Remote assistance is a technique by which one computer connects or controls another computer over a network. In actual work, when a problem or a fault occurs on one computer and a user does not know how to deal with the problem, no people or things around the computer can solve the problem, and if the problem is urgent, the problem can even cause a company to suffer huge loss. The common remote technical support must rely on telephone communication between the operation and maintenance personnel and the user, which is time-consuming and error-prone, and remote assistance enables the operation and maintenance personnel to connect to the user computer for problem troubleshooting and solution through a network connection. With the development of technology, remote assistance is generally connected in a network mode at present, and operation and maintenance personnel can operate a remote computer like a local computer, so that problems can be quickly located and solved.
At present, in the related art, remote assistance can be performed through remote desktop connection software, and after a user installs the software, operation and maintenance personnel perform remote assistance through the same software. The inventor finds that, in the research process, the remote desktop connection software can solve the problems, but also has some problems, such as limited time, large delay, incapability of adapting to windows, and the like, and if the user computer is a server without a desktop or is in a different local area network with an operation and maintenance person, the remote desktop connection software cannot perform remote assistance.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the inventor provides a remote assistance system, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is an architecture diagram of a remote assistance system provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where the remote assistance system 10 includes an intermediate server 11, a user device 12, and an operation and maintenance device 13, where the intermediate server 11 may be located in a wide area network (public network), the user device 12 is a device in the local area network 1, the operation and maintenance device 13 is a device in the local area network 2, and the intermediate server 11 may implement communication with the user device 12 and the operation and maintenance device 13 through the wide area network.
The intermediate server 11 serves as a "bridge" between the user device 12 and the operation and maintenance device 13, and is used for proxying the request of the remote assistance terminal to the corresponding remote assistance device.
The intermediate server 11 is configured to forward the agent request of the operation and maintenance device 13 to the user device 13 after the connection relationship is successfully established with the user device 12 and the operation and maintenance device 13, and after the user device 13 determines that the request is successful, feed back a successful response of the agent request fed back by the user device to the operation and maintenance device 13, so that the operation and maintenance device 13 can log in the user device 12 to start executing the assistance task.
It can be understood that, in the process of establishing the connection relationship, the intermediate server 11 is configured to determine a connection state with the user equipment 12 by determining whether a to-be-verified dynamic token (token) sent by the user equipment 12 is valid; and is further configured to verify whether the dynamic token to be verified is valid after obtaining the connection request of the operation and maintenance device, and notify the user device 12 to verify whether a remote assistance identification number (support-id) to be verified is correct.
The user equipment 12 is a machine that the user needs to assist, and is generally in an intranet where the user is located and cannot be accessed by users in a non-lan. After the user device 12 is used to successfully establish a connection with the intermediate server 11, a remote assistance identification number (support-id) is generated, which can be provided for the operation and maintenance device 13 to use when establishing a connection with the intermediate server 11.
The operation and maintenance equipment 13 is a machine used by the operation and maintenance personnel for remotely assisting the user in solving the problem, and the remote assistance terminal is not directly connected with the remote assistance equipment, but proxies the request to the remote assistance equipment by connecting with an intermediate server. And the operation and maintenance equipment 13 is used for starting connection with the intermediate server 11 through the dynamic token and the remote assistance identification number provided by the user, logging in the user equipment through the SSH after the connection with the intermediate server 11 is started, and starting remote assistance after the logging is successful.
It should be noted that the intermediate server 11 in the embodiment of the present invention supports simultaneous connection of multiple operation and maintenance devices 13 and multiple user devices 12, and the user devices can be used regardless of whether the user devices are desktop or desktop-less machines, so that the security of remote assistance is improved by using a dynamic token mechanism, and the purpose of remote assistance across local area networks is achieved.
To implement the remote assistance principle in the embodiment of the present invention, a remote assistance method is provided in the embodiment of the present invention based on the above system architecture, please refer to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a remote assistance method in a first scenario provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and the method may be applied to the operation and maintenance device 13 shown in fig. 1, and the method may include:
and S13, sending the agent request information to the intermediate server.
It is understood that the proxy request information is used to instruct the intermediate server to forward the proxy request information to the user equipment, so that the user equipment generates a proxy request success response, and feeds back the proxy request success response to the intermediate server.
And S14, receiving a proxy request success response sent by the intermediate server, logging in the user equipment according to the login information and executing an assistance task.
