2) weighing raw materials according to a ratio, putting wood powder, luffa stem and modified kaolin into a ball mill for grinding, then adding the ground product into modified polypropylene and a plasticizer, putting the mixture into a mixer for mixing for a period of time, then sequentially adding a maleic anhydride graft coupling agent, a stabilizer, a lubricant, an antibacterial agent and a flame retardant, continuously and uniformly mixing the materials, heating the materials to 130 ℃, performing crosslinking treatment on the materials by using an electron beam as an irradiation source after the heating is finished, cooling the materials to 55 ℃, and then putting the materials into a charging barrel;
3) conveying the materials in the charging barrel to an extruder, and conveying the materials extruded by the extruder to a granulator for granulation; and (3) putting the prepared particles into an injection molding machine for reheating, melting the particles, molding by using a mold, cooling, shaping, and carrying out traction cutting to obtain the wpc wood-plastic board furniture door.
Wherein the wood flour is pine wood flour.
The preparation method of the modified polypropylene comprises the following steps: adding polybutylene terephthalate and sodium dodecyl sulfate into polypropylene, stirring and mixing, introducing sodium into a polymer chain through the sodium dodecyl sulfate to effectively improve the water absorption thickness expansion rate of a base material, wherein the mass ratio of the polypropylene to the polybutylene terephthalate to the sodium dodecyl sulfate is 4.5:1.5:1, then adding the mixture into a soaking solution, soaking for 15min, and filtering and drying after soaking, wherein the mass ratio of the mixture to the soaking solution is 1:2, thus obtaining the modified polypropylene.
The soaking solution comprises tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide, fluorosilicone, sodium methyl silicate, formic acid and sodium citrate which are mixed in equal proportion.
The preparation method of the modified kaolin comprises the following steps: weighing kaolin and sodium chloride according to the mass ratio of 1:0.1, fully mixing, then calcining at 550 ℃ for 1.5h, then soaking in an acetic acid solution for 25min, and then adding vinyl methyl dimethoxy silane, wherein the mass ratio of the vinyl methyl dimethoxy silane to the kaolin is 1:0.015, so as to obtain the modified kaolin.
The stabilizer is a mixture of composite lead acid, organic tin and calcium and zinc.
The lubricant is stearate.

The data show that the addition of the modified polypropylene and the modified kaolin has a good effect of improving the mechanical properties of the wood-plastic board, further, the modified polypropylene and the modified kaolin have a certain synergistic effect, and after the heating in the step 2) is completed, the modified polypropylene and the modified kaolin are subjected to crosslinking treatment by using an electron beam as an irradiation source, so that the mechanical properties of the wood-plastic board can be further improved.
The strength of the material is improved by mixing polypropylene with polybutylene terephthalate and sodium dodecyl sulfate, the material is soaked in a soaking solution, related elements or groups are introduced into a main chain or a side chain of a matrix material molecule through chemical reactions such as copolymerization, crosslinking and grafting, so that the material has good toughness, carbon-carbon double bonds capable of performing polymerization reaction and groups capable of performing bonding reaction with hydroxyl on the surface of kaolin are carried by vinyl methyl dimethoxy silane to form firm internal chemical bonding, and meanwhile, the modified kaolin can better adsorb and bond other components, so that the mechanical property of the material is further improved.

Claims (9)

1. A production method of wpc wood-plastic board furniture door is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of wood powder, 10-20 parts of luffa stem, 60-80 parts of modified polypropylene, 30-40 parts of modified kaolin, 1-5 parts of maleic anhydride graft coupling agent, 1-3 parts of stabilizer, 1-5 parts of lubricant, 2-4 parts of plasticizer, 0.5-1.5 parts of antibacterial agent and 1-5 parts of flame retardant;
2) weighing raw materials according to a ratio, putting wood powder, luffa stem and modified kaolin into a ball mill for grinding, then adding the ground product into modified polypropylene and a plasticizer, putting the mixture into a mixer for mixing for a period of time, then sequentially adding a maleic anhydride graft coupling agent, a stabilizer, a lubricant, an antibacterial agent and a flame retardant, continuously and uniformly mixing the materials, heating the materials to the temperature of 120-140 ℃, then cooling the materials to the temperature of 50-60 ℃, and then putting the materials into a charging barrel;
3) conveying the materials in the charging barrel to an extruder, and conveying the materials extruded by the extruder to a granulator for granulation; and (3) putting the prepared particles into an injection molding machine for reheating, melting the particles, molding by using a mold, cooling, shaping, and carrying out traction cutting to obtain the wpc wood-plastic board furniture door.
2. The method for producing wpc wooden door wood-plastic board furniture door according to claim 1, wherein the raw material comprises the following components by weight: 22-28 parts of wood powder, 12-18 parts of luffa stem, 65-75 parts of modified polypropylene, 33-37 parts of modified kaolin, 2-4 parts of maleic anhydride graft coupling agent, 1.5-2.5 parts of stabilizer, 2-4 parts of lubricant, 2.5-3.5 parts of plasticizer, 0.8-1.2 parts of antibacterial agent and 2-4 parts of flame retardant.

The method for producing wpc wooden door wood-plastic board furniture door according to claim 2, wherein the raw material comprises the following components by weight: 25 parts of wood powder, 15 parts of luffa stem, 70 parts of modified polypropylene, 35 parts of modified kaolin, 3 parts of maleic anhydride graft coupling agent, 2 parts of stabilizer, 3 parts of lubricant, 3 parts of plasticizer, 1 part of antibacterial agent and 3 parts of flame retardant.
4. The method for producing wpc wooden wood-plastic board furniture door according to claim 1, wherein the wood flour is one or more of broadleaf wood flour, needle leaf wood flour, miscellaneous wood flour or pine wood flour.

The method for producing wpc wood-plastic plate furniture door with wooden door as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modified polypropylene is prepared by the following steps: adding polybutylene terephthalate and sodium dodecyl sulfate into polypropylene, stirring and mixing, introducing sodium into a polymer chain through the sodium dodecyl sulfate to effectively improve the water absorption thickness expansion rate of a base material, wherein the mass ratio of the polypropylene to the polybutylene terephthalate to the sodium dodecyl sulfate is 4-5:1-2:1, then adding the mixture into a soaking solution, soaking for 10-20min, and filtering and drying after soaking, so as to obtain the modified polypropylene.
6. The method for producing wpc wooden and wood plastic furniture door with wood-plastic board as claimed in claim 5, wherein the soaking solution comprises tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide, fluorosilicone, sodium methyl silicate, formic acid, sodium citrate in equal proportion.

The method for producing wpc wooden door wood-plastic board furniture door according to claim 1, wherein the modified kaolin is prepared by the following steps: weighing kaolin and sodium chloride according to the mass ratio of 1:0.1, fully mixing, calcining at the temperature of 500-600 ℃ for 1-2h, soaking in an acetic acid solution for 20-30min, and adding vinyl methyl dimethoxy silane according to the mass ratio of 1:0.01-0.02 to obtain the modified kaolin.
8. The method for producing wpc wooden door wood-plastic board furniture door according to claim 1, wherein the stabilizer is a mixture of composite lead acid, organic tin and calcium zinc.
