Description

Device and method for collecting lepidoptera insect larva parasitic wasps in field
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of field artificial collection of natural enemy insects, and particularly relates to a device and a method for field collection of lepidoptera insect larva parasitic wasps.
Background
The lepidoptera insect larva parasitic wasp has the characteristics of strong specificity and convenient reproduction, is often artificially propagated indoors, and is widely used for biological control of agricultural and forestry pests so as to reduce the use of insect-proof pesticides in agricultural production and ensure the safety of agricultural production, the quality safety of agricultural products and the ecological safety of farmlands.
The parasitic wasps of lepidoptera insect larvae used at present are mainly captured in a large amount in artificial fields, and the parasitic wasps are low in collection efficiency and not suitable for long-term large-amount continuous collection.
Therefore, how to provide a device for collecting parasitic wasps of lepidoptera insect larvae in the field to save manpower is a problem to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a device and a method for collecting parasitic wasps of lepidoptera insect larvae in the field.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a device for collecting lepidoptera insect larva parasitic wasps in the field comprises a box body, a box cover, a support column and support legs;
the bottom of the box body is closed, the side surface of the box body is opened, the side surface of the box body is surrounded and covered with a gauze and is provided with a side door, and a plurality of box bodies are placed in the box body;
the box cover is fixed on the top of the box body;
the support is supported at the bottom of the box body;
the supporting leg is hollow cup-shaped, the opening is upward, and the bottom end of the pillar is fixed in the supporting leg.
The side surface of the box body is provided with an opening and is covered with a gauze, so that parasitic wasps of lepidoptera insect larvae can conveniently enter the box body and parasitize the parasitic wasps on the lepidoptera insect larvae; the side door is arranged on the side face of the box body, so that lepidoptera insect larvae can be conveniently put in and taken out, and if the lepidoptera insect larvae climb out of the box body, the side face is opened to enable the container to catch the larvae hung on the side door, and the larvae are prevented from falling; a plurality of box bodies are arranged in the box body, so that lepidoptera insect larvae can be conveniently dispersed and collected in the box body; the box cover is fixed on the top, has a sun-shading effect, and can avoid the influence of long-time insolation on parasitic wasps of lepidoptera insect larvae; the support legs are hollow cups, the bottom ends of the support posts are fixed in the support legs, and when the insect-proof box is used, insect-proof liquid is injected into the support legs, so that predatory insects such as ants and the like can be prevented from being placed into the box body along the support posts.
Furthermore, the mesh aperture of the gauze is larger than the target lepidoptera insect larva parasitic wasp and smaller than the lepidoptera insect larva, so that the target lepidoptera insect larva parasitic wasp can fly into the box body, and meanwhile, birds are prevented from eating and the lepidoptera insect larva escapes.
In addition, through the high design of box body, can avoid lepidoptera insect larva to climb out of the casing, can show gauze mesh aperture according to lepidoptera insect larva size this moment.
Further, the case cover is made of a light-tight material; the peripheral edge of the box cover protrudes out of the top edge of the box body, so that the sun-shading effect can be improved.
Further, be provided with the mounting groove that is used for fixed pillar in the stabilizer blade to improve the stability of pillar.
A method for collecting parasitic wasps of lepidoptera insect larvae in the field utilizes the device to collect parasitic wasps of lepidoptera insect larvae in the field.
The method comprises the following steps:
1) placing the device in a farmland with target parasitic wasps of lepidoptera insect larvae, placing the lepidoptera insect larvae and artificial larvae feed into each box body in a box body, and closing a side door;
2) filling insect-proof liquid into the support legs to soak the bottom of the support pillar in the insect-proof liquid;
3) and periodically collecting lepidoptera insect larvae in the box body to obtain parasitic wasps of the lepidoptera insect larvae.
Preferably, when collecting the lepidoptera insect larvae, the lepidoptera insect larvae and artificial feed for the larvae are replaced, so that the parasitic wasps of the lepidoptera insect larvae can be continuously collected.
Preferably, the insect-proof solution can be formalin solution with the mass fraction of 20-50%.
Compared with the traditional field artificial capturing method, the structure and the method are simple, the cost is low, the usability is strong, the collecting efficiency is high, and a large amount of parasitic wasps of lepidoptera insect larvae can be collected for a long time. The method is simple, low in cost and high in collection efficiency, and can realize large-scale long-term collection.
