The distance between the flexible display screen and the winding drum is within the range of 3cm-8cm, so that the occupied volume of the flexible display screen and the number of winding turns can be well balanced.
The display device of the present embodiment may further include: a tension assembly, the tension assembly comprising: the stretching shell 240 is fixedly connected with the stretching end of the flexible display screen 210; a driving unit (not shown) adapted to drive the stretching housing 240 to move away from the rotation shaft assembly. Specifically, the tension housing may be adapted to approach or move away from the pivot assembly in a direction parallel to a line between the centers of the first display screen receiving pivot 2211 and the second display screen receiving pivot 2212. Therefore, the stretching shell 240 can be driven by the driving unit to move away from the rotating shaft assembly, and the flexible display screen 210 can be unfolded.
Further, the stretching assembly may further include: a tensile support band 250 located inside the tensile housing 240, a partial area of the tensile support band 250 adapted to extend out of the tensile housing 240 when the flexible display screen 210 is unfolded, and a partial area of the tensile support band 250 extending out of the tensile housing 240 is located at the rear side of the flexible display screen 210 between the tensile housing 240 and the hinge assembly. Further, the width of the stretching support band 250 may be greater than or equal to the width of the flexible display screen 210. The stretching support bands 250 can provide a supporting force for a portion of the flexible display screen 210 between the rotating shaft assembly and the stretching housing 240 in a direction perpendicular to the flexible display screen 210 when the stretching housing 240 pulls the flexible display screen 210 to unfold, and the stretching support bands 250 provide a support for the flexible display screen 210, so that the flexible display screen 210 is prevented from being deformed in a direction perpendicular to the flexible display screen, and operations such as touch operations can be performed on the surface of the flexible display screen 210. Simultaneously because the rolling of independent setting supports the area, flexible display screen 210 need not to provide the support effect through self thickness, therefore the thickness of self can reduce in the design, and the power of the lateral slip that each rete of the portion of curling received is littleer when the rolling of thinner flexible display screen 210, and the more difficult emergence is peeled off. In addition, the stretching support band 250 having a width greater than or equal to that of the flexible display screen may provide a sufficient supporting effect to facilitate the operation in the vertical direction of the display screen.
The display device of the present embodiment may further include: the rotating shaft assembly is arranged in the rolling shell 230, the top wall of the rolling shell 230 is provided with a first hollow-out portion 231, the front surface of the flexible display screen 210 is exposed by the first hollow-out portion 231, and the first hollow-out portion 231 extends to the edge of the top wall of the rolling shell 230; the side wall of the rolling housing 230 facing the stretching housing 240 has a second hollow portion 232, the second hollow portion 232 is communicated with the first hollow portion 231, and the flexible display screen 210 is adapted to extend out of the rolling housing 230 from the second hollow portion 232 (see fig. 3).
The pivot subassembly sets up in rolling shell 230, and flexible display screen 210 can be rolled up in rolling shell 230, and flexible display screen 210 is difficult for receiving external force contact when rolling and takes place the friction damage. Meanwhile, the winding shell 230 is provided with a first hollow-out portion and a second hollow-out portion which are communicated with each other, the first hollow-out portion exposes the front face of the flexible display screen 210, and the flexible display screen 210 can still achieve a display function when being wound. The second hollowed-out portion may provide an unfolded exit for the flexible display screen 210. Meanwhile, the first hollow-out portion and the second hollow-out portion are communicated, so that the front surface of the flexible display screen 210 expanded out from the second hollow-out portion is not shielded, and a display picture cannot be shielded.
Further, one end of the stretching support band 250 extending out of the stretching housing 240 may be fixedly connected to a side wall of the rolling housing 230 facing to the stretching housing 240, so that the rolling housing 230 also pulls the stretching support band 250 to be spread while the stretching housing 240 pulls the flexible display screen 210 to be spread, which is completed in one step without separately performing two steps of spreading the flexible display screen 210 and spreading the stretching support band 250.