Optionally, in order to implement secure communication between the operation and maintenance device and the intermediate server, an implementation manner for establishing a connection relationship between the intermediate server and the operation and maintenance device is provided below, referring to fig. 3, where fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another remote assistance method in a first scenario provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and the method may further include:
and S11, responding to the input operation of the user, and acquiring the dynamic token to be verified and the remote assistance identification number to be verified.
It is understood that both the dynamic token to be verified and the remote assistance identification number to be verified can be provided to the operation and maintenance personnel by the user. The operation and maintenance equipment is obtained by inputting the dynamic token to be verified and the remote assistance identification number to be verified by the operation and maintenance personnel.
And S12, sending the connection request information to the intermediate server, so that the intermediate server feeds back a connection request success response to the operation and maintenance equipment under the condition that the dynamic token to be verified is valid and the remote assistance identification number to be verified is correct.
In some possible embodiments, the dynamic token to be verified is effectively characterized: the dynamic token to be verified is consistent with the dynamic token pre-generated by the intermediate server, and the time stamp of the dynamic token to be verified is obtained within the valid time period of the pre-generated dynamic token.
It can be understood that, before the connection is established, the intermediate server may pre-generate a dynamic token, where the pre-generated dynamic token has a time limit, and if the dynamic token expires, the dynamic token will fail, and after the intermediate server obtains the to-be-verified dynamic token sent by the operation and maintenance device, it is determined whether the received to-be-verified dynamic token is the same as the pre-generated dynamic token, and if the received to-be-verified dynamic token is the same as the pre-generated dynamic token, it is determined whether the timestamp of the to-be-verified dynamic token is in the token, if so, the to-be-verified dynamic token is valid, and if not, the to.
In some possible embodiments, the remote assistance identification number to be verified is correctly characterized: the remote assistance identification number to be verified is consistent with the remote assistance identification number generated by the user equipment.
It can be understood that, after the user equipment successfully establishes a connection with the intermediate server, the user equipment generates a remote assistance identification number, and provides the remote assistance identification number to the operation and maintenance staff, and when the remote assistance identification number to be verified is the same as the remote assistance identification number generated by the user equipment, it indicates that the remote assistance identification number to be verified is correct.
In one implementation manner, the intermediate server may determine whether the dynamic token to be verified is valid and whether the remote assistance identification number to be verified is correct by determining that the dynamic token to be verified is matched with the pre-generated dynamic token and that the obtained timestamp of the dynamic token to be verified is within a valid time period of the pre-generated dynamic token, the dynamic token to be verified is valid; when the correct response of the remote assistance identification number to be verified fed back by the user equipment is obtained, the remote assistance identification number to be verified is determined to be correct;
through the mode of verifying the dynamic token and the remote assistance identification number, the safe communication between the intermediate server and the operation and maintenance equipment can be ensured.
Based on the system architecture shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention may further provide a remote assistance method, where the method may be applied to the intermediate server 11 shown in fig. 1, please refer to fig. 4, and fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a remote assistance method in a second scenario provided by the embodiment of the present invention, where the method may include:
and S25, receiving agent request information of the operation and maintenance equipment.
In some possible embodiments, the proxy request information includes a port of the user equipment and login information. The port may instruct the intermediate server to forward the proxy request information to the user equipment corresponding to the port.
It can be understood that, referring to fig. 1, since the operation and maintenance device 13 and the user device 12 are located in different local area networks, the user device 12 cannot be accessed by a user (i.e., the operation and maintenance device 13) of the local area network where the non-user device is located, and since the intermediate server 11 is located in a public network and can communicate with devices in the local area network, the agent request information sent by the operation and maintenance device 13 can be forwarded to the user device 12 through the intermediate server 11.
In some possible embodiments, the intermediate server may support any one of the following transport protocols with the request type of proxy: a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and a User Datagram Protocol (UDP), based on the TCP protocol and the UDP protocol, the intermediate server may route to different devices in the intranet service according to different ports; a stream control transmission protocol (STCP), a Stream User Datagram Protocol (SUDP), a SCTP protocol and a SUDP protocol, where the user equipment 12 and the operation and maintenance equipment 13 both need to deploy remote assistance service, and do not need to expose a port of any party in the middle server during communication; an extended Transmission Control Protocol (XTCP) can be understood as a point-to-point intranet penetration proxy, which has the same function as an STCP Protocol, but the traffic does not need to be transferred through a server; the transmission control protocol multiplexing protocol (TCPMUX) may support multiplexing of TCP ports at a service end, and access devices of different intranet services through the same port.
