guide tube 12.
That is, the smoothness when opening the storage case may be reduced because the spring rubs against the inner wall of the guide tube 12. Further, the inner tube wall of the guide tube 12 may also be damaged by spring friction. With the movable member 15 in this embodiment, the elongation process of the elastic member 13 can be staged (i.e., the first sub-elastic member 130 and the second sub-elastic member 131 can have an angle therebetween). Thus, when the first sub-elastic member 130 and the second sub-elastic member 131 extend in different directions, the friction of the spring on the guide tube 12 can be reduced.
Please refer to fig. 7 and 8, which are a cross-sectional view of a storage box in a closed state and a cross-sectional view of an open state according to another embodiment of the present application, respectively. As shown in the figure, the storage case 3 includes a body 10, a guide post 11, a guide tube 12, an elastic member 13, and a plurality of movable members 15. In the present embodiment, the same element numbers denote the same elements in fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 7 to 8. Therefore, detailed descriptions of the same elements will be omitted.
The movable members 15 are movably disposed in the guide tube 12, and the elastic member 13 includes a plurality of sub-elastic members 132. More specifically, the number of the movable pieces 15 is 3, and the number of the sub-elastic pieces 132 is 4. In this case, one movable member 15 is connected between each two sub elastic members 132. Similar to the effect of the above embodiment, the present embodiment also reduces the friction of the spring against the guide tube 12 during the elongation process by staging the elongation process of the elastic member 13. It should be noted that the number of the movable members 15 and the sub-elastic members 132 used in the present embodiment is only an example, and should not be limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments, the number of the movable members 15 may be X, and the number of the sub elastic members 132 may be X +1, so as to meet the condition that one movable member 15 is connected between every two sub elastic members 132.
Please refer to fig. 9 and fig. 10, which are a cross-sectional view of a storage box according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure in a closed state and an open state, respectively. As shown in the figure, the storage case 4 includes a body 10, a guide post 11, a guide tube 12, an elastic member 13, and a plurality of movable members 15. In the present embodiment, the same element numbers denote the same elements in fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 9 to 10. Therefore, detailed descriptions of the same elements will be omitted.
The movable members 15 are movably disposed in the guide tube 12, and the elastic member 13 includes a plurality of sub-elastic members 132. More specifically, the number of the movable pieces 15 is 3, and the number of the sub-elastic pieces 132 is 2. In this case, a sub-elastic member 132 is connected between each two movable members 15. Similar to the above embodiment, the present embodiment also reduces the friction of the spring to the guide tube 12 during the elongation process by staging the elongation process of the elastic member 13. It should be noted that the number of the movable members 15 and the sub-elastic members 132 used in the present embodiment is only an example, and should not be limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments, the number of the movable members 15 may be X, and the number of the sub-elastic members 132 may be X-1, so as to meet the condition that one sub-elastic member 132 is connected between every two movable members 15.
To sum up, this application provides a receiver, and first lid and second lid in the receiver are provided with stand pipe and guide post respectively, and are provided with the elastic component in the stand pipe. The elastic pieces respectively support the first cover body and the second cover body, so that the first cover body and the second cover body can be automatically away when being opened. In addition, the elastic element can support the first cover body and the second cover body so as to keep a fixed distance between the first cover body and the second cover body in an opening state. Therefore, a user can easily open the storage box and can avoid the interference of the first cover body and the second cover body when taking and placing objects.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
While the present embodiments have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the precise embodiments described above, which are meant to be illustrative and not restrictive, and that various changes may be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