In the display device of the present embodiment, the tensile support band 250 may have a passage (not shown) therein along the extending direction of the tensile support band 250; one side surface of the tensile support band 250 has a plurality of air holes 251, and the air holes 251 are communicated with the channels; the stretching assembly may further include: a suction member (not shown) located within the elongated housing 240 and communicating with the channels of the elongated support strip 250. The one side surface of the stretching support band 250 having the air holes 251 faces a portion of the flexible display screen between the stretching housing 240 and the winding housing 260 when being stretched out of the stretching housing 240. Make tensile supporting area bleed through the part of bleeding like this, adsorb flexible display screen in tensile supporting area surface, can make tensile supporting area and the better laminating of flexible display screen, avoid taking place the displacement on the horizontal direction, influence supporting effect. And the flexible display screen is more smooth when unfolded, and the display effect is good.
Further, the aperture of the air holes 251 may be 0.5mm to 1mm, and the interval between the air holes 251 may be 4mm to 6 mm. If the diameter of the pores 251 is too large or the distance between the pores 251 is too small, the surface area of the tensile support band providing support is reduced, and the support effect is reduced; the adsorption force is insufficient due to the undersize pore diameter of the air holes 251 or the oversize space between the air holes 251; the pore diameter and the interval arrangement of the pores 251 within this range can achieve a balance between providing the suction force and securing the supporting effect of the tensile support band.
The display device of this embodiment, the tensile housing 240 may further have a support band rolling member disposed therein, and the support band rolling member is suitable for rolling the tensile support band 250. The stretch support bands 250 have opposite first and second ends in an extending direction of the stretch support bands 250, the first ends being adapted to fixedly couple the side walls of the take-up housing 240 toward the stretch housing 230. Specifically, the support belt take-up member may be a support belt accommodating rotating shaft 260, and the support belt accommodating rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the second end of the stretching support belt 250. The tensile support bands 250 may be wound in the tensile housing 240 by a support band winding member; for example, the stretching support band 250 can be wound in the stretching housing 240 by the support band receiving shaft 260, which can save the space in the stretching housing 240 and provide a larger selection space for the length dimension of the stretching support band 250. Further, the air exhaust part may be disposed in the support band rolling part to further save the space in the tension housing 240.
The display device provided by the invention further comprises a locking component 270, and the locking component 270 is suitable for limiting the distance between the rolling shell 260 and the stretching shell 240 to be smaller than or equal to a preset distance after the flexible display screen is rolled.
Specifically, the locking component may be disposed on a side wall of the rolling housing 260 facing the stretching housing 240, and when a distance between the rolling housing 260 and the stretching housing 240 is less than or equal to a predetermined distance, the locking component 270 is engaged with the side wall of the stretching housing 240 facing the rolling housing 260 (as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2); alternatively, the locking member 270 is disposed on a side wall of the stretching housing 240 facing the winding housing 260, and when the distance between the stretching housing 240 and the winding housing 260 is smaller than or equal to a predetermined distance, the locking member 270 is engaged with the side wall of the winding housing 260 facing the stretching housing 240.
Locking part 270 provides the locking function for tensile casing 240 and rolling casing 230 after flexible display screen 210 rolling is accomplished, makes tensile casing 240 and rolling casing 230 can not take place to separate because of unexpected circumstances such as collision or drop, avoids the flexible display screen to expand because of the external force accident and cause the damage.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A display device, comprising:
the rotating shaft assembly comprises a plurality of display screen accommodating rotating shafts and winding supporting belts which are arranged at intervals, and the winding supporting belts surround the display screen accommodating rotating shafts and are in contact with the display screen accommodating rotating shafts;
the flexible display screen surrounds the rotating shaft assembly, the back face of the flexible display screen faces the rotating shaft assembly, and when the flexible display screen is completely rolled, the flexible display screen is positioned on one side surface of the rolling supporting belt, which faces away from the rotating shaft assembly; the rotating shaft component is suitable for driving the flexible display screen to rotate around the rotating direction of the rotating shaft component, so that the flexible display screen is rolled or unfolded.
2. The display device according to claim 1,
the flexible display screen is provided with a tail end and a stretching end which are opposite to each other along the rolling or unfolding direction of the flexible display screen, and the tail end is fixedly connected with the rolling supporting belt;
preferably, the central axes of the display screen accommodating rotating shafts are parallel to each other.