And S26, forwarding the agent request information to the user equipment so that the user equipment feeds back a successful response of the agent request according to the agent request information.
It can be understood that the intermediate server may forward the proxy request information to the user equipment according to the port information in the request information, and after obtaining the proxy request information, the user equipment may verify whether the login information is correct, and if so, generate a successful response to the proxy request, and if not, generate a failed response to the proxy request.
And S27, sending an agent request success response to the operation and maintenance equipment so that the operation and maintenance equipment logs in the user equipment according to the login information and executes an assistance task.
The remote assistance method provided by the invention is different from the prior art in that the prior art needs to realize remote assistance through remote desktop connection software, but if a user computer is a server without a desktop or is in a different local area network with operation and maintenance personnel, the remote desktop connection software cannot perform remote assistance. According to the remote assistance method and the remote assistance system, the agent request of the operation and maintenance equipment is forwarded to the user equipment through the intermediate server, the user equipment can be logged in after the operation and maintenance equipment receives the successful response of the agent request fed back by the user equipment, and remote assistance is achieved.
Optionally, in order to implement secure communication between the user equipment and the intermediate server and between the operation and maintenance equipment and the intermediate server, an implementation manner that the intermediate server establishes a connection relationship with the operation and maintenance equipment and the user equipment is provided below, referring to fig. 5, where fig. 5 is one of schematic flow diagrams of another remote assistance method in a first scenario provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and the method may further include:
and S21, receiving the first connection request information sent by the user equipment.
It is understood that the first connection request message includes a dynamic token to be authenticated. The dynamic token to be authenticated may be entered into the user device by the user.
And S22, when the dynamic token to be verified is determined to be valid, sending a first connection request success response to the user equipment so as to enable the user equipment to generate the remote assistance identification number.
And S23, the receiving operation and maintenance equipment sends second connection request information.
It is to be understood that the second connection request information includes a dynamic token to be authenticated and a remote assistance identification number to be authenticated. The remote assistance identification number to be verified is provided for the operation and maintenance personnel by the user and is input into the operation and maintenance equipment by the operation and maintenance personnel.
And S24, when the dynamic token to be verified is valid and the remote assistance identification number to be verified is correct, sending a second connection request success response to the operation and maintenance equipment so that the operation and maintenance equipment sends the agent request information.
Optionally, in order to avoid a series of insecure behaviors caused by unauthorized opening of the remote assistance service by other users in the user intranet, the dynamic token in the embodiment of the present invention has a valid time limit, and if the dynamic token expires, the dynamic token is invalidated and needs to be re-used by the remote assistance device for a new dynamic token, based on which, the embodiment of the present invention provides an implementation manner for verifying whether the dynamic token is valid, that is:
when the dynamic token to be verified is matched with the pre-generated dynamic token and the obtained timestamp of the dynamic token to be verified is within the valid time period of the pre-generated dynamic token, determining that the dynamic token to be verified is valid; when the correct response of the remote assistance identification number to be verified fed back by the user equipment is obtained, the remote assistance identification number to be verified is determined to be correct;
it can be understood that the correct response of the remote assistance identification number is generated after the intermediate server sends the remote assistance identification number to be verified to the user equipment, and the user equipment determines that the remote assistance identification number to be verified is correct.
Based on the system architecture shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention may further provide a remote assistance method, where the method may be applied to the user equipment 12 shown in fig. 1, please refer to fig. 6, and fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of a remote assistance method in a third scenario provided by the embodiment of the present invention, where the method may include:
and S35, receiving the proxy request information sent by the intermediate server.
It will be appreciated that the proxy request message includes the port of the user equipment and the login information.
And S36, feeding back a proxy request success response to the intermediate server according to the proxy request information, so that after the intermediate server sends the proxy request success response to the operation and maintenance equipment, the operation and maintenance equipment logs in the user equipment according to the login information and executes an assistance task.
7, where fig. 7 is one of schematic flow diagrams of another remote assistance method in a first scenario provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and the method may further include:
and S31, responding to the input operation of the user and acquiring the dynamic token to be verified.
It will be appreciated that the user may obtain a pre-generated dynamic token provided by the intermediate server operator and enter it into the user device.