3. The display device according to claim 2,
the pivot is accomodate to the display screen of a plurality of intervals includes: the first display screen accommodating rotating shaft is in contact with the rolling supporting belt; the second display screen accommodating rotating shaft is in contact with the rolling supporting belt; the first display screen accommodating rotating shaft is suitable for being used as a driving shaft when the flexible display screen is rolled, and the second display screen accommodating rotating shaft is suitable for being used as a driven shaft when the flexible display screen is rolled;
preferably, the radial dimension of the display screen accommodating rotating shaft passing through the central shaft of the display screen accommodating rotating shaft is 8-14 mm;
preferably, the display screen accommodating rotation shaft has a circular shape in a cross section perpendicular to a central axis of the display screen accommodating rotation shaft.
4. The display device according to claim 3,
the plurality of spaced display screen accommodating rotating shafts only comprise a first display screen accommodating rotating shaft and a second display screen accommodating rotating shaft, at least two ends of the first display screen accommodating rotating shaft and the second display screen accommodating rotating shaft in a first direction are in contact with the winding support belt, the first direction is perpendicular to a connecting line between the center of the first display screen accommodating rotating shaft and the center of the second display screen accommodating rotating shaft, and is perpendicular to a central axis of the first display screen accommodating rotating shaft and a central axis of the second display screen accommodating rotating shaft;
preferably, the distance between the central axis of the first display screen accommodating rotating shaft and the central axis of the second display screen accommodating rotating shaft is 3cm-8 cm.
5. The display device according to claim 2, further comprising: a tension assembly, the tension assembly comprising: the stretching shell is fixedly connected with the stretching end of the flexible display screen; a drive unit adapted to drive the tension housing to move away from the spindle assembly.
6. The display device of claim 5, wherein the stretching assembly further comprises: the stretching support belt is positioned inside the stretching shell, a partial area of the stretching support belt is suitable for extending out of the stretching shell when the flexible display screen is unfolded, and the partial area of the stretching support belt extending out of the stretching shell is positioned on the back surface of the flexible display screen between the stretching shell and the rotating shaft assembly;
preferably, the width of the stretching support band is greater than or equal to the width of the flexible display screen.
7. The display device according to claim 6,
further comprising: the rotating shaft assembly is arranged in the rolling shell, a first hollow-out part is arranged on the top wall of the rolling shell, the front face of the flexible display screen is exposed by the first hollow-out part, and the first hollow-out part extends to the edge of the top wall of the rolling shell; the side wall of the rolling shell facing the stretching shell is provided with a second hollowed-out part, the second hollowed-out part is communicated with the first hollowed-out part, and the flexible display screen is suitable for extending out of the rolling shell from the second hollowed-out part;
preferably, one end of the stretching support belt extending out of the stretching shell is fixedly connected with the side wall of the rolling shell facing the stretching shell.
8. The display device according to claim 6,
the stretching support belt is provided with a channel arranged along the extending direction of the stretching support belt; one side surface of the stretching support belt is provided with a plurality of air holes which are communicated with the channels; one side surface of the stretching support belt with the air holes is suitable for facing the back surface of the flexible display screen when the stretching support belt is stretched out of the stretching shell;
the stretch assembly further comprises: the air exhaust part is positioned in the stretching shell and is communicated with the channel of the stretching support belt;
preferably, the pore diameter of the air holes is 0.5mm-1mm, and the distance between the adjacent air holes is 4mm-6 mm.
9. The display device according to claim 7,
a supporting belt winding part is further arranged in the stretching shell and is suitable for winding the stretching supporting belt; the stretching support belt is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite in the extending direction of the stretching support belt, and the first end is suitable for fixedly connecting the side wall of the rolling shell facing the stretching shell;
preferably, the support belt winding part is a support belt winding rotating shaft, and the support belt winding rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the second end of the stretching support belt;
preferably, the suction member is provided inside the support tape winding member.
10. The display device according to claim 7, further comprising:
the locking component is suitable for limiting the distance between the rolling shell and the stretching shell to be smaller than or equal to a preset distance after the flexible display screen is rolled;
preferably, the locking part is arranged on the side wall of the winding shell facing one side of the stretching shell, and the locking part is suitable for being clamped with the side wall of the stretching shell facing one side of the winding shell after the flexible display screen is wound;
or, the locking part set up in tensile casing orientation the lateral wall of rolling casing one side, the locking part is suitable for when flexible display screen rolling completion back joint the rolling casing orientation the lateral wall of tensile casing one side.
